Hotel is small, but staff is friendly, good service, breakfast is also good.

I had a pleasant stay at Turim Lisboa during low season and it was great value for money. Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average, nothing special, but you won't leave hungry. There is not much to see in the neighborhood but the metro and buses are within walking distance and downtown is only […] a short ride away. The only negative was the poor wireless Internet connection in the room, but on the other hand this was a free service included in the price---and once you went downstairs to the entrance floor it worked properly. The hotel is easily accessible by Aerobus from the airport. My room was large and very clean with free WiFi connection. All in all, this hotel is a good value for money.

The internet does not work! The rooms are old!

The hotel was conveniently located to the Bus/metro and Airport. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating -- loved them. The resturant staff were not quite as welcoming - really not necessary to have to deal with that first thing in the morning for breakfast... the breakfast was not bad though.

This hotel is beautifully designed with plush bathroom fixtures, a comfy bed, luxurious spa towels and very convenient storage. The airport shuttle makes staying here the night before or after a flight very simple. Our only complaint is the hours for the restaurant. There is really nowhere else to eat in the neighborhood within walking distance (at […] least on a Monday night) and the Mirage didn't open until 20:30. Next time I would stay closer to the historic district but the metro is close is service is top notch. They were extremely helpful and polite answering all my questions. Very good people.

We enjoyed our stay at the Turim Lisboa. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough to everything on foot or by the excellent public transportation system including trams, buses and subways. The room was very clean, big, had a nice balcony and was pleasantly furnished. The refrigerator/minibar was not really cold, and the hotel bar rarely open, but […] those were truly minor points. This is hotel is located on a nice side street with lots of trees. Not too much traffic but close to the Metro. The rooms are a comfortable size with big windows. Wireless Internet available for free. Large selection of free toiletries. Desk staff very helpful with restaurant suggestions and other information. I would stay here again.

I visited Lisbon for a conference. The conference had associated hotels, but I looked for something better and found it. Turim Lisboa was much better than others offered at twice (or even three times) the price. Breakfast and internet are provided for no additional cost, the hotel is in a great location and public transportation is close, easy and efficient. […] The hotel staff are fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (at least) and are very helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. The only downside is that local restaurants and stores close at 9pm, so late-night dining is a challenge. However, something is open within a 10 minute walk, and El Centro Ingles (a giant department store) has wonderful groceries and prepared foods and is open until 10pm. The area is safe, even late at night. When my stay ended I booked it for another five days. My colleagues at the conference were envious of my find with Turim Lisboa. This hotel has recently been renovated. The rooms are incredible clean and nice. It couldn't be better than this. For a 4 star hotel this is pretty amazing. The staff is super amazing!!! The only thing I don't get is the lack of an iron in the room!

This is a small boutique hotel which was a perfect hotel for us. If you are looking for a huge 5 star hotel, this is not the place to stay. The service provided by the front desk was gracious and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. We were located near several metro locations and were able to walk everywhere. There were nice restaurants in the neighborhood […] and a large supermarket for fresh fruit, cheese, bread and wine. We had been traveling for 10 days and were delighted to discover our newest room was huge, light and very comfortable. We faced the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The bathroom was equally commodious. The breakfast was amazing-eggs for the first time as well as anything you could want. The staff spoke english and were well informed and helpful. […] We were close to the metro and could walk to many interesting spots. hotel no muy centrico,pero se llega facilmente teniendo una boca d metro a unos pasos, el trato del personal al cliente excelente , la habiatcion muy amplia, y las camas muy confortables!

Отличный отель в тихом месте, удобно расположен относительно метро и автобусов, удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей Лиссабона. Только одно удивило-нет карты города на ресепшне! Хорошо нас снабдили картой люди побывавшие в Лиссабоне накануне. Телеканалов обнаружили только 2 или 3,но телевизор не смотрели некогда было , Номер огроменный, […] ванная комната большая, с феном, с биде,. Только вот шкаф для одежды в другом конце номера, куртки некуда было повесить при входе. Завтраки не оценили-завтракали в номере булочками и сырами из соседнего супермаркета. В номере чайник с чашечками, ежедневно давали травяные чаи и кофе в пакетиках, сахар обычный и в таблеточках (наверное сахарозаменитель). На стойке ресепшн вкуснющие яблоки вместо вредных карамелек! Ottima posizione, situato molto vicino al centro, molto comodo anche in caso si decida di consumare cibo in camera poichè con l'angolo cottura presente in ogni stanza (così mi è stato detto) ciò non è precluso. Si, ci siamo trovati bene anche come seconda volta di soggiorno.

Yllättävän hyvä perinteinen hotelli. Erityisesti toivat tyytyväisyyttä huoneen väljyys, hyvä ilmastointi ( ulkona 30*C), leveät hyvät sängyt nukkua, monipuolinen aamiainen ja oleilun mutkattomuus. Metron käyttöä tarvittiin keskustaan pääsemiseen, mutta sen käyttö oli helppoa, varsinkin, kun hankki kaikkiin liikennevälineisiin oikeuttavan matkakortin […] koko oleiluajaksi. Flotte og store rom. Grei frokost, selv om det ofte gikk tomt for en del produkter. Kaffe fra selvbetjent automat var ikke mye å skrive hjem om. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra sentrum, en drøy halvtimes gange. Metro rett ved, fungerer utrolig effektivt og er rimelig. Det samme med taxi, rundt 5 Euro inn til de fleste sentrumsdistriktene. Uitstekend Hotel waar maar weinig is op aan te merken. Met ook een uitstekend restaurant gewoonweg aan de andere kant van de straat. Een echte aanrader wat ons betreft.

Nous avions déjà séjourné à Lisbonne et notre hôtel se trouvait dans le centre (vétuste) et bruyant. Cette année avec un prix légèrement supérieur nous avons pu profiter d'un établissement moderne, climatisé (important l'été à Lisbonne) dans un quartier calme avec toujours une place de stationnement devant l'hôtel. Pour les clients à pied le métro ou […] le bus sont tout près. Les prix affichés dans les chambres sont bien supérieurs à ceux que nous avons payés par hôtels.com. Les 4 étoiles sont méritées ! 地下鉄が２路線使えて、リスボン中心部へのアクセスがとても良かったです。 バスセンターや鉄道駅へも地下鉄で10分ほどで行くことができ、郊外に出かけるのにも便利でした。 また、歩いて２，３分の所にスーパーマーケットもあります。 部屋も十分な広さがあり、フロントの対応も親切でした。リスボンに行くならまた、利用したいと思います。

chambres impeccables et confortables. Nous avions un petit balcon au dernier étage. Petit déjeuner buffet pas incroyable mais inclus lors de notre séjour et à volonté. Métro et bus à proximité. Situé dans une rue vraiment calme, loin des festivités nocturnes. Seul bémol, ce côté de la ville n'est peut-être pas celui avec le plus de charme. Apesar de não ficar no centro nervoso de Lisboa, fiquei muito satisfeita com a locaização do hotel. O ponto alto foi o atendimento: todos muito solícitos. Recomendo!

Boede på 1. sal, og der var nogen larm fra køkkenet om morgenen. Ellers ikke noget at klage over. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale og hotellet ligger i bekvem afstand til Metroen.

Lysande värde för pengarna. Jätterent, hjälpsam personal. Stort fint rum. Helt ok frukost.

Ficamos em um quarto triplo bem amplo com vista para a rua, com piso de madeira de fácil limpeza ( muito melhor qdo comparado com os hotéis que tem carpete). Internet wi-fi nos quartos. Localização ótima, numa rua tranquila e arborizada, próximo à 3 linhas diferentes de metrô : azul (Parque), amarela (Picoas) e um pouco mais p/ frente a vermelha (Sao […] sebastião). Proximo ao Parque Eduardo VII e à El Corte Inglês. Café da manhã bem completo com salada de frutas, frutas inteiras, vários tipos de pães doces e salgados, cereais, iogurtes, frios, queijos, bolos variados, pratos quentes, uma deliciosa maçã assada com canela, máquina de café com leite e de suco. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Para o meu gosto pessoal, prefiro box à cortina colocada na banheira. Ficamos hospedados, muito satisfeitos, durante 8 dias em junho/2011, porém um único ponto a observar foi um gosto estranho ( ácido, parecido com conservante) na salada de fruta do último dia (não observado anteriormente). Siamo andati (io e mio marito) in questo Hotel un pò diffidenti non conoscendo la catena, ma dopo l'arrivo ed il soggiorno siamo partiti con un'idea totalmente diversa: splendido il soggiorno, comodo l'hotel, servizio ottimo. La nostra idea è tornare a Lisbona nello stesso Hotel. Lo consiglio.

Magníficamente situado. La habitación amplia y bien amueblada. El baño excelente, liimpio, agua caliente abundante y las toallas de buena calidad. Sábanas y almohadas estupendas. El wi-fi es rápico y gratuito. El desayuno, criticado en otros comentarios, ha cambiado para bien y es de calidad media-alta. Merece la pena almorzar en el hotel, es más barato […] y mejor que los restaurantes próximos. El servicio atento. El único problema de Lisboa son los taxis, antes honestos, ahora, quizá por culpa del precio de los carburantes, en el aeropuerto lomás probable es que des con un timador; en la ciudad también engañan, aunque es menos frecuente. Cuidado con ellos, quizá sean unos pocos, pero a mí me han tocado varios. Lo peor es que para denunciar no basta con dar el número de licencia, ¡quieren también la matrícula del coche! Para regresar al aeropuerto, en el hotel consiguen taxis fiables, así que lo mejor es pedirlos en recepción Recomiendo este hotel por su excelente relación precio-calidad. Przeczytaj więcej

Excellent hôtel près du Metro Parque et près d'un arrêt du bus de l'aéroport. Belle grande chambre, très propre. Bon petit déjeuner si l'on exclut le jus d'orange un peu pâle. Hôtel impeccable avec du beau marbre rose dans les pièces communes. Service courtois.

Sehr großes Zimmer mit allem nötigen Komfort. Sehr nettes Empfangspersonal, immer hilfsbereit. Leider war das Frühstück enttäuschend, der Kaffee ungeniessbar. Eigentlich liegt das Hotel noch relativ zentral, hat mich aber doch abends davon abgehalten noch mal in die Stadt zu fahren. Würde aber jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wollen. Al lado de la parada de metro PICOAS, en 10 minutos estas en el centro. Habitación amplia y limplia. Internet funcionaba perfecto. Desayuno bueno. Una estancia perfecta.

Værelset blev bestilt i god tid på hotel.com og derfor fik vi en god pris. Værelset var stort, hyggeligt og rent. Folk i receptionen virkede flinke og kompetente medens betjeningen i restauranten virkede lidt stressede, men dog aldrig uhøflige. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra centrum, men på 3-4 min. Vi oplevede ikke afstanden til centrum som et problem. […] Hotellet er et godt sted for et ophold i Lissabon og kan anbefales. Morgenmaden er set bedre og restauranten er heller ikke mindeværdigt, men det er ikke noget der trækker voldsomt ned når nu byen er fyldt med gode madsteder. Excellent séjour dans un hôtel à l'image, humaine, accueillante, sachant être sophistiquée, attentive de cette merveilleuse ville qu'est Lisbonne. Hôtel à conseiller sans retenue!

Très bien situé pour se déplacer en transports, cet hôtels est très correct niveau prestation, propreté et confort. Les chambres sont agréables et "luxueuses" pour le prix payé. Le petit déjeuné est complet avec buffet pour satisfaire tous les gouts. Il est possible de manger le midi et le soir aussi.
