The hotel was conveniently located to where we wanted to go which is the reason we booked it, however the whole room stunk so bad like BO that we could barely stand it. We were right beside the laundry/housekeeping room and were woken up every morning with the loud noise and talking from all the staff. This is a good solid hotel with friendly staff. There are no luxury hotels in the Cowichan Valley, but this Best Western is comfortable and clean, designer colors on the walls, decent toiletries and okay food in the coffee shop.
