The staff was very nice and gave us a free upgrade even though we didnt check in until around 1am because of travel delays. The hotel is very nice and is cetrally located at the main campus of the Cleveland Clinic. Our room this time and the lst time were not as clean as the room we stayed in on our first stay. Dirty carpet and walls. The beds are too small for 2 people to sleep in. This hotel next to the Cleveland Clinic has a modest fitness area with none of the modern equipment most useful to people over 60. The hotel has suggested exercises nicely mounted, but the exercises are not appropriate for the average Cleveland Clinic person likely to be using the hotel.
