Wszystko świetne, szczególnie położenie i atmosfera, klimat hotelu.Bardzo przyjazni i pomocni pracownicy. Smaczne sniadanka. Uwaga drogie rozmowy telefoniczne i net tylko w salonie, w którym jednak chetnie spędza sie czas ponieważ jest niezwykle przytulny.

Bardzo czysty, super obsługa. Niezła lokalizacja tzn. blisko centrum handlowego, zabytkowego tramwaju oraz w odległości pieszej 15 min od nabrzeża.

The room was unique and spacious with wonderful antique furniture. The view was less than mentioned but it was there. The bed was comfortable with bottom sheet that didn't quite tuck in on all sides.LOL All said it was comfortable BUT noisy. Walls very thin. We just loved taking a little trip back in time staying in down town benicia. The union hotel is right in the middle of it all. The union hotel has a lot of history too, that makes it fun for us, kind of like staying in a museum. we showed up after hours, our key was on the door it was very simple and we never once had to deal with the front desk. "We'd stay again but not recommend it!"
We've stayed at the Union twice before and this was our third time. We'd stay again, but couldn't recommend it to others. The location is great, one room has an incredible view of the Carquinez Strait and its bridges, and it is unique, but that's the end of the good news. "QUAINT BUT NEEDS WORK"
It just had too much of a "homey" feel for us. We had planned to stay there on the return trip but opted for a facility with more modern amenities.

It was awful. We had a two night stay but only stayed 1 night because I could not get over the smell in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty and the towels they had were old and didn't look very clean. I would never stay there agin. They need to paint the inside of the room.
