I would strong recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet was include in my bill. I would give this buffet a 6 out of 10 only because they nearly serve the same dished daily. However, I would give the breakfast buffet a 10 for convenience and saving me money on breakfast. The hotel have an excellent gym to keep in shape while traveling. I used it nearly every day I was there. The reason I picked this hotel while I was in Bremen is because it is steps away for the local and regional trains. It is just a walk away from downtown Bremen. The only complaint I have about the hotel is the small beds but that how German beds are. It was a great stay!

We got a good summer special offer, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. But our room faced a busy street, so the windows had to be closed, and there was no air condition. Also the pool/spa area was not quite what we expected, no towels left, and a cold spa.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They patiently answered several questions from us. The hotel is tricky to find with GPS with the one-way streets, etc., but thanks to a local resident we found our way. Rooms were clean. Walkable distance to most everything you want to see and do. Breakfast buffet was lovely but on the high side. However, it is worth having breakfast here at least once!

We recently stayed at the Best Western Wellness Hotel when we visited the Christmas Market in Bremen. The friendliness of the hotel staff is what impressed us the most. The hotel was very clean, in fact it looked newly decorated to us and the room was lovely - a nice size with a VERY VERY nice shower room. There's a small bar on the ground floor which has a 'Happy Hour' and the hotel is centrally located, right opposite the train station so the centre of the city is only a couple of minutes walk away. A couple of 'quirks' though - the doors to the rooms open OUTWARDS into the corridor which we've never ever seen before, so you have to be careful not to hit anyone in the face who happens to be walking down the corridor as you open the door (not sure how that would work in an emergency!) and the other thing is that the walls are paper thin. We thought our neighbours were in the same room as us when we heard them talking - we could've joined in their conversation!!! We love Bremen anyway - it's a super city and we would definitely stay at the Wellness Hotel again

This hotel is in an excellent location for the transport links to the airpot and is a 10 minute walk from the Christmas markets. Our room was excellent. Didn't do the breakfast as there are plenty of cheaper options in the town centre. Youcan request free tea/coffee making for the room if it is not there on arrival. Recommended.

Hotel was fabby, close to all amenities, easy to get to from airport, clean, staff helpful, room spacious and clean.

The hotel is directly opposite the train station, but we didnt hear any noise from it. There is also a tram station across the road, which is handy for getting around, The trams go to and from the airport, and take 17 minutes. A taxi from the airport cost us 15 Euro. The hotel is slightly away from the main town square, but it is an easy walk in and takes about 7-8 mins. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room itself was ok, the shower wasnt the best though. The third floor of the hotel was a smoking floor. The bar in the hotel is also ok, and is priced similarly to the other bars around. All in all, if you can get a good deal i would certainly stay in this hotel.

Convenient! Right across the street from the Hauptbahnhof. Room in outstanding condition (clean and smart--business class), helpful english speaking staff. Had an early train so can't speak for the breakfast.

went for a short weekend break with my wife, so really wanted to pamper ourselves with nice room in hotel with a spa and swimming pool, but in this hotel they not free of charge (4 euro per person per day) plus for a bathrobe you have to pay around 5 euro per day plus 25 euro deposit . and it wasnt written anywhere at the time of booking . So what is the point of booking 4 star when you can treat yourself with a wisit to the proper and better spa centre for the same money. Breakfast wasnt included so we ate out, but at the end of our stay they wanted to charge us 12 euro per person ,per day for having breakfast. O and for the old little uk-to europe socket adapter which cost around a pound they have taken 20 euro deposit! And the hotel needs updating thruout! So the Bremen was absolutely wonderfull city but i would recomend you to stay somewhere else than this hotel!

This hotel is stuck in a time warp, the rooms are not upto the star rating and certainly not as good as the Hilton in Bremen. The TV in the room was so small and so far away from the bed that you need binoculars to watch it.

what can i say is i definitely will go back to this hotel if i go bremen again. not only all the condition of hotels, the staff there also very nice. the most important is it nearby train station. easy to get there. GOOD

The internet service they promote is limited to the hotel lobby, where they allow smoking so it could be pretty smokey if you are on the internet. The adjacent italian restaurant is very nice: good food; good value.

Beware: They will charge your 13.50 Euro (per person) for the guest breakfast. You must decline this option if you do not wish to purchase the breakfast, it is automatically added to your bill, they do not ask. It is the same breakfast the most German hotels offer for free.

Rommet fremstod som ukoselig og møkete. Jeg hadde forventet bedre i forhold til hva vi betalte for. Teppet på rommet hadde store flekker, og det som ble tilbydt som et førsteklasses rom var en smal tarm med høyt tak mellom konferanserom. Hotelet anbefales ikke selv om betjeningen var hyggelig.

Solid tysk kvalitet overmiddel, men svært at finde frem til.

L'entrée est très difficile à trouver quand on ne connait pas le quartier. Le côté "wellness": ce n'est qu'un accès au centre de gym/muscu/piscine voisin donc il faut partager avec les clients habituels

Vi bestilte et sommertilbud for 2 små barn (5+7 år) og 2 voksne som inkluderte frokost og tilgang til spa/basseng. Ypperlig rom (mot bakgård - lite støy) med dobbeltseng og sovesofa. Benyttet bassenget og boblebadet. Veldig god frokost. Kan trygt anbefales!

Bra hotell centralt i Bremen. Var lite slummigt område vid centralen, men promenerade man en bit så blev det mysigt. Bra stort familjerum för 4 personer!

Koselig hotell med gode service innstilte hotellansatte, fra resepsjon til renhold. Godt fornøyd med det meste hotellet hadde å tilby, inkludert en god frokostbuffet. Eneste å utsette på dette var at når vi bestilte hotellrom, så var det ikke mulig å få frokost inkludert i prisen. Litt dyrt for frokost med tanke på nærliggende alternative frokokost muligheter. Ellers meget godt fornøyde.

Hotellet's betjening var arrogante og lite kundeorienterte. Resepsjonisten var en gretten tysker som møtte oss med et surt åsyn. Ingen god mottakelse, akkurat! Men hotellet generelt, rommene og renheten var av god standard, i tillegg til en meget sentral plassering rett ved Sentralstasjonen.

Burde vært klimaanlegg på rommene. Det er en vesentlig mangel på et firestjeners hotell. Ellers ok samt utmerket frokostbuffet.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider hätte ich unter "Wellness" erhofft, dass ein Schwimmbad im Haus jederzeit zugänglich und im Preis inbegriffen war.

Wir haben das Hotel für 6 Übernachtungen gebucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist 1A, zentral in Bremen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer, was man uns zuerst zugeteilt hatte (4. Etage) war unzumutbar. Ca. 10qm "groß", das Badezimmer war ein enger Schlauch mit dem Charme der frühen 70er Jahre und der Fernseher war so positioniert, das man ihn vom Bett aus nicht sehen konnte. Die Möbel waren alt und hatten überall "Schlagspuren", ebenso die Ecke zum Badezimmer hin. Das Zimmer ist mit einem fleckigen Teppich ausgelegt und die Zimmerdecke war dreckig. Außerdem war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig, wir konnten unseren Zimmernachbarn bei normaler Lautstärke sprechen hören! Nachdem ich bei der Rezeption freundlich um ein schöneres Zimmer gebeten hatte, haben wir dann ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage bekommen. Der Kontrast war riesig. Das Zimmer war großzügig mit Vorraum in dem der Schrank und eine Sitzgruppe untergebracht war. Das Badezimmer war freundlich, groß und modern. Von unseren Nachbarn haben wir während unseres Aufenthaltes nichts gehört. Der Service des Hotels war sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Vi var fornøyd med alt på dette hotellet, utenom at frokosten kom i tillegg og var litt dyr. En av oss hadde et uhell men dette ble tatt hånd om av personalet på rask og profesjonell måte. Vil gjerne velge dette neste gang også. Veldig sentralt.

Hotellet er sentralt plassert i forhold til jernbanen. Det var helt flott sammenlignet m norsk standard, og billig for et dobbeltrom. De har egen bar og stort trim-avdeling i kjelleren med egne treningsrom for begge kjønn. Frokosten på hotellet er svært dyr, men rett rundt hjørnet finnes et bakeri som har påsmurt mat og godt utvalg. Vi fikk god frokost for fem euro der

Et meget godt hotell sentralt beliggende og i gangavstand til det meste. Prismessig i overkant, et rimeligere alternativ med tilnærmet samme standard vil nok være innen rekkevidde.

Hotellet har en grei standard, hotellbaren er trivelig. Kort vei til jernbanetasjonen gjør at hotellet har en ypperlig beliggenhet hvis man vil ta toget til andre byer.

L'hotel è ubicato in posizione strategica veramente comoda, in dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore cittadino, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli non c'è la possibilità di vedere la tv italiana, ma solo tedesca e CNN e BBC. nel complesso l'hotel è buono

Hotellet ligger rett ved jernbanen og noen få minutter fra handlegatene. Trikk fra flyplass til jernbanen tok ca 15 min.

Me var 2 vaksne og 2 born - fekk stort, godt rom. Hotellet var sentralt plassert med gangavstand til det meste.

Store romslige rom. Veldig god service.

Fint hotell, nesten i sentrum, hyggelig betjening og med flott og innholdsrikt spa-anlegg, men dessverre ingen av oss 3 var fornøyd med forholdsvis kostbar massasje. Frokosten 14 euro :-(

Trang resepsjon - veldig god frokost i hyggelige omgivelser

Hotellet ligger like ved jernbanen noe som medførte svært mye støy og lite søvn. Måtte ha vinduene lukket hele natten i sommervarmen. Fin avstand til sentrum. God mulighet for mat.
