Room was clean but cigarette smell kept creeping through the vent or return air vent which made it very annoying. Free breakfast was at or below average.

They did a wonderful job of providing breakfast bags and getting us back to the airport on time. We really felt like they cared about our needs.

The enitre floor smelled like smoke. I killed a roach in the bathroom and there was a huge fly in the room.

It was nice and quiet. The beds were good.

Very good to have swimming pool and gynasim because if you live here you must want to relax before fly.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. I had attended an Enagic Meeting there. The lunch that was provided was excellent! I will stay there again! Good job .

Staff was very attentive and helpful in all areas. Hotel was clean and quiet..

This is not a hotel for vacationers, unless you are willing to drive into Chicago for the day. But it was very convenient for our business purposes and everything was very nice. The price was great and it was very quiet, despite being so close to the airport.

I called from Alaska to purchase a bottle of wine for my husband that was already on his way to the airport hotel and Rueben at the front desk was very quick to help. My husband walked in after a long day of traveling alone with our 2 year old that just got sick all over him and was greeted by name with a bottle of red wine along with an opener. Conveniently located near O'Hare. A little noisy as planes take off. Clean, comfortable beds. Good buffet.

This hotel was comfortable and good for the price. Comfort is what i look for always and it was comfortable.

We were moving and needed to stay near ORD for a morning flight. We had to ask 3 times to get a crib for our room, finally arrived nearly 2 hrs after checking in, which was difficult for our 10 month old's sleep schedule. However, the free shuttle to ORD was awesome - the driver was super helpful, especially since we had 6 large bags to check, a stroller, […] infant seat, diaper bag and 2 back packs. Great service, very comfortable beds, ample pillows. Hot shower, good breakfast included.

The Holiday Inn express was a great choice for the price. It was a bit inconvenient to not have an on site restaurant or a microwave in the room but it was worth it to be 30 minutes from downtown chicago via the Blue Line CTA train. The staff was very helpfull and made my stay a good one.

Easy, quick, and perfect if need to be near O'Hare Airport. Very clean and I was able to nab a good rate even at the last minute.

My stay was a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, wireless access, quiet. I would recommend to a friend.

I booked this hotel basically for the free breakfast buffet, and I have to say that it was just OK. Don't be fooled about it being a "buffet" because it's really more just buffet-style. Bagels, toast, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, egg patties, juice, yogurt and milk. Like I said...not great, but just OK.

The hotel is comfortable and affordable and conveniently located. It serves a decent continental breakfast, but I have enjoyed better ones. The shower was great. The service was great. I would recommend for someone who just needs a good place to stay.

Overall this was a good hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and the room and feel of the hotel was nice. The pillows did smell a little. Kind of that hair smell your pillows can get. We recently attended a concert at the Allstate Arena and were able to walk from the hotel to the concert. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

The pick-up from the hotel was fast. Breakafast was high variety. Plan to stay here again when using Ohare

This was our family's first trip to Chicago. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The water in the tub was very weak. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Holiday Inn Express has improved greatly over the last several years. Their service, staff and rooms are excellent. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is the best in the industry. The WiFi internet connection needs work, it was operating at less then 56k speeds. They could also use an upgrade on their TV's.

Free wifi worked great; seamless. Great to have Harry Careys on site. Lots of free parking. Windows opened in room - a huge plus. Would go back!

Came out of shower soaking wet to find only hand towels to dry myself. Then a man was sent up with towels and expected me to open the door with a hand towel covering myself. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I think this is a convenience location for a one night to catch a flight but the neighborhood is little rough, we had a OK stay here with no problem. It was reasonably clean and staff were OK, but I wouldn't stay there for a Vacation. Breakfast was OK. I arrived to the hotel with my two children, 2 and 5 years old, after a long flight from Europe. We had lots of luggage and I had to ask, and wait for over 25 min for a luggage cart. The people at the front desk was not helpful at all. They just told me time and time again that they did not have a cart for me, even thought the hotel had 4 total. The […] family that checked in right before me took the last cart so it would be very easy for the front desk to locate one. My kids started to behave like monkeys, jetlagged, hungry etc and finally I had to realize that the front desk would not help me and I had to haul all my stuff to the room by myself. I once stayed at the holiday inn in Atlanta, & I must say I give that hotel 5 out of 5 stars, however the Holiday inn in Rosemont I'll give 3 stars. The rooms were a bit out dated, the water pressure in the bathrooms were low, the window had a nice view, but they were dirty. Hello, We did not have a nice stay at the hotel. Two nights in a row, security had to be called for disruption created by the room next door after midnight. Spent 2 days in Chicago at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were inexpensive. It was a good step above "middle-of-the-road" hotels.

Bed and pillows (multiple pillows for selection of soft or firm) were very comfortable. Room, hallways and public areas were all clean and in good condition. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotels.com advertised this hotel as having an indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel had neither.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by a very rude desk clerk, Cecilia. She immediately made me wish we had picked another hotel for our family vacaction. She was hateful and argumentative and mumbled things under her breath. Once to our room, it was okay. Not overly clean. The carpet looked filthy and the bathroom was kind of gross. The toilet had a […] foot flush, like you would find in a public bathroom, not a hotel. I found this odd and gross, I didn't want to touch it with my socks. We ventured to the pool. Our children loved it but we kept wondering about the smell. It wasn't a chemical smell but it stunk really badly. It smelled like dirty water. Overall, we were glad to finally check out. There were only a couple of luggage carts to be found, not enough for that size hotel. We waited forever to finally get one and then had people lining up waiting for us to finish with it. Conveniently located near the airport, although we had to wait a long while for a courtesy bus to pick us up from the airport. Breakfast was late being served so If you have an early morning flight be prepared for a rushed coffee etc. Hotel had a swimming pool and small gym, however we didn't have time to use them.

My children and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean,pool area was kept nice, the staff was great!

the room was neat, very clean, the pool was fantastic, check in was a breeze, so wass check out, amenities for sale great but really expensive, $250 for a bottle of pop.
