A very nice hotel and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was ok, nothing special. However the breakfast room was similar to a train station. Busy because close to the reception and loud. A main road is really close to the hotel means if you have your room on the wrong side you will have a problem. Parking fee is 10,95 per day (pounds).

Despite the marketing, the Chinese/South East Asian restaurant is poor. The eager wok noises must be recorded, as I don't know how a trained chef armed with a wok could commit the crimes against food that I witnessed. Starter: stir fried beef with tofu. The Tofu would have been handy as a makeshift eraser, and the strips of beef could have resoled my […] shoes. Main: Tuna Supreme, which started life as a tuna steak, prior to being doubly overcooked. Clearly the service was equally below par, as they didn't query as to why I had a sizeable portion of steamed rice on my plate, and it was sent out with an additional bowl of rice... When the waitress asked if everything was ok, I pointed out it was dry, "should I get you some sauce" (perhaps they had forgotten something) but when I pointed out it was "dry, as in overcooked" there was no immediate offer to remove it from my bill. However, the following night, I was forced to eat there again, and the steak was quite good, apart from not being rare as I had ordered it, and it coming with chips and mushrooms instead of with veg and potatoes... Despite my gripes about my food, which were significant, the hotel was ok, well priced, clean, and for my purposes, quite convenient. Next time I am in the area, I will consider elsewhere, though. Clean hotel, good servivse, nothing to complain. Gym was ok, basic equipments but you could make a good exercise. Free internet access is nice. 5 minutes walk to train station which takes you to London central in 15-20 minutes.

Clean modern hotel. Although outside the centre of London, it was very convenient to get to from the motorway without having to battle through normal london traffic to get to the hotel. parking cost at the hotel was reasonable.. the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk to North Acton tube station which is on the Central Line - so it only took approx […] 10 mins to get to Oxford Circus - very convenient. there wasn't much in the surrounding areas to the hotel - but this wasn't a problem as we only went there to sleep after a day out in central london. as it was much cheaper than staying in central london and it was in a convenient location near the tube station, we will stay here again! It was overpriced with poor service. the christmas dinner was a disgrace, and we had to wait 20 minutes for a drink (we were the only customers there). the room had few amenities and the overall service from the staff was cold and unhelpful.

On arrival at the Ramada Encore hotel, I was very impressed with the service I received. I was told I was an hour early for check in, but the staff ensured I could get into a room. When I saw the room, I was pleased. I was debating staying either here or a Premier Inn type place. I was glad to have opted for the Ramada Encore for a number of reasons: […] the price was not all that different, and you do get more for your money; the room was very big (I only booked a basic room, but it had a comfortable double bed and a sofa which could be pulled out into a bed). I was also happy to find tea and coffee making services and some basic toiletries, I know cheaper, budget hotels cut back on these. However, this is when things started going a bit wrong. I noticed water on the bathroom floor, I knew it was a leak, as I had not yet showered. On closer inspection, it was clear it was coming from the toilet. I notified staff at reception and was told technicians may not be able fix it straight away. I told them that I was going out, so they offered to move me. This was a real inconvenience as it meant I had to re-pack my bags, ready for housekeeping to transfer them while I was out. This was done, and I came back to find I was now in an identical room (I was kind of hoping to be upgraded because of the trouble). As for the cleanliness of the room, this was mostly good, but I did step on a malteaser, lovely! I also had a problem with the room's key cards. They let me down twice; I was told that this was due to the cards being near my mobile phone. It was annoying nevertheless! I doubt an old fashioned key had never been deactivated by a mobile phone. The location of the hotel was good. I knew little of London before the trip, but I knew it was near a tube station. Luckily the station, North Acton, was on the central line, making getting into town very easy. It took about 20 minutes to get to the sights, I’d say worth it for the slightly cheaper price. Have stayed at this hotel may times over last 5 years but things are starting to look and feel a bit shabby (beds with roll together). Prices have gone up drastically and service and staff friendliness has gone down. We stayed 2 nights for a business trip. The hotel is very modern and clean but rather too sanitised! For a brand new hotel we were surprised there was no free Wi-Fi service (£9.99 a night for wired broadband only) and the 3G signal was also poor meaning we couldn't easily check emails, etc. However, the small rooms were spotless and the service very […] good. Fantastic hotel great location great price definetely stay again

Stayed here for boyfriends birthday to coincide with gig at Apollo...absolutely brilliant location - 5 mins from tube stop, central line (good line to get to hammersmith, white city for westfield shopping/bbc, and tottenham court road for food/nights out etc) Got placed in room facing motorway originally but told friendly receptionist the noise was […] too loud and were placed facing the mobile phone warehouse - really quiet, far better. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Had lunch and drink at hotel bar - typical London prices, nice sandwich (white bread, no choice of brown) with excellent fries. Breakfast in the morning was £10 each and you got the hot and cold buffet (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, beans, toast, hash browns, cereals, fruit, cheese, pastries, coffee - filter and machine - and juices.) I thought it was a bit pricey but im just skint - for all you can eat, prob a good price! Central line straight to northern line, to waterloo. Nice. Dont come here for the view - had a big 14ft mobile phone (old style nokia too!) staring in our window - most disconcerting at times!! Modern comfortable hotel, problems with door, which was left unlocked all day after cleaners had used the room. Pillows exceptionally uncomfortable and a total lack of wardrobe space. However, hotel itself is more than adequate but too far out of central London for sightseeing.

Good hotel within walking distance to North Acton metro station. Room is decent size for family. The hotel is clean. No Wifi. There is PC in the lobby but always used. Breakfast not included. The restaurant in the hotel is pricy. No other eating places nearby.

The hotel lack lots of facilities I'm disappointed

Great hotel. Employees are very nice. We got there early and tired, but the employee made everything to have our room ready, so minutes later we were in our room. Very close to the underground station. We felt safe going back to the hotel late at night. Also great breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Located close to North Acton tube station, providing access to central London in about 15 min. I booked last minute and booked this reservation without reading the fine print and it was non-refundable. The room was clean but the floors are wood and every step produces a creaking sound. The hotel charges extra for everything. We asked them to book us a mini cab to the airport and they only book through 1 company they had a contract with and it […] was much more expensive the the others we had used. hotel ramada is a newly refurbished hotel a few tube stops away from london centre. the rooms are large and comfortable and clean as well. bath is clean and with high pressure water, just what u need after a long day in the city. liked the availability of tea and coffee making in the room. internet is NOT for free, the only downside if u r in london […] for work. the westfield shopping mall is nearby, the largest of europe, if u r in for shopping. overall a good quality hotel on the central underground line but not in the middle of the fuzzy city centre. If Ramada offer a room like we stayed in, for the price we paid, as standard, then I see no reason to ever stay at another hotel! This place was FANTASTIC, with the only issue being access for people with cars (easy to find, hard to get to thanks to one-way roads!). To paraphrase 'From Dusk til Dawn', If you can find a cheaper , cleaner hotel, STAY […] THERE!. Quite simply the best value and quality of any hotel we've ever stayed in! I am an airline employee and get to travel much. This hotel was one of the best. Besides the great price for a room, the staff was so professional and courteous. Whatever question or problem I had, they were there to help and solve. Some seriously great customer service here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone

unfortunatelly London overground was not running due to maintenance works during my stay which meant a longer commute to my destination using North Acton tube station. If you travel by overground/rail this hotel is conveniently located. Staff arranged for a very early check-in (9 AM). Very welcoming. Very modern and good design hotel for its scale. 5 minutes walk from the Central Line tube. Tesco just close. One thing could be upgraded is the quality of the mattress.

I got a room here for less than half of what you would normally pay in more central parts of London. The distance turned out to be not an issue at all: from Paddington station the tube gets you there in 30 minutes. The surroundings aren't brilliant, but clean, and it's 2 minutes' walk from the tube. The room has light-coloured real wooden floors, and is a good size - with, again, colourful and bright - but tasteful - decor. The bathroom, while not large, feels great, with a slate floor complemented by jade-green coloured glass panels and walls with a huge mirror. The overall effect is, once again, bright, stylish and comfortable. Perfect AC, too. The restaurant has a good breakfast at inexpensive rates (although they could do with a proper coffee machine with real beans, rather than the powder-based one they now have for producing espresso, Americano etc.), and otherwise is mainly Asian-themed. Good, friendly staff. Decent accommodations, very modern. Room was a bit icky...things needed to be cleaned better (stains on couch). Overall, not bad for a place to sleep.

This hotel is in a good location as underground station is very close. Impossible to get any sleep because the room walls are very thin and you can hear eveything!!! Too noisy!!

Will never return again, a staff member walked into my room without knocking, i was undressed. Reported this to the manager but would not give me a refund as I wanted to leave and book another hotel, will never return, worst service ever.

Nice hotel that includes shower, wood floors, double bed and easily accessible to the Tube. Front desk was very accommodating.

Nice area, good value for price. WOuld definately stay again. Convienent to subway.

Hotel a few minutes from subway red line. Not much to do around hotel,unless you have a car or take the tube. If you want a nice and clean hotel you can get a good deal.

A clean room. Shower didn't have a curtain or a lip on the floor to contain the water, so the floor around the bathroom was very wet after a shower. We also didn't have a fan in the bathroom, so we propped the door open with a garbage can to air it out after a shower. 2 minute walk from Tube station. We were able to check in early at about 11am. Some websites say a 2 minute walk to the Tube station, but this one actually was a 2 minute walk to North Acton (on the Central line) station. As an added bonus, there is a little grocery store between the hotel and the station to stock up on drinks for the room (no fridge, but there's an ice machine in the lobby). The restaurant at the hotel is nice […] and the prices aren't terrible, but the selection is limited. We found several places to eat a few stops from N. Acton at Shepherd's Bush station and usually stopped there on the way back to the hotel. The only complaint I had was that I wish I could have gotten a non-smoking room, but they only had that with 2 twin beds, not a double. Also, the Starbucks in the lobby isn't open on weekends. Stayed for 9 days during Wimbledon Championships. Enjoyed the stay. Super short walk to the Tube (North Acton) about a 30 minute ride to many of the tourist spots and a Tesco Express, which was a plus for cheap sandwiches, juice and other needs. Would stay here again!

Very modern and clean. Good restaurant in the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For me, I would rather have stayed closer into London. Tube station is about 4 blocks away - not a difficult walk.

My wife and I chose this hotel for our week long trip to London because it was relatively cheap and quite well rated on most travel websites and we found the reviews to be not too far off either. Pros: - Cheap - Clean and well decorated - Very close to an underground station (North Acton) - Close to a convenience store so can you buy snacks and water Cons: - […] No fan in the bathroom and the ventilation was bad, so hot showers mad the bathroom real foggy. Also, because of the poor ventilation, the room smelled a bit moldy - The bed was rather springy - No free internet access. Not even in the business center - Not much to do in the neighborhood around the hotel. To do pretty much anything, you have to get on the train and go somewhere. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and you plan on using the hotel simply to store your bags and use the bed at night (which is what a lot of tourists do anyways). If you like to come back to the hotel multiple times during the course of the day, this hotel may be a little inconvenient. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes of train ride from the North Acton station to most of the famous tourist spots. Helt ok, hyfsad frukostbuffé. Läge nära underground som det tog 15 min till Oxford Circus, 30 min till Liverpool Stn. Det låg en Tesco express på vägen från tunnelbanestationen.Det enda negativa var att bartendern inte var medveten om att man inte ska spola vatten i en Lagavulin, samt att rummena var mycket lyhörda. 部屋と外観は綺麗だが、自分の泊まった部屋は洗面所の蛇口が壊れててまた排水溝が詰まっててバスルームが水浸しになったり有料のWifiは部屋ではかなり接続が悪い。また、タオルやテッシュが切れてるのに替えられてなかった。値段の割には不満大。

Hotellets fasiliteter holder en meget høy og moderne standard. Pen og luftig lobby, med mange sitteplasser i komfortable stoler og sofaer. Beliggenheten er utmerket, ca 4 minutter å gå fra nærmeste subway-stasjon (North Acton). Her kjører den røde linjen (Central Line) direkte i en rett linje til Londons kjerne (Oxford Circus) på ca 15 min. På halvveien […] fra subway-stasjonen til hotellet, ligger det en koselig pub med servering av mat, og en dagligvare-butikk med lave priser på mat og drikke. Hotellet har et generellt rolig miljø, passende for de som trenger ro og orden, samt familier. Servicen er meget god! Man får en feedback fra de ansatte i resepsjonen som man kan forvente av et hotell i en langt dyrere prisklasse. Meget hyggelig personale, både i resepsjon, bar og på service-telefon fra rommene. Rommene er fine, med flatskjerm-tv, gode gardinger som kan blende lyset helt dersom ønsket, og veldig gode senger (ikke vanlig i London til denne prisen). Badet er moderne og stilrent, med en flott dusj (ikke badekar). Mye bedre dusj-løsning enn de fleste andre hoteller. For dem som ikke vil bruke en formue på hoteller av ymse standard midt i London sentrum, så er dette et av de aller beste alternativene - det perfekte kompromiss mellom pris og kvalitet, med litt ekstra kvalitet!
