Great place to stay. Placed in quite district but also very close to most important place to visit. Good equipment, clean. Elevator is very helpful if you have heavy luggage. In near neighbourhood car parking.

"Hotel Real Palacio Lisbon excellent location"
Hotel were extremely helpful. Underground was very nearby. Went to the reception re the free wifi, the receptionist gave me a cable and I was able to use the internet in my room, no charge. Wopuld stay again.

The hotel staff was nice and very helpful with all from shopping to restaurants. Very happy with our stayer there. I would like to recomend the segway tour, just ask the hotell staff.

This hotel was wonderful! Very clean with EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY service! The breakfast was also pleantiful and tastey. The validation of the parking garage fees was also and added bonus, it saves you 50%. Also close to metro for easy access to the rest of the city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

"Hotel Real Palacio in Lisbon"
As so many have already stated, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Stained carpet in the room, black mold in the bath/ shower, small room size, and an unbelieveably hard bed would rate three or four stars, but not 5. Breakfast, however, was quite good. "Lovely Place to Stay !"
I loved this hotel, it really isn't a 5 star but it is still a great hotel. the staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. They serve a lovely breakfast and there is a good selection to pick from. nice hotel, good, quiet location, great breakfast-buffet, "business center" is just two computers and one (not working) printer. bar is beautiful, but prices are exorbitant (e.g. 4 times as much for a GinTonic as in other bars).

We stayed in this 5* hotel for 3 nights. There was nothing actually wrong with it except we can't understand why it merits 5 stars. The room was standard but the carpet was very badly stained; breakfast was good but not great - why can't coffee be left on tables instead of being poured by staff. "Great hotel for the money"
Super customer service, amazing breakfast buffet, luxurious bathroom. Only complaint are the twin bed (not up to my standards) and the pillows.

"Amazing stay!"
The hotel is fab and got a 30% off for the deal. It is probably one of the best hotel i've stayed in in terms of value for money and service. The hotel is nicely located for public transport and the rooms were decent sized! top stuff!

"Very good hotel"
This is an excellent hotel with an attentive staff. We were very satisfied with every aspect of this hotel. Breakfast was very good. Availability of free Internet in the room and in the Business Center was a real plus.

I picked this hotel from your "list" and it exceeded our expectaitons. We were able to check in early and every request was handled promptly with a friendly attitude. The breakfast is the best I have had at any European hotel. I would recommend the Real Palacio highly and will stay there again when I visit Lisbon.

Aktuellt hotell är ett anständigt och prisvärt alternativt, dock ej femstjärnig standard. Personalen är tillmötesgående, trevliga och kommunicerar väl på engelska. Hotellets allmänna utrymmen - lobby, bar, restaurang etcetera - är fullt acceptabla, medan rummen skulle må bra av en renovering. Frukosten är förhållandevis tilltagen och serveras till 10:30. […] Tjänster jag saknade under vistelsen, vilka jag finner vara rimliga för ett hotell som marknadsför sig vara av högre standard, är dels egen taxiservice samt den mer självklara väskhjälpen. Till mer turisttäta och centrala delar av staden förflyttar ni er med fördel via taxi alternativt till fots (räkna dock med cirka 30 minuters promenad) om ni inte känner er bekväma med tunnelbanan. Personligen blev jag inte besviken då hotellet låg i linje med vad jag förväntade mig vid bokningen, dock finns den risken om ni förväntar er femstjärnig standard. Sammanfattningsvis vill jag framhålla att Real Palacio är ett prisvärt - dels rent generellt, dels relaterat till det faktum att frukost ingår då jag under senaste resan betalade 30 euro/person och frukost - acceptabelt alternativ förutsatt att förväntningar är rimliga. Leider war ich ueber den alten abgetretenen Teppichboden sehr entteuscht, wirkt richtig ecklig. In der Loby einganz eigenartiger Geruch, womoeglich von dem Yakuzzi. Ein wunder, dass das Personal es nicht riecht. Getraenke im Restaurant sehr teuer, 2 Glaeschen Sekt 32,- Euro, dafuer Fruehstueck sehr reichlich u. gut. Ein gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Ruhig gelegen, mitten in einem Grossstadtwohnviertel. Ein schöner aber längerer Spaziergang bis zur Stadt. Ubahn aber auch in der Nähe. Tolles Frühstück, leider aber ohne Aussicht. Angenehmer Wellnessbereich und kuschelige mittelgrosse Zimmer laden gut zum relaxen ein:-)

Non c'è la piscina e la zona benessere è piccolina... non c'è WiFi e la camera non sempre viene pulita bene (cestino non svuotato, shampoo non cambiato...). La moquettes nel corridio lascia un po' perplessi: comodo con la metro ma non merita 5 stelle.

"Mycket bra hotell med hårda sängar"
Hotellet har mycket hög standard med bra service och trevlig personal. Dock är sängarna väldigt hårda. Vi klagade och fick uppgraderat till ett bättre rum där sängarna skulle vara bättre. Detta var dock mycket marginellt. Man la då dit extra material, men detta hjälpte inte heller. Gillar man hårda sängar så var det här hotellet helt perfekt. "Não vale a pena."
O hotel é vendido como 5 estrelas, mas não possui o nivel de serviço para tanto. Nem todos os empregados são igualmente gentis e eficientes. Perguntei, por telefone, à recepcionista sobre a internet e ela me disse que eu teria de ir à recepção para pegar um cabo de acesso... em um verdadeiro 5 estrelas, ela mandaria algum funcionário me entregar o cabo. […] As toalhas do banheiro tinham marcas de sujeira. O hotel cobra uma taxa absurda de 5 euros por pedido feito em serviço de quarto! mais honesto seria cobrar 10% do pedido a título de serviço de bandeja. A zona em que o hotel está também não é das melhores para explorar lisboa e o metro está um pouco longe. Lisboa tem bons hotéis de 3 e 4 estrelas que valem muito mais do que este. Casa de banho muito antiga - intervenção no duche não feita apesar de 3 pedidos - Tudo é relativo : para um 5*, o hotel é um tanto decepcionante. Comemos bem no restaurante.
