Pokój czysty, ładny łazienka nowocześnie wykończona i funkcjonalna, telewizja oraz internet, ok. Sniadanie w postaci szwedzkiego stołu, bardzo duży wybór i wszystko smaczne. Jedyne zastrzeżenie co do wygody łóżka, strasznie twarde jak dla mnie, na drugi dzień bolały mnie plecy. Poza tym hotel położony przy samej trasie E4 w Sztokholmie, co dla przejeżdżających bardzo wygodne.Polecam ten hotel

The standard of the hotel was good, breakfast ok. What I did not necessarily like was the reception staff which was kind of indifferent - not impolite but also not particularly nice. If you arrive by commuter train it might be hard for you to find the way from the train station to the hotel - one of hotel reviews on TripAvisor includes a description of the best route so you better make yourself familiar with it beforehand. Generally good value for money.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny i czysty, mila obsluga. Bogaty bufet sniadaniowy. Swietnie skomunikowany ze Sztokholmem - doskonala baza wypadowa.

"The Rex Hotel - close to Stockholm"
Excellent breakfast to welcome you every morning; easy access from the airport via train/bus and subway; not too far to walk to the main attractions (ie Old Stockholm, Vasa museum etc). Rooms are modest, but you don't really need much if you are out exploring all day. I'd come back!

This is a great option. The single rooms are small, but well done and comfortable. Great breakfast, good staff, and right around the corner from the T-bahn.
"Rex Hotel - reasonable alternative based on cost"
We recently stayed at the Rex Hotel for 3 nights, and in the expensive world of Stockholm hotels, this was a pretty good option for the price. It was neat and clean, and it is close to the T-bana (subway). It's only 2 stops from the Central Station and a couple more to the Gamla Stan (Old Town), and the daily complimentary Swedish breakfast was great […] and a cost saver. However, when they referred to a smaller room with a queen bed, they weren't kidding. Our college sons got the regular room with 2 twin beds, and we got the petite "queen" room - the room wasn't much bigger than the 2 twin beds that created the "queen" bed. They did provide us with a fan when we asked, and they gave us good advice for dining and shopping. They also arranged for a less-expensive taxi for our departure to the airport, but our wake up calls never came - ouch! Thankfully I had set a travel alarm for the early ride to the airport. The majority of guests were college age (including those staying in the Rex Petite Hotel in the basement of our building), so try to avoid a room that faces the street - it was pretty noisy with the window open at night. "Hotel Rex, Stockholm"
We stayed at the Rex for a week and it was everything and more we expected. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The free bean to cup coffeee in reception is real bonus, the breakfasts are fantastic and most importantly the beds are really comfy. The Wifi is free, but didnt work too well in the rooms but the staff again were very helpful […] : it turns out there is a cable connection in the roomand cables can be provided: maybe best to take your own. "First Rate Economy Hotel"
We were very pleased with our stay at this small very clean hotel. It is in a tastefully refurbished older building on a quiet side street in a upper middle class neighborhood near the center of Stockholm and only a block away from the main subway system on which the central railroad and bus terminal are only two stops away. Also there are several first […] class restaurants in the vicinity which the staff will point out to you. The floors of rooms and corridors are of new highly polished wood and the walls freshly painted. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable although a bit, but not uncomfortably small , as in most European non-luxuery hotels. In particular, the bathrooms have been rather stylishly and expensively redone and the rooms have a generous amount of storage space, a writing desk and two chairs. There is free internet access in each room and a flat screen TV with the BBC channel. The breakfasts are generous and served in a pleasanr solarium or in warm wearher on a patio. The staff are youthful and very fluent in English and are very knowledgeableand helpful. The complaint I have is one with all Scandanavian hotels in that a guest must sleep under a duvet (comforter) that is incased in a sheet like a pillowcase. For some people this is too warm, even in winter and one can rarely get a hotel to provide a regular sheet and blanket. Another complaint is the absence of a blackout curtain or shade to prevent one from awakening at the 4:00 AM sunrise in the Summer. Przeczytaj więcej
Rex Hotel is clean and quite. we enjoyed staying there. The service people are very friendly. The location is great. It is easy to access most places in the city. Overall, we think that it is worthy to stay in this hotel.

"Rex Hotel - Cosy"
Nice hotel overall and the staff were always friendly and helpful however it is the 21st century so I was disappointed that the wifi only worked whilst sitting in the lobby which was inconvenient. If I had to pick a fault with the room, the bathroom always flooded due to the design. Seems to be common in Scandanavia??
"Rex Hotel - close to what you need"
I read the reviews of the Rex before I booked, and I found them to be very accurate. Sure the room is small, but there is a nice courtyard and a big room for the morning breakfast. The T-Bana (the underground transportation) connects right around the corner from the hotel - buy a week long SL card - and some bus stops are nearby also. Plenty of resturants […] and bars nearby, and you can get to the old town real fast on the green line of the T-bana if you want to go there. "Excellent value for money"
Excellent value for money, and very helpful staff. The rooms are very small and there isn't much space to hang clothes or to work.

"Great free breakfast, free coffee and tea"
The Rex Hotel was truly a terrific place to stay. After traveling for more than 18 hours we finally arrived, albeit much later than check in time. The receptionist was expecting us and knew my name. Without much hassle she led us up to our room, which was warm comfortable and extremely clean! We stayed during the Thanksgiving weekend (November 26-30) […] when it snows in Sweden and it was a terrific time to be there. While it is extremely cold (we're from Los Angeles), it is a very festive time to be there. There are Christmas markts in old town and everything is nicely decorated around the city. By map, the hotel location may look a bit far away from everything, but it isn't. It took us literally 15 walking minutes to get from the hotel to Gamla Stan in the snow. We bought 16 subway stripes for the both of us during our stay but we only used up half of them. Finally, a word about the breakfast--it's traditional Swedish, with freshly baked loaves and rolls, sliced meats and cheese and tomatoes and cucumbers. They also have cereal, jams, soft and hard boiled eggs. I loved it. It was plentiful and a great way to start the day. They also have coffee, espresso and tea available throughout the day and night. At that time of the year, Sweden isn't open for business very late, but there are pubs, a Tunnbrodsrolle stand around the corner, and a 24hour McDonalds not too far away, and a 7Eleven which are everywhere in Stockholm. Overnatninger i små rum der har alle nødvendig facilliteter, morgenmadsbuffet med helt almindelige tilbehør, ligger parallel med Sveagade og i gåafstand til centrale Stockholm.

"Litet intimt hotell med perfekt läge"
Perfekt hotell för mig som reser i tjänsten. Hade kanske inte valt det som ett romatiskt hotell. Men läget är oerhört centralt. Rent, lugnt. Dock så är frukosten aningen sparsmakad. Inte så att jag kräver korv och äggröra..men variatioen av pålägg och bröd..är klent..men helt "OK"....

Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr chic. Der Aufenthalt im REX Hotel war toll. Wir hatten zwar ein überschaubar kleines Zimmer, aber es war auch genauso gemütlich. Für einen Städtetrip vollkommen ausreichend. Vom REX Hotel aus ist ganz Stockholm wunderbar zu erreichen. Tolle Restaurants im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten, U-Bahn Station gleich um die Ecke. "Toller Aufenthalt in Stockholm !"
Ein sehr angenehmes kleines Hotel nördlich der Alstadt von Stockholm. Ganz Stockholm ist von dort aus prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Kurztrips sowie für längere Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. OK morgenmadsbuffet. Værelserne er gennemsnitlige. Gode senge. Ellers rent og pænt.

Rex er ikke dyrt og levede op til vores forventninger, som selvfølgelig var afstemt med prisen. Meget venligt personale. Ok værelse med supernyt badeværelse. Rengøring i top. Morgenmad på et acceptabelt niveau. God beliggenhed i forhold til centrum, hvis man er indstillet på at gå lidt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Die Lage ist sehr nahe an der U-Bahnstation (Tunnelbana) Radmakersgatan und ich hatte nur deshalb troubles, das Hotel zu finden, da ich den Lageplan nicht ausgedruckt hatte. Meine Skizze hielt ich anfangs falsch herum in der Hand :-) Die Zimmer sind nicht allzu groß, vor allem der Kasten in meinem Zimmer war sehr minimalistisch. Dies wird durch ein […] exzellentes Frühstück mehr als wettgemacht. An den ersten 3 Tagen funktionierte das W-Lan gut, als ich am 4. Tag troubles hatte, bekam ich anstandslos ein Kabel und hatte wiederum Internetzugang. Der gratis-Kaffee in der Lobby half mir, als ich um 04:00 von 5 Stück SMS geweckt wurde. Påpekade att TV:n hade dålig bild och att det var svagt ljus över handfatet. Skrevs upp av receptionist men ingen åtgärd vidtogs. Frukosten minst sagt minimal och fantasilös. Trots detta nöjd. Rummet litet, men trevligt även om det inte hade skadat med en tavla på någon av de helt vita väggarna.
