Oceniony przez gościa grupy Hotels.com w dniu sie 16, 2012Comfortable, spacy accomodation. One block from Publix, two blocks from huge outlet mall, short drive to Disney parks with no traffic. Pools on the small size but never too busy and well kept. Excelent value for money. If you wish to use their shuttle to Disney (saves $14 parking fee) be aware you need to sign in a day before for a specified time. Ask for an apartment facing the water, floors 3rd and up.

Dobra lokalizacja jesli chodzi o dostępność do parków rozrywki, wpoblizu tez dwa fajne outlety. Jedyną bardzo słabą strona hotelu są śniadania, typowo amerykańskie, tylko mufiny, tosty dżem, płatki z mlekiem po 6 dniach miałam naprawdę dość. Mimo wszystko chętnie tam wrócę.

The location of this hotel was wonderful. It was next to great attractions and restaurants. We only stayed one night, and didn't leave the hotel our first evening. Upon entering the room, we noticed that only one light worked in the entire room; the light right by the door. We spent most of the evening at the hotel bar, and the bartender was fabulous. […] Very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that when asked to charge the bar bill to the credit card of my travel partner, instead she charged the room. Valet seemed to be of no extra charge, which was nice. Beds were semi-comfortable. The iPod dock in the room was a plus. It wasn't our favorite, so we probably would not stay here again. Perfect location for Universal for a great price. Very clean. The free shuttle to Universal took 45 minutes for a 2 minute drive so I would recommend paying the parking fee at Universal. The location is convenient for Universal and Seaworld but the settings unpleasant. The swimming pool is in the middle of a parking lot, there is noise from the busy highway. The air conditioning is noisy. Not a 3.5 star resort. In no way comparable to luxurious options such as the Bonnet Creek Hilton by Disney where I stayed prior... "Misleading Information on Free Shuttles"
The hotel itself is fine - not anything fancy but clean and suited us just fine as we were there very little in between going to the different attractions. My big complaint is that I think the website is very misleading in that it gives a false impression about the shuttles to the area parks. That is one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The […] hotel is very close to Universal so there are several shuttles there and back. However, there is no guarantee you get on the one going back as it is first come first serve. They also don't tell you that shuttle is shared by 3 other hotels so you can do a lot of stopping. The Disney shuttle is a total joke in my opinion; there are only 2 that leave in the morning and two that come back in the evening. The morning shuttles made sense time-wise (8:10 and 10:10) but the evening shuttles are at 6:15 and 9:45 - and those are the only two. Disney is a $45 cab ride from the hotel so if you don't make the shuttles or those times don't work for you, it's really expensive. Same thing with Sea World. There is only one shuttle in the morning, shared by other hotels, and only one back in the evening. The one in the evening comes back at 5:30pm and the park didn't even close until 11:00pm. I was just very disappointed with that because the shuttles were a main reason we chose to stay there.
