comfortable and kind employees, They are close to JFK airport and they offer the shuttle service to JFK airport.

convenient location close to JFK. Shuttle service was very useful. good value for money.

They were great. I called hotels.com and within a half hour they were picking my daughter and friend up at JFK airport and into their room. Great peace of mind for a last minute hotel.

A convenient hotel for overnight stay for flights at JFK. Room was clean and well maintained. Flat screen TV but seemed to have analogue signal and not HD so picture quality was poor. Front desk was helpful and had to-go breakfast for us for 5:30 a.m. departure. Shuttle only on the hour. so plan for this or $15 flat fee cab ride which front desk will […] arrange. I enjoyed this location it's about 40mins away from Manhatten great rooms quite place the only thing I didn't like was the lack of parking and the juice from the Vendors Machine were $2 other then that you will like it

The amenities are pretty basic and I'm not convinced the free breakfast is even worth it. Most of the vending machines in the hotel were broken. However, the rooms are comfortable, fairly inexpensive, and its within shouting distance to JFK.

excellent hotel . rooms were very clean. staff were on tje ball. brakfast was good. food did not run out as in other hotels during my stay. only snag very far from city. nothing nearby. you have to take hotel shttle to airport and then catch buss to subway and then train to city. total time one hour ten minutes.hotel is excellent for overnight stay. […] i love the hotel but due to its location i did not use in in my last few days in new york. instead i stayed in down town and found it much easier to see sights and to shop till you drop. The Greatest thing about this hotel is they provide a free shuttle service to and from JFK, where from there you can take the airtrain to the subway station and/or the Long Island rail road No having to worry about paying 15 dollars for a cab ride. The shuttle also goes too a Mall where they have Gambling(Unfortunately) and Restaurants like Wolfgang […] puck Express,Popeyes,chinese food, American food, etc. The Shuttle Leaves at the top of every hour. The Hotel also Provides a delicious Free Hot/Cold Breakfast (Eggs,Sausage,Cereal,Instant Pancakes, Cinnamon Rolls etc.) Until 10am(Each time I went down in my nightgown and a Hooded Jacket. Got a few looks but you do what you have to.) Its in Queens so its Not Close to any of the "Sights" But again you can easily take the Subway into the City. The Concierges were very nice and helped you whether you needed a toothbrush or directions to times Square. Theres a business center where you can print stuff for free. The Rooms and Hotel Lobby were very clean and well Decorated. Flat screen tv and such. Theres No ``View`` But its Comfortable and Quiet and a great hotel if your not in need of amenities and in new york the quality and price of this hotel is unbeatable. We had a very early flight from JFK so wanted to stay as close to the airport as possible.The area is really sketchy but once you enter the hotel everything was very nice and felt secure. The room was very clean and the front desk people were very helpful. After a whole day of flying from the west coast, it was a convenient, quiet, & clean "oasis" before continuing our trip overseas.

Unfriendly staff, difficult to find and a pretty unpleasant room.

We booked the non-smoking room on the website but the hotel assigned smoking room to us and it cannot change to what we booked. The smell of smoking room is really bad.

Great hotel, close to the casino and airport. Clean rooms, great customer service.

Traveled with 4 people, visiting family that live in Woodhaven, NY. Stayed two nights. Good location. Close to highways and streets to get there. Only 3 exits to Woodhaven. Parking area was small, but we got a spot every time we left so no complaints there. Breakfast was good. Beats going out to eat and spending $$ elsewhere for 4 people. We had two […] rooms. Very basic accommodations, but it is very close to JFK if you are driving in and need a place to crash before an early morning flight.

We were coming in late for an early flight and we needed something close to the airport that had parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less then 10 minutes to the airport and a very easy drive. The hotel itself is clean and up to date. The room had a bit of a musty smell but I find most hotels have that smell. The complimentary […] breakfast was out early and had a lot of options to choose from. Overall this was a great deal and I would stay there again. I will say there are not a lot of restaurants nearby but the hotel clerk gave us a stack of many take out menu's of places that would deliver (and we checked in at 11:30pm on a Tues). seemed to have some undesirables roaming the hall, but otherwise was a great location and very convenient to JFK.

This is a run down motel that charges more than the other crappy motels that will due in a pinch when you are waiting for a flight at JFK. The breakfast was very poor, not worth bothering with. We were impressed with the help we recieved with a lady serving / helping with breakfast on the morning of the 7th Jan. She went the extra mile helping with our babys bottles to clean etc. That type of help and going the extra mile with the staff that work in the service industry is what makes the difference and keeps customers returning. Yes, just for one night is ok, not more than that. The carpet does smell like an old moldy fabric, the bathroom was smelly too. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was pretty good.

The only negative aspect -- a fairly serious one -- is that the manager, a graying mustachioed fellow of moderate stature -- saw fit to interrogate a guest during breakfast. He asked her "Who told you two hours?" (or something like that) and, since she spoke no English and didn't understand, kept repeating the phrase louder and louder each time. I'm […] sure he thought he was being polite, but it was ugly and quite public. The breakfast itself was acceptable, but not up to what I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Very close to JFK airport and shuttle bus to the airport at every hour.That would save you a lot time in traffic. As its name suggested, it's a hotel equivalent to Home Inn or 7 Day's Inn in China so don't place too much expectation on it and compare it to Holiday Inn in China.

the desk clerk and security guard were very accomodating to my needs for evening...I was really in the mood for milk..clerk made point of getting me some milk, despite late hour. Guard came to fix my tv, which lost the picture---so, I appreciated how those little things were dealt with in a friendly manner

Staff was very helpful to us, made sure all our needs were meet. Would recommend to friends to stay here.

OK hotel close to the airport; public areas and hallways seem "old" and the furniture in the room was pretty 'tired' looking. The bed was comfortable though and the free breakfast and wi-fi was a nice perk. Friendly front-desk staff. For a one-night layover, no complaints.

The staff was not willing to help at all in any way. The customer service was TERRRIBLE. The hotel was seedy and in a bad location. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would only recommend this as a low cost option close to JFK best for a layover. Would not want to stay more than one night.. Nothing special, but convenient and the shuttle service was excellent. Room was small, heating/cooling system did not work but bath was clean and bed fine.
