"Front Royal hotel - just off Rt 66"
On a trip to see relatives with grandkids in tow. Room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Pool area very nice. Next time, we'll get room with whirlpool tub for the kids as pool area did not have one. Surrounding area had many restaurants and shopping centers. Great choice and priced right.

And when I informed the front desk, they gave me a lesson on bugs rather than calling an exterminator...iwwwwww!

"Excellent host"
We loved this hotel. As expected, we found the same service level as any other Hampton Inn that hosts us. Returning home from overseas was a definite pleasure. We don't take for granted anything that is offered for free but in Europe you pay for: parking, breakfast, internet...A definite great experience of returning home.

Location is right on I66 but didn't hear any road noise. Entrance is a little weird because you drive through the McDonald's parking lot to access. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment. 24-7 coffee and tea service was really nice and I used it for tea both nights.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was convenient to our destination and had friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. Over all, a great place to spend the night.

we stayed 1 night on the way to skyline and blue ridge park its, close and on the way to the drive. service, breakfast was good.

This is the second time my wife and i have stayed here and the same young clerk on the desk named Tracey has waited on us and is always helpful as is the whole staff right down to the chamber maids. The breakfast is always delicious and hot and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel to all coming through to view Skyline Drive in the morning..
Hampton Inn in Front Royal seemed to be brand new. Everything was spotless. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It fueled us up for a full day of hiking on Skyline Drive.

Excellent hotel! Appears to be brand new. We (husband and wife) stayed here on the way home from visiting my college son. Beautiful hotel-designer decor throughout building and rooms. Rooms were spotless clean and had dark wood furniture and UNBELIEVABLY comfy beds and linens. Had microwave and fridge , TV, work desk, and table. Bathroom was very designer […] looking. Wonderful complimentary hot breakfast was served in lobby area which looked more like a "living room/dining room" than a hotel eating area; very nice! Staff was very professional and helpful. Lower level held a lounge area with table, TV and chairs,and pool. Pool area beautiful and very "spa-like". Pool is part saltwater so it does not have a heavy chlorine smell. Also, pool is designer looking having a pebble-like surface (definitely not your regular blue fiberglass pool). Also, it has a nature view-very relaxing. Hotel is in same parking lot with a Subway, mini mart, doughnut shop, and MacDonalds, and is near the interstate. I would definently recommend this hotel!! Przeczytaj więcej
"Hampton Inn - Front Royal, VA"
A basic overnight stay, but very pleasant nonetheless. General condition of the facilities was excellent, with one (admittedly minor) complaint -- there were cobwebs on the ceiling of the room. Everything else, however, was quite clean, the service was very friendly. If we pass this way again, we'll definitely use Hampton Inns for our stay.

Thisnhotel is clean and the staff is friendly as usual in this chain. The swimming pool was not the cleanest especially considering the two youngster drinking beer and jump into the pool with plastic chair

Great location and very nice hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Terrific breakfast. Only one complaint - the pool was very cold for an indoor pool and would have liked a hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. Great value.
The hotel staff was very friendly (even the overwhelmed woman who ran the breakfast). The rooms were large and clean. The only slight downfall was the bed was very firm and I am not used to a firm bed. I would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again.

"Lovely hotel, good breakfast front royal overrated"
Front Royal is convenient for The Skyline Parkway but that said that is all. Chose a different location. The hotel is good and staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast very good as are the rooms. Spotless but nowhere much to eat, certainly nowhere decent within walking distance. We ate at Stonewall Jacksons which was very average!

Good location on the north end of town next to the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was adequate.
The staff was great and very helpful when needed. The hotel was clean and spotless and the breakfast was delicious.

Very clean & updated decor. Free Wi-Fi & parking. Close to restaurants, a Target & Walmart. Indoor pool was great for the kids. Easy to access Blue Ridge Parkway. Only complaint would be the breakfast - we showed up at 9:30 and there waws not much left & it was not restocked. Very friendly & helpful staff.

This hotel was excellent for the price. The staff was helpful and courtious. The room and all hotel amenities were all great. Absolutely no complaints. The free cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch as well. It's the best place in Front Royal for the price.

Stayed on return trip from SC. Everything was as expected. This is a nice hotel, nice staff. We'll stay there next year as well.

"The only hotel I'll stay at in Front Royal, VA"
This was my second time staying at this hotel. Although this time the room seemed a bit smaller then before, and there were men doing work outside in the hallway but only for a short amount of time. Like always the room was very clean, and it was overall a nice stay. The staff is very friendly.

"Not bad"
Overall nice stay complaints: 1. No shower curtain liner 2. 1 night stay checkout 12:00 PM housekeeping knocking on door at 9:00 AM totally unacceptable 3. No paper towels in restroom in lobby during breakfast
