The sundeck overlooks the ocean and has a 26-metre family pool and a children's pool, while the health club houses an indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room, turbo shower, and hot tub. "Hotel Tivoli Madiera"
My wife and I found the Tivoli to be a first class hotel,quiet,clean and in a beautiful location..The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very polite, attentive and always at hand for information. The only disappointment was that we were unable to borrow an iron and ironing board and also would have liked the tea and coffee renewed daily, but […] this did not detract from a very good holiday, thank you. War sehr schön. Aber leider war der Kühlschrank praktisch leer. Wir könnten Kaffee kochen, aber leider wurde der Kaffe sowie der Tee nie aufgefüllt. Auch Wasser wurde nie bereitgestellt. Leider, für eine Junior-Suite sollte man doch solchen Service haben. Da doch alles all inclusive sein sollte......

Très bel hôtel, de très bon confort mais propreté un peu limite au niveau des chambres car l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours et il a fallu qu'on le réclame à la femme de chambre. Petit déjeuner laisse à désirer car les fruits avaient un goût de réfrigérateur et nous n'avons pris le petit déjeuner que 2 fois car pas terrible du tout. C'est […] dommage. El hotel tiene demasiadas estrellas para lo que ofrece. El desayuno es poco variado y si estás una semana acabas cansado de comer todos los dias lo mismo. No dispone de wifi gratuito en nngún lugar y cobran 5€/hora, lo que es un abuso cuando deberia ser gratis. La habitacion que nos toco tenia "vista al mar" parcial (una vista penosa, lo que debería […] de indicarse claramente, había mejores habitaciones pero tuvimos poca suerte, además la habitación era ruidosa.
