Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Very nice hotel, located just in the midlle of downtown close to the trump Tower. Elegant and cosy at the same time. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi internet and breakfests. I strongly recommend after one week stay during business travel.

Duże pokoje, dobre położenie - dobry dojazd do lotniska i miasta. Jedyny mankament to śniadania do godz. 9:00 - zdarzyło mi się zejść o 8:30 i gdy poprosiłem o uzupełnienie pustego baru otrzymałem w odpowiedzi, że przyszedłem za późno ;-( Jednak trzeba przyznać, że zdarzenie to było jednorazowe...

Came out of shower soaking wet to find only hand towels to dry myself. Then a man was sent up with towels and expected me to open the door with a hand towel covering myself. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I enjoyed the free shuttle to the airport where I could then catch the train and not have to worry about driving, since the weekend in the city was very busy (tasteof Chicago). I think this is a convenience location for a one night to catch a flight but the neighborhood is little rough, we had a OK stay here with no problem. "Front desk service BAD"
I arrived to the hotel with my two children, 2 and 5 years old, after a long flight from Europe. We had lots of luggage and I had to ask, and wait for over 25 min for a luggage cart. The people at the front desk was not helpful at all. They just told me time and time again that they did not have a cart for me, even thought the hotel had 4 total. The […] family that checked in right before me took the last cart so it would be very easy for the front desk to locate one. My kids started to behave like monkeys, jetlagged, hungry etc and finally I had to realize that the front desk would not help me and I had to haul all my stuff to the room by myself. As we reached our floor, a house keeper showed up and helped me carry our luggage to our room! She was the only helpful person at this hotel!!! For the price this was a good stay! I once stayed at the holiday inn in Atlanta, & I must say I give that hotel 5 out of 5 stars, however the Holiday inn in Rosemont I'll give 3 stars. "Cheap, Clean, Friendly"
Spent 2 days in Chicago at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were inexpensive. It was a good step above "middle-of-the-road" hotels.

Bed and pillows (multiple pillows for selection of soft or firm) were very comfortable. Room, hallways and public areas were all clean and in good condition. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

"no indoor swimming pool"
Hotels.com advertised this hotel as having an indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel had neither.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by a very rude desk clerk, Cecilia. She immediately made me wish we had picked another hotel for our family vacaction. There were only a couple of luggage carts to be found, not enough for that size hotel. We waited forever to finally get one and then had people lining up waiting for us to finish with it. "Holiday Inn Express O'Hare Airport"
Conveniently located near the airport, although we had to wait a long while for a courtesy bus to pick us up from the airport. Breakfast was late being served so If you have an early morning flight be prepared for a rushed coffee etc. Hotel had a swimming pool and small gym, however we didn't have time to use them.

I was given a room for 4 people with one bed. I called from the room to the front desk at least 3 times and no one answered. I had to walk down to the lobby to talk to the one person working who was checking in many people. There was a wedding going on also. "bad shuttle service"
the shuttle service at o hare is not at all desirable! I waited with no coat in January as 4 different shuttle drivers informed me that their shuttle wasn't the bus I was looking for. After an hour in the freezing cold with no winter coat (which was in my lost luggage) I finally begged and cried for the driver to just check on my reservation....he called […] the hotel and they confirmed my reservation on their hotel that night! We had a very enjoyable stay, shuttles to O'Hare every 1/2 hour, then hop on transit trains, buses. Was a great convenient way to see the sights of Chicago.

We were very pleased with the Holiday Inn Express Chicago O'Hare. I spent one night there with my two daughters and we were very comfortable. The hotel shuttle was on time and very accommodating. The breakfast was good.

Only stayed one night on an overnight layover from Miami to Pittsburgh but it was everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Delicious continental breakfast. Quick and efficient shuttle to and from airport.

"Friendly staff"
The staff were very nice and helpful, unfortunately the shuttle bus driver must have went to dinner while we waited at the airport for 90 minutes. Overall a very nice stay.

1. Shuttle service took a long time to pick us up and take us to the hotel. 2. Party at room next door woke me up at 3AM. 3. Air conditioner leaked and wet floor. 4. Complimentary breakfast was mediocre.

Hotel was great! Free shuttle to airport!! Room was clean and airline noise was minimal, being so close to O'Hare. Will stay there again if needed!!

Caters to those who complain. The room was nice however, the floor was wet from a rain strom in which the water got in through a window. They provide shuttle service from the airport a huge plus if your connecting flight happens to get cancelled.

Loved it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable and very kid friendly. We were there to see a kid concert nearby and hotel experience made it even better!

"holiday Inn Express"
Very nice hotel but we were dissatisfied with the TV. Reception was fuzzy and we could not order movies. Upon calling the front desk to complain, we were put on hold for 20 min. After a second call, they said it should be fixed in 5 minutes. It never was. Everything else in the hotel was nice.

the hotel shower lacks pressure and its like im showering on two strands of water after i spoke to the front desk - i thought that they would take care of it but it wasnt taken care of as for the picture of the pool - i didnt realize that what appears to be a jacuzzi is actually a kiddie pool

Having to pay for overnight parking when you are staying at the hotel is insane. Not enough plug-in for computers in community room.

I booked at the Airport Holiday Inn express hotel because they are reliable. The best western advertised shuttle service to the airport starting at 4, I presumed the Holiday In Express would have the same. Unfortunately i had to take a cab, they start at 5. Hotel was great unless you are leaving very early.
