"Nice place to stay"
This is a nice motel, nothing spectacular, but worth the price for a Tahoe area motel. The bed was okay, a little soft due to the memory foam top, and the TV was mounted on the wall at a funny angle from the bed, but still viewable. The shower head was terrible; one of those environmentally correct low flow shower heads that make you take showers three […] times longer, so no net water savings. "Convenient location"
My daughter had a race at Diamond Peak. This was a great value and super convenient. The rooms have recently been remodeled, which is great because it's pretty clear that this place has been around awhile. We did find a chicken bone on the floor though, when we first checked-in. That was a bummer and grossed-out my daughter.
"Parkside Inn - Close to ski slopes"
2nd time I've stayed at Parkside Inn. Room this time was 2-room space, each room has queen bed, with one room having TV, and other having bathroom and sink. Heater is on the floor, old style. Breakfast only served during Sat/Sun. Hotel 4-min from Incline Village restaurants/grocery (Raley's). Clean, safe place, at moderate price.
"Just what we needed"
We used the hotel because we were going to a wedding in Incline. It served our needs perfectly. However, please note that the walls are paper thin so if you are a light sleeper or loud talker beware. The room was clean and had an AMAZING shower! We would stay there again and we would hope that are neighbors were quiet!

"BEST DEAL FOR THE PRICE"
We stayed from 12/27/11 to 12/29/11 - This motel is very close to Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and for the price is quite amazing. The rooms were large and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For Incline Village - the price was great! "Parkside Inn--good place in Incline"
If you're looking for a clean, basic, reasonably priced accommodation in expensive Incline Village, this is it. The rooms are simple but clean and well maintained. The breakfast provides decent coffee, yogurt, fruit, breads. Request a room away from busy Tahoe Blvd and you'll enjoy your stay.

Stayed here while doing a few days work at Diamond Peak. it was very clean, very convenient to dining and to work and the price was right where i needed it to be. the TV worked, the internet worked, the heat and power were on... that's what i needed!
Wonderful area. Clean, comfortable room. A little warm...couldn't control the heat well. Overall great stay. Loved the fancy folded towels and tissues everyday!! Very fun. Would definitely stay again.
"Nice"
They let us check in early and gave us an upstairs room (per our request) with no problems whatsoever! Helpful staff and over all a nice quiet time. We would stay there again.
Nice and clean Inn. Free high speed internet and flat screen TV. I also like the wall between 2 queen beds for privacy and lots spaces for clothes, ski boots and ski packages. Also have small round table good for laptop. All items are equipped as regular Inn but much better cleaned and neater than other Inns I have stayed.
interior and exterior were very clean and neat. Rooms were comfortable, and in good repair. Staff keeps the hallways and common areas very clean. We were visiting our son at college (SNC) and it was a short walk and very convenient to the campus.

Hotel and staff very nice. Only problem was when I made the reservation they assured me I could bring my dog just to find out on arrival no pets allowed.
"Best Place to Stay... Parkside Inn"
I stayed several times, and always planned to stay there even if it's 10-15 miles from any events that I attend . it's always very friendly, and clean specially the pool,hot tub,sauna. Great free Breakfast. When you're on the north side of Lake Tahoe, that's the place to stay... no complaints here.
"Low Cost Entry to Expensive Area"
Everything about the place was "OK". I had asked about a secure place to store our bicycles and was told they had an area but upon arrival they said they only had one and it was previously reserved. Shower head needed help. Flat screen TV was nice. Our king room was large enough to feel everything could be put out of the way.

Room was just OK, but way over priced. They charged Hilton prices @ a less than motel 6. No microwave. 70's style fridge. The bathroom door didn't close because the hinges were broken.

"Quick Stay"
Went to a wedding and needed a close place to crash. Very comfortable and clean. Great for the price!
We were more than satisfied with the hotel. We were greeted in a pleasant, friendly manner and the two rooms we had booked were comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated that the hotel has a policy concerning noise. A big effort is made to ensure that the place is quiet.

this was a great place to stay. kids loved the pool, we loved the hottub and the beds were very comfortable. I love the rustic wilderness setting! i definately would come back again.
"right on main drive"
Stayed at Parkside in for 3 nights. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a couple of different choices. It was very close to the nearby grocery store, starbucks, and movie theater. I would stay here again.

I wish someone would have told us NOT TO PARK under the big trees straight across from the office. The car was totally covered with sap from that tree. After a long, hot drive home I took it to a car wash and got most of it off. Jim K.
"Parkside Inn at Incline"
We were very satisfied with our stay at Parkside. The location was very convenient and the lake is about half a mile of walk. The room we stayed in was clean. We requested and were granted early check-in. The breakfast is no-nonsense continental style.
Tahoe is a wonderful place. I went to play golf, relax and gamble a little bit. All were very successful. Hotel.com was very good about accomodating me when I had to leave a day early with a refund-I think it will be done anyway from our telephone conversations.

This Hotel was ok, the bed was very very soft could not sleep the first night at all, the room fridge made noise all night prompting us to turn it off the second night. The location is very nice the surrounding condos and hotels were much nicer but also would cost more,the price we paid per night was too high for what we got. Very comfortable and casual place to stay - I've paid far more to stay at name brand places that weren't any better than here. I don't know why some people complained about the coffee maker in the room; it makes two cups, which is on par for other hotels that have them. The shower worked great with incredible water pressure and no drain problems. My […] room (premium) had a fridge and of course a flat screen TV. I didn't partake of the free breakfast as the confernece I attended at the Hyatt provided that - that would probably be my only compliant; the breakfast is just sugar and starch. Very clean room and updated bathroom, spacious, quiet, nice view of ponderosa trees from deck, excellent location in Tahoe Incline area and self serve breakfast was fresh, simple and just enough. Overall superb value for the cost.
"Parkside in at Tahoe"
It really was a 2 star hotel. We just needed a CLEAN place to stay and this fulfilled our needs. It isn't the type you would hang out at, but rather sleep at and go to your activities. My husband and I were satisfied. It was close to the places we needed. Staff was very polite.

The hotel was great. Beds were comfy. We walked to the Hyatt every night. Great Restaurants and shops all around.

the hotel has done it's best to spruce up what would otherwise be another tired tahoe motel. the room decoration was decent, the room was clean and comfortable, the counter staff were pleasant and welcoming, definitely would stay again.
"Kid Tested - Kid Approved!"
I took my two (7 & 9), got the larger room with the two queen beds. The kids loved the snow, but the kicker was the terrific indoor pool, spa, and sauna. The swam, I soaked, they swam, I worked poolside via their free WiFi. I'm going back, the kids will see to it!

"Parkside Inn at Incline"
The beds were comfortable and the parking garage was a nice option. The room was also quite spacious. However, like others' comments, I found the pool and spa a bit too cold especially for the time of year. The continental breakfast was cereal, bagels, and muffins. Not much to it. Overall, fine budget hotel if you plan to be out playing all day.

"Parkside Inn at Incline- good value hotel"
Very pleased with Parkside Inn. Our room was clean and roomy. Very quiet area. Parking area was plowed which was nice because there was alot of snow when we were there. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Staff was very helpful when needed.
