I would recomend this hotel. It is quite good location to visit White House and other attractions.

Hotel in general, room and bathroom were very clean. Many restaurant choices nearby. I highly recommend the food at Carrabas within walking distance from the hotel.
"Nice Bang For Your Buck"
Very nice, clean and quiet. Staff very courteous. I'm sure I will be staying there every time I visit Germantown, Md. My only concern is the guest literature states that newspaper delivered to rooms mornings Monday thru Friday. They no longer deliver the papers, however the guest literature continues to state that newspapers will be delivered.

"It was very convienient"
We had a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the down quilts. The breakfast was fine. The room was clean. It was close to the places we needed to go to.

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. Room was a reasonable size with micro and fridge. Breakfast was basic. Within walking distance of several restaurants and easy access to main highway. Good value.

We found our stay to be one of convenience and comfort. All of the amenities of the hotel were wonderful. Having other restaurants around made dining as easy as could be.

We were very happy with the room, and everything else with this hotel. If I had to find something to complain about I guess it could be the pool hours of operation. The pool is not open until 5pm M-F - lifeguard issue? But everything else is great and even though it costs a bit more than the other nearyby hotels, it is worth it to avoid the problems […] listed on their reviews. Plus we get a $20 Target gift card when we check out shortly. There are plenty of nearby (walking distance) restaurants, shops, and the hotel's card key gives you a 10% discount at 3 of them, including the Maryland chain, The Greene Turtle. You just show them the card key to get the discount. The food is okay at breakfast: the usual make em yourself waffles, hard boiled eggs etc. The bathrooms were not too small either, Pantene products on the vanity. All in all a great stay! A nice hotel for a reasonable price. We generally avoid the breakfasts served due to a family member with food allergies. However, the cereal and breakfast sandwiches were all individually wrapped, which meant we could read the ingredient labels. What a relief! In other hotels, the cereal, etc. is often in large communal containers. When we ask about […] labeling, staff often looks at us strangely. Here, everything was easily identified, which meant our whole family could relax. This was a comfortable stay, with a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value. "outstanding hotel"
Greeted happily on arrival and our keys were already waiting for us. Only took a minute or so to check in. Hotel was extremely clean and the airconditioning worked fantastic. We were within walking distance to at least 3 restaurants and 4 fast food chains.This is the second fairfield inn we have stayed at in the last 2 months and the other was excellent […] also. "A Family favorite"
We were greeted and made welcome upon arrival. Our room was just as we had hoped, very clean and the hotel seems well taken care of. The outside is well lighted and clean also. It good deal for everyone. The breakfast is nice and convenient also.

When we checked into our room, it was being cleaned by a rug cleaning company who told us the room would take three hours to dry. The desk person should have know this and not given us the room in the first place. The mattress was great to sleep on.
