Hotel jak najbardziej ok z małym mankamentem płatnym parkingiem przy meldowaniu poinformowano że parking jest free po czym przy odjeździe skasowano sporo bo 35 euro. pokój bardzo ładny i czysty córka była zachwycona z wielkiego wygodnego łóżka i wystroju, śniadanie bardzo dobre i do syta. aby dojść do centrum trzeba mieć dobrą kondycje i mapę. Basen z rześką wodą ale jest możliwość rozruszania się. Po opłaceniu kartą nie można otrzymać rachunku to też troche dziwne. ogólnie jestę zadowolona następnym razem sprawdze inny aby mieć porównanie gorąco pozdrawiam

"Comfort"
Room is clean. Love for seperate toilet and shower room. Hotel is not in main street. Shopping you can walk for 8 minutes. U bahn you can walk about 3-4 minutes. Tram you can walk around 8 minutes. Service is good but not great.

Excellent hotel. Polite efficient staff. Nice art deco fittings in room. Good choices at breakfast well stocked. Ten minute walk to centre of town. Good vfm all round.

Hotel Das Tigra was an excellent hotel. Our stay included breakfast which was good quality and they didn't charge extra for a cappucino! The reception staff were very helpful. We don't speak German but had no difficulty in this hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet and they did their best to meet all our needs. The room was a good size for the two of us. "Das Tigra Hotel - Vienna in the heart of the City"
Billed as a hotel 'with soul in the heart of the city', Las Tigra clearly exceeded our expectations of a small, boutique property. The staff was wonderful and arranged to accept some warm-weather clothes, which neighbors sent to the hotel in mid-Dec in preparation of our arrival the 23rd since we'd previously been traveling in tropical regions of the […] planet. The receptionist who registered us obviously was aware of this and brought it up herself and arranged for the bellman to retrieve the gear. The buffet breakfast and the staff serving it were also 'over-the-top': the quantity, quality and the variety of the breakfast offerings is uncommon at a hotel costing twice the amount. When we'd sent out laundry on December 26th unaware this was also a national holiday and subject to a 50% surcharge by the offsite business, the hotel staff again went to bat and had the surcharge removed. A memorable hotel for the big, immaculate room, the helpful staff and wonderful breakfasts. We walked easily to almost everything we wanted to do or see from this location.

This hotel was well located and well kept. The breakfast buffet was generous and items were fresh. The layout of the room was a little bizarre. The main problem we had was that no one came to clean our room. We notified the front desk about it and was told someone would be up,but no one ever was. At some point someone came to provide clean towels, but […] that was it. We talked to the front desk again, but they seemed perplexed by the issue and never did anything about it. Vienna is a lovely city. the Tigra was not as modern as I expected. There were few facilities and it was quite small. It was in a brilliant location and the bed and breakfast was fine but I expected more from Best Western.

"Great Hotel, Great Location"
Great location in Vienna. Quick walk to/from Stephensplatz. Front desk staff were friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was included in reservation and very good. Driving into the inner city is not recommended- very complicated with one-ways and pedestrian only roads. My GPS unit(rented from AVIS) was a disaster. "Clean and pleasant"
There is nothing exceptional about this hotel but it's clean, the people were nice, and it's in a good location.
Das Tigra Wienna is a nice hotel with spatious and air conditioned rooms (which is very recommended in summer time). Great Breakfest. The hotel is located nearby most of the interested places of the old city only few minutes walk in each direction

"Toistamiseen Tigrassa"
Sijainti on loistava, huoneet viihtyisät ja siistit. Kylpyhuoneet olivat modernit. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Varauksessa oli jokin sekaannus, joten toisen huoneen asukkaat saivat upgreidauksen ja päätyivät minisviittiin. Voin suositella kohdetta ja varmaan varaan huoneen hotellista vielä kolmannenkin kerran.

Hyggelig betjening, super beliggenhet. Fin frokostbuffet, for den som ønsker å spise på hotellet. Ingen treningsfasiliteter, men avtalen med Holmes Place Fitness Tempel (som hadde alt fra gruppetimer til spa og svømmebasseng) mer enn kompenserte for dette. Alt i alt svært fornøyd med oppholdet. "normales 3 Sterne Hotel"
Das Best Western liegt zwar Zentral, jedoch in einer verlassenen Nebenstrasse, wenig einladend. Kleine Lobby, alles sehr verwinkelt, Frühstücksraum im 1. Stock, sehr überfüllt und laut. Das Zimmer war sauber und ok. Das ganze Hotel ist typischer 3 Sterne Standard und in Summe zu teuer.

"Super central beliggenhed"
Med 5 minutters gang til den centrale del af Wien, kan det ikke ligge bedre i den stille (men kedelige) gade. Dejligt kvarter med spændende stræder og forrretninger. Hvor ville vi bare ønske, at hotellerne gik væk fra designet med enten transparente ellet matterede døre til badeværelserne. I dette tilfælde er det dog matterede døre! "Kan anbefales på det sterkeste!"
Vi er tilbake etter en tredagers tur til Wien. Best Western Hotel Das Tigra var en gledelig overraskelse og kan anbefales på det sterkeste. Sentral, men samtidig fredelig beliggenhet. Perfekt service, store, flotte rom og ikke minst en usedvanlig god frokost. Hotellet var med på å gjøre vår førjulstur spesielt vellykket.

prima hotel om stad te bezoeken vanwege de ideale ligging. kamers ruim en schoon . ontbijt goed verzorgd. personeel vriendelijk . weinig service bij lounge-gedeelte .airco funktineerde niet optimaal , daardoor wel erg benauwd op kamer. zou ,bij een ev. volgend bezoek aan wenen weer naar teruggaan naar dit hotel.

"あやうく二重に支払うところでした。"
チェックインの際、感じの良い女性が対応してくれました。 その際、予約した時のメールの写し等は必要ないとのことでしたので、特に見せませんでした。 滞在中は中心地からも近く、部屋も快適だったので特に不満もありませんでした。 ところが、チェックアウトの際、予約の際の書類を見せろ、ミニバーの料金を払えと言われました。 私は滞在中ミニバーの中身には一切手をつけていないのにもかかわらず、執拗に料金を請求されました。 また、すでにネット予約により料金も支払っていたはずなのに、再度宿泊料を請求されました。 ミニバーについては全く心当たりがなかったので、払いませんでしたが、宿泊料は取敢えずクレジットカードで処理しました。 その後、宿泊料払い済みのメールを確認し、ホテルに電話したところ、あちらの手違いで宿泊料を […] 請求したこと、またその請求は既にキャンセル済みであることを確認しました。 結果的に2重に支払わずには住みましたが、嫌な思いが残りました。 Przeczytaj więcej

Sijainti paras mahdollinen, lähellä keskeisimpiä nähtävyyksiä. Palvelu oli hyvä ja kohteliasta. Aamiainen oli erinomainen.

"Mangelnde Reinigung der Zimmer"
Der Teppichboden meines Zimmers war schwerstens verschmutzt, es muss irgendeine Flüssigkeit ausgelaufen sein, die nur unvollständig entfernt worden ist. Normalerweise wird man als Gast über einen solchen Mangel hingewiesen, in diesem Hotel ist es aber leider so, dass man weder bei der Ankunft (Reception nicht besetzt!!!) noch bei der Abreise das Gefühl […] hat, willkommen zu sein!! Med få hundrede meter til Herrengasses cafeer, Hofburg (spanske rideskole), Museer, domkirke mm. kan man faktisk spare sit travelcard og nøjes med enkeltbilleter, når man endelig skal køre med U-bahn. Selve Tiefer Graben er ikke spændende - imodsætning til Graben - men alt ligger lige om hjørnet. Jätte trevlig personal, hyfsat stora och rymliga rum som var väldig rena (välstädat) och moderna. Ett minus var heltäckningsmattan, varför har man det egentligen? Hotellets läge var perfekt, nära allt! Kvarteret var väl inte tipp topp men Wien är ju europas säkraste stad så det gjorde ju inte så mycket.
