This was a decent hotel stay. It wasn't super fancy, but it was well worth the cheap rate we paid. The pillows were terrible, so bring your own pillow and you will be set. The complimentary breakfast and hotel staff were excellent. I would stay here again....with my own pillow.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very freindly and helpful.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at the motel in New Braunfel Texas. The staff was so friendly and helpful and that is important to us. Also the location was perfect and made our driving to San Antonio much easier...I will come back again when I visit Texas.

Recently redone...excellent price and very clean. Would def recommend to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay. I had My 3 grandsons with me, ages 7,12 and14. It was close to all atractions, great resturants,and they really enjoyed the large pool.Also, they loved the waffles shaped like the state of Texas. Definatly we will book again next vacation.

Hotel staff all very nice. Rooms clean. Near to Schliterbahn. Will choose again when in the area.

Clean, comfortable room. Stayed there before we went to Schlitterbahn. No complaints.

We had to get the hotel manager to try and stop the 4 teenagers above us from stomping on the floor all night long. He came and had a talk with them around 11:30 PM, and then again around 1:00 AM. They never did stop partying, and we never were able to get verry much sleep.The next night we experienced the same thing, but with a new group of people. […] The night manager was very nice, and it was not his falt. The day manager on the morning of the 31 ST was a JERK! He would just ignore you when you ask him anything. I think his cute little PONY TAIL was pulling on his brain. Over all my experience at this Best Western, was a VERRY POOR ONE! I personaly feel that Best Westerns are over rated as to price for services and ouality.We have , in the past always tried to stay in a Best Western. I think we will try some other chains. Again, I want to say that the Manager that tried to help us on the night of the 30 TH, was VERY nice and understanding. Almost forgot; They had to work on the air conditioning at MIDNIGHT! This hotel has THE worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The hotel room I reserved online was not the room I was given upon checking in to the hotel. The manager B.D, was aware of the situation and chose to end her shift and leave an untrained night clerk J.K. to “handle” the situation. J.K even admitted to us more than one time that […] B.D threw him under the bus. I watched first hand, J.K give a discount to a guest that did not meet the requirements (he was given an AAA discount when he was not an AAA member and showed no proof of that) and watched as two King rooms were given out to two people in front of me who had just walked in off the street, when I had booked my King room over two weeks prior. When we expressed our dissatisfaction we were told that it was the online booking site’s problem not theirs, and did not offer one single compensation for our unhappiness. They would not give us an available King suite (this was $20.00 more than the room we were in), or discount our room, or even throw in a free breakfast!! We cancelled our reservation, and book two nights in the hotel next door. I will never stay there again and will tell everybody I know what a horrible experience it was. Przeczytaj więcej

Overall a good place to stay. Our only problem was the way too short pillows. They were about one foot square and NOT what we were used to sleeping on. We didn't sleep too well because of that.

Very cleanly kept and close to many restaurants and shopping.

This hotel is on the interstate very close to the town of New Braunfels and about 10 minutes from Gruene Texas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Its a short drive from restaurants and other good stuff. The breakfast was good but not fancy.

Overall, everything was fine. The only problem was that, when we returned to our room in the afternoon, it had not been made up although we had left a "Make up Room" sign in the door. Maintenance claimed that they saw a sign and assumed it meant "Privacy Please". When we complained to the front desk, we were told that it would be made up right away, […] but 45 min. later, this was still not accomplished. I stayed the night during the MS 150 bike ride from San Antonio and back. The shower was great and the bed was comfy. A perfect way to stay cheap for a quick nights rest.

We booked our room through hotels.com at a great price. We requested a late arrival and when we arrived, check-in was easy and fast. We had already booked rooms but had decided to arrive a day early. The desk attendant had it all arranged so that we didn't have to change rooms the following day for the remainder of our stay. The suite of rooms were […] extremely comfortable. The hotel was accomodating in providing a downstairs room for my husband who is a disabled vet. However the room was in the outside section and it turned out the door was not easy to open and close. adequate for the price. Door was sticking and one of the keys was hard to use. No refrigerator, but clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful in suggesting local sites to see. Room/sheets and bathroom were clean. Outdoor pool was also fantastic.

Room phone did not work but we didn't need it. Unsightly crack in otherwise functional shower wall. No mini-fridge in room. It was a clean convenient motel for a 4th of July tubing trip. Acceptable, not great.

El Hotel como infraestructura se encuentra en condiciones aptas para hospedarse sin ningún problema; Recámara limpia, baño limpio, aire acondicionado funcionando, televisión funcionando, espacio justo para los ahí hospedados..... Mas el desayuno es pobre para aquellos que estamos acostumbrados a comenzar el día con digamos: huevos revueltos o estrellados, […] jamón, salchicha etc... salvo este punto, este hotel es apto para descansar del ajetreo de la diversión o de las compras.
