"Lackland AFB stay"
the hotel was pleasant. rapid greeting upon my checking in and since i had prepaid with Hotels.com it was simple and fast. alot of military personel since it is a short drive to Lackland AFB but that's not a bad thing. the rooms were quiet. i did not hear any noises from the neighboring rooms or the hallway at night or during the day so i'm assuming […] the insulation is pretty good. breakfast was great. not your average hotel donuts and coffee breakfast. there was hot sausage patties, cerel, make your own hot waffle batter, bananas, toast, and juice. the hotel was full but not packed and parking wasn't a problem. the only thing that was a negative was that the hallways smelled like smoke. my room was on the third floor and from what i could see all the rooms were nonsmoking. this was really bad in the day when they had the hallway windows open. it was as if someone had just finished smoking. i figured even if people were smoking outside and the smoke blew in it still should not smell that bad. once i got in the rooms though i couldn't smell the smoke anymore so it wasnt too much of a bother. all and all i had a great stay and would stay there again if i was ever in the area again. "This hotel was great!"
This hotel is very close to Seaworld, several restaurants and shopping centers. The perfect area to stay while in San Antonio.

"overall great stay"
The hotel is located in a ggod location for shopping and dining. The room was neat and comfortable overall. the only complaint is long black curly hairs in the bathroom/ shower and sink area. Not sure if it was from a prior tenant or the cleaning lady.

The hotel was in a good location that was near shopping and a major road for easy access around the city. Employees were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean for the most part and the breakfast was fine.

"Very good experience"
Hotel and room were very nice and clean. Staff was awesome. Very friendly. I had two shipments of equipment for a convention which they held on to for me. One box was a day late in getting to me. They called me during the day to let me know it arrived. I would stay here again!

"SeaWorld Quality Inn"
Great location! Took us a bit to get used to the loop and 151 of San Antonio but everything was near the hotel a walmart a Target and most importantly Sea World. We loved this hotel and would definitely go there again. The staff was really friendly and helpful The pool was clean and warm. Perfect vacationing spot. :)

The room was very clean and the staff was the nicest I have ever seen. The breakfast was nice but they do need more seating. We stayed the weekend for a trip to Sea World. It was a very short simple drive there. Will definitely stay there on any future trips to San Antonio.

I was very disappointed with the service and set up of this hotel. When booking, I was told that this hotel was new. It was not at all. The carpet on the floor was worn and sticky. The corner chair and the bed spread had stains on them. The actual bed was uncomfortable. We were given a smoking room when we asked for non smoking. We got there to check […] in early, around 1pm and the desk clerk told us we could not change rooms because they had no available rooms to change. Hotel was nice for the price and very close to Seaworld. Lots of stores and restaurants right by the hotel. On the downside- the complimentary breakfast was only served until 9:30 and the staff who came in to clear it were very rude to those still serving themselves. They made it clear they wanted you out RIGHT NOW and that was unncessary! I've been […] to many hotels with breakfast and been treated like first-class citizens. Very good location, near a big shopping center where you can find supermarkets, good restaurants and important stores. The hotel was clean and confortable. The breakfast was good.

The Quality Inn was very accomendating allowing us to check in early. However, the room was nothing I expected for the price. It was extremely out dated and very small. The walls were very thin, therefore you heard people walking and talking all night long (didn't get much rest. But the biggest shocker was the contential breakfast the next morning. […] There were only 5 or 6 tables to eat at so there was nowhere to sit PLUS YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE FOOD BACK TO YOUR ROOM. What a inconvenience for guest. "Great hotel"
The room was clean, the hotelstaff was so nice and could answer my questions. Breakfast was good. Everything worked as it should. The only thing I could have wanted to know was that there wasn't wifi in the room - only in the lobby. You did have free internet access on your room but only if you had a cable to pluck into the wall.

Conviently located in relation to Seaworld, shopping and restaurants. Access to and from area shops etc could be better when heading back east from the hotel. Have to go around a distance east from behind the hotel or go west along the 410 service road and circle back. Not a real inconvience but could be better.

Although this hotel was located close to Sea World and the breakfast was adequate, I would not recomend this hotel for several reasons. First, there seemed to me to be too many things guests were not supposed to do. Guests were not allowed to take items from the breakfast buffet back to their rooms unlike any other hotel I have stayed at. Also, guests […] weren't supposed to eat or drink on lobby couches. So why were the couches in the lobby even though the dining space made it sometimes necessary to sit on the couches? "Great Stay after initial room change"
Everything went fine after we switched our initial room (which smelled like smoke). The front personnel didn't give us a hard time about switching at all. It was very close to Seaworld! Good stay overall.

Very close to Lackland AFB, Walmart, Target, and many good restaurants. The hotel was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. I would stay there again.

For the purpose of going to SeaWorld, and wanting to stay somewhere close by, it was a great hotel. The surrounding area can serve virtually every shopping/eating desire. The hotel was fine, but the reviews are right: there is only one elevator and it is very very slow. No complaints though.

"Great experience!"
This hotel was awesome for the money! The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and we were allowed to check in 3 hours early since we had an early flight. Also, it was only 4 miles from Lackland AFB which made it very convenient. I would recommend this place to others!
"Too expensive"
Too expensive for a plain hotel. The desk clerk was not at the front desk when we arrived. Also, the pilot light for the hotel water heater was out and we did not have hot water the 1st night of our stay.

This place is in a good location and near many resturants, a Walmart, and about 4 miles from Sea World. The room was nice and it was quiet. Is a newer hotel and the workers were friendly. Had microwave and mini-fridge. Beds were nice too! Over all great experience.
