"Our new get-away location"
We stayed during the off-season and got a great rate---and what a great value. We LOVED the heated outdoor pool---SO nice and warm with beautiful mountain surroundings. We just stayed at the hotel and swam there and enjoyed the hot tub instead of going to the town hot springs pool. The free hot breakfast with omelets was amazing. "A little oasis in the mountains"
We thoroughally enjoyed this hotel. Ended up staying an extra night we enjoyed it so much. The staff were exceptional, especially the young man behind the desk. I think his name was Dwayne or something. He bent over backwards to meet our needs. The hot springs were a treat. The 2 outdoor ones were the best. There's nothing like being in the cold of […] the mountain while soaking in the heat of the springs. To top it off, the breakfast was such a delight. Good, healthy, cooked to order omelets. "Best Western in Ouray, CO"
Stayed here because the reviews indicated a great place to stay and a wonderful breakfast. The motel was very beautiful and the made to order omelets were great. "BW PLUS TWIN PEAKS LODGE Ouray"
What a suprise! thought this was just another ok motel ,but the rooms were excellent and very clean and comfortable (newly refurbished). Complimentary drinks and popcorn in the lobby was a nice addition as was the breakfast with to order omlettes. The location was perfect a nice 10 minute stroll into town to the many bars and restaurents.

Attractive, clean rooms, very comfy bed & a fantastic full breakfast cooked by a chef. Will stay here when in Ouray again-would have stayed another night if we had had the time. Hot tub/heated pool with mountains looming above-sigh! First time we've stayed in a Best Western Hotel & now we will be seeking them.
The walk up rate was very affordable for queen bedroom. The staff at check in was extremely helpful and courteous. Taking the gondola to the mountain village or Telluride was very convenient and picturesque. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Loved the free hot breakfast! Room looked as if it had been recently remodeled, very clean. A/C unit made some strange noise, but overall stay was excellent. Would definitely stay again!!

This hotel is great! We have stayed twice in Ouray lately and this is where we go!! The people are great, the scenery is wonderful. You cant beat the quality of the rooms, the surroundings, the Tiki Bar, pool and full awsome breakfast!! We look forward to staying again!!

"Nothing great, but clean and comfy"
The rooms are quite small and a bit dated, but comfortable just the same. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled -- nice and clean. I think the room rate is a bit steep, but there are not a lot of lodging choices in Ouray.
