Everything was great except that my signal strength for internet on my lap top was not full strength. I was unable to reply to emails. It was saying the the server timed out.

Fair price clean and convient location. One dissapointment was the continental breakfast. Will stay again. Booked and prepaid on line and they were waiting for me.As good as it gets.

Quite good, an older building that could use some upgrades but generally clean and comfortable, quiet. Very good restaurant but the continental breakfast does not offer much.
"Acceptable but aged"
The hotel is acceptable but just acceptable. The beds are getting old, the sheets are thin and the room is worn. Everything appeared to be clean though.

"Pet Friendly"
I chose this accommodation as it was a pet friendly hotel. No where in the information for the hotel did it state there was an extra charge for my pet. There is a charge! The room we were assigned to probably because we had a small dog was very oudated and "shabby". I would not return to this hotel.

"The Days Inn in Ottawa"
The air-con is noisy, and the room is a little bit dark. No shower cap. The breakfast is bad, no other choices except bread and corn flakes.

"convenient, clean but somewhat dated"
Furnishings were dated and the beds weren't all that luxurious but about what we expected for the price. It was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Scotiabank Place events and quiet as it is away from the highway.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're staying over the long weekend. We had a very unpleasant experience with loud and obnoxious people who just wouldn't stay quiet. They kept us up till 1:30 am. Yes, they were drinking as well. Hotels in general need to control these incidents. There are bars and clubs to do these sorts of things and shouldn't […] be allowed in a hotel room. I had to call on front desk twice to resolve this situation. If it were a third time, I would have called the police. In the end, I simply switched rooms. "Travelling to Scotiabank Place?"
The Days Inn (West end), is minutes away from the Scotiabank Place. We attended a concert and had ample time to arrive and did not wait in traffic while the concert emptied. Parking in the South Lots away from the highway is the way to go. This is not a luxury hotel...moderate pricing with a comfortable bed and great location - 7 minutes to the rink! "Front desk staff polite and helpful"
All was deemed excellent except for one oversight. The room had been booked for four adults yet there were towels and bathroom supplies for only three persons. There were two drinking glasses and two coffee mugs. In spite of these small glitches,we would stay at this hotel again when in Napean over nght.

La chambre était correcte et bien maintenue. L'hotel est peu maintenu. Lors de l'arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression de déranger la réceptionniste qui avait hâte de reprendre son appel personnel. Dès que nous avons pris notre clef, elle s'est dépêchée de reprendre le téléphone et nous n'existions déjà plus. Le déjeûner fourni était pitoyable.
Pas bon, aucun service, tour est ferme, pas de sourire rien.

Die Lage ist üblicher Vorort, an dem man nichts anfangen kann, aber nicht zu weit von Ottawa Downtown, dass einen Besuch wirklich wert ist. Das Hotel selbst ist arg überteuert (was nicht an Hotels.com liegt!). Ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse sollte wenigstens einen Pool bieten, was sehr fehlte bei Mordshitze.
