First of all the customer service was absolutely awful! They were very unorganized! I spoke with a man name Ricky who was suppose to cancel one of the nights that i originally made and after he confirmed and said thursday was cancelled i still got charged for that night. I called and the manager picked up the call and i was very nice to him and explained […] what happened and he was very rude over the phone to me. He could not help me what so ever, and basically said there was nothing he can do and i asked to get the owners/corporate number for assistance and he said no and hung up on me! This is really disappointing because my mother is handicaped and she has been taken advantage of and if the hotel was more organized and communicated more with their customers and their staff these issues would not be happening. I will NEVER refer any of my family members to stay there. Not only was the service awful but the place was not all that great! I just feel they just want your money and thats it. Przeczytaj więcej

one of the dirties rooms i have ever been in

This place was hell , I would not let my DOG stay there. See this place lets homeless people stay and they smoke drink and leave there trash all over the place....I went to the office to find out whats going on with all the homeless people staying here and the Manager said if he has extra rooms he sell them to them for cheap ...So NEVER NEVER will I […] stay at a QUALITY INN....P.S. "Would not recommend this place to friends"
The Hotel room was old and dirty. Thank god I had my own blanket to sleep with. They also allowed these teenagers to run all over the hotel til after 3am. I would never stay there again. I was very disappointed
"Room Smelled Like Cigarette!!"
I reserved a non-smoking room & it was sooo gross smelling! Not to mention the couch that was in the room had rips in it, and looked extremely dirty! Upon smelling & seeing the room, my husband & I wanted to get get a full refund & try somewhere else (we were in our room a whole 10 seconds!) Went to the clerk & asked him if we could get a refund, that […] our room smelled like cigarette & the couch was really dirty, he immediatly in a rude tone said "No Refund!) At that point, I agreed to try a different room, which smelled better, but the couch in that room was really gross as well! I would not have even let my dog on it if I had brought a pet! "worst breakfast ever"
If you say you're going to give people a breakfast, you should giv them one. No orange juice, no fruit, no hot chocolate, no donuts. I was told people "cleaned them out" early in the morning. Here's an idea, if you run out, get some more. The cherios were great
"Good Location Only"
Hotel has great location for Swim Center and Soccer fields, but it is not a quality hotel. Old, run-down, hard, lumpy beds.
