stay was quite nice. only real problem was the lack of lighting in the room.only two lamps which made it a bit difficult.
"NOISY"
The hotel contained a casino which our room was by so we got very little sleep due to noise. The guests in the room above us were loud. However, the free breakfast was great!

Very conveniently located. The front desk was helpful. I needed an extra hour before the checkout deadline of noon, which they kindly gave me. That was a big help. The room was spacious (king bed) and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very skimpy and that is my only complaint about the stay. I would stay here again.

The people who work there are great down to earth people who would do anything to make sure that your stay would feel complete. I would recommend this hotel to any travel tired from over traveling or just looking to get away for a couple days. Close to all the activities that Missoula has to offer. You as the traveler would not be disappointed.

"BROADWAY INN IN MISSOULA NOT RECOMMENDED"
WAS MET BY A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON WHO WAS VERY BLUNT AND NASTY AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. WOULD NOT TAKE A SERVICE DOG IN THE RESERVE ROOM. WENT TO RED LION INN IN MISSOULA, WAS MET BY A CLERK WHO WAS VERY HAPPY TO HELP AND JUST MADE OUR STAY AT RED LION INN VERY PLEASANT. AND HAD NO PROBLEM WITH DOG.

"Plenty of other places to choose from"
Overall our experience was not good. We called ahead of our arrival to see if we could get a late checkout and they wanted half the cost of room for a late checkout. The Hotel was almost completely empty and they placed on the first floor in a terrible location for any privacy. The lady at the front desk felt it was her duty to tell me that there will […] be no smoking in our non-smoking room at check in?? Why would I request non-smoking room if I wanted to smoke in it? "Broadway Inn in Missoula, Mt"
Our room was freezing when we got there on Friday eve. Never did warm up that night. The next night was better, then the neighbors were noisy, had to call the front desk. They took care of it. Good coffee.

No problems with late night check in and the accommodations were perfect for a family with a well behaved dog.

What else can I say it is a great place to stay the people there are extraordinary and will go out of their way to make sure that you as the customer are comfortable.

I use the buss quit a bit for going down to missoula to see my friends, and the convenient location gives me the option to stay later or leave earlier to the terminal for my ride. The quality of the service that I recieve has been far substantial even above some of these more luxurious hotel, the people generally care about you and will go head over […] heals to make sure that you are comfortable and happy. "Great Value"
While this isn't a 5 star hotel it was clean, quiet, and had great parking. The hotel is located between the city and industrial district of town making it quite convinent for a business trip.

"Nice, but noisy"
The hotel is a good buy but don't get a room close to an outside entrance as it will be noisy. Ours was so bad at 11:30 PM we had to request another room which they gave us. Other than that a good place to stay.

"loud"
could not sleep until 2 am due to an ongoing party that extended to the front of the main entrance - about 30 feet away from our room. complaint at the front desk did not help.

I got a great price for a room and was able to book it online. That is a big time saver for me. The front desk woman was very nice, polite and helpful. I was directed to the easiest parking access location and had to walk only a few short steps from the door to my room. There was plenty of parking place and the surrounding area was very quiet that evening. […] Breakfast was ample, coffee was amazing with 4 different blends and flavored creamers to choose from. "Not very clean, Noisey"
There was hair in the shower, something resembling dried up vomit on the lamp and alarm clock. I could hear everything the people in the room next to me were saying along with everyone in the hallway and outside. It was cold and dimly lit. Definitely not worth what I paid.
Everything was good including breakfast, the friendliness of staff, and location; however we had to change our sheets to ensure they were clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

"Older hotel"
The staff at this hotel and convention center was remarkably professional and kind. The room was clean, but it was old. I made reservations here because there were few other options. The room rates were comparable to newer chains. The mattresses were older and lumpy, and the linens and bedspread were piling. The best feature of the room were the towels. […] There was a generous supply of them and they were thick and absorbent. Overall score was let down by there being no shuttle service to pick me up at the airport at 11:30 pm. Other than than I was very pleased with the staff (who were all very friendly and helpful) and the general comfort of the hotel.

Only issue was the hot water pressure filling the tub...very,very slow...cold water gushed..HOT didn't...never did get a full bath.
If you're just looking for a cheap bed for a night, it is all right. My room smelled like smoke and hadn't been updated for a long while. Less then 10 minutes from the airport.

I was expecting to get picked up from the airport @ midnight. I called after picking up my luggage as requested. I had to wait 25 minutes and called once to ask where was my shuttle. The room was fine EXCEPT .. the coofe pot was not cleaned from the prior guest, there was a washcloth left behind in the shower AND the shower did not drain at all ! Awesome hotel. We just needed a place to stay as we were driving through Missoula and this place worked very well. They even upgraded our room! Loved this place and it was close to downtown and things you need!

"Broadway Inn"
This is an OK motel. However, I was dissapointed that the room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. Breakfast special varies from day to day (cooked to order eggs to pancakes) but was good. No elevator to the second floor and narrow stairways.
Don't waist your money!!!!! Room was dirty, no hot water, AC broken......I could go on but let's just say I wrote a letter to management over 2 weeks ago and I've heard NO response!!!!!
"dirty, smelled bad"
Our bathroom was covered in mold and everything was dusty. Linens were ratty and stained. The hallways smelled stale and dirty. The carpets desperately needed cleaning. The "restaurant" was just a loud bar and kids under 18 are not allowed inside.
Older building, not very well kept. Dirty bathroom. Horrible breakfast.

"hotel stay"
this hotel was one step above terrible. it was not very clean and very old. carpet was worn and dirty. hallways had large satins and tears. the breakfast was adequate but not great. the location was not bad.

I know people say you get what you paid for, and thats true with this location. The hotel wasnt very clean, and the beds are uncomfortable. Next time I will spend the extra money and book a better hotel.

Staff was great. Room was great. The bar had a great selection of draft beers and food was good and nor skimpy. My ONLY issue was that I was leaving @ 500 AM for a flight and the receptionist said someone would be there to shuttle me. At 5 am , someone was there but he said he never got the " text message " that she sent. I think the staff should be […] trained on RECONFIRMING detaild. "Broadway Inn- very nie!"
Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not to far from restaurants and shopping, right by the river, and the pool and hot tub are outside and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay very much and won't hesitate to stay there again.
