I was happy with my stay here. Had the family. Just enough room, nice amenities. Convenient location to Cleveland. My only gripe is that the front desk needs to be a bit friendly and smile more. the bathroom needed some attnetion. Paint on walls chipping on ceiling and behind toilet. It was unsightly. But who spends all day in the bathroom? Pool and […] spa were small, but both were very warm and my family enjoyed. they also had a sauna room, which we really liked. Would stay here again. People staying next to us were up at 2:30am screaming yelling letting their kids run up and down the halls. I called the front desk and complained the guy said he would se what he could do. Which boiled down to nothing it continue until 5:30am. There was nothing done at check out when I complained that I had a total of 2hrs of sleep the whole night […] due to the noise. Not much around for quick food. Restaurants are good, but were trying to be in and out and that was difficult.

Good Location, Nice Rooms, Clean Pool, Generous Breakfast Selections

My Girlfriend and I anted to go have romantic getaway and requested a King Bed Jacuzzi Suite. The Room was nice enough, but left you wanting more than the bare minimum. The Jacuzzi is big enough for 2, but clearly not designed that way. Hotel is the typical, and comfortable, Hampton Inn. The only issues we had was the pool wasn't very heated, but tolerable, and our pre-toddler found a carpet staple in the elevator (and promptly put it in her mouth ...arghh). Besides, our child almost being endangered by an errant carpet staple (we fished it from her mouth, thank god, before she shallowed […] it), the next annoying thing was the carpet was being replaced throughout the hotel. The new carpet smell was a not pleasant and the first morning of our stay was interrupted with loud movement of furniture from rooms all around us as new carpet was being installed.... even despite the annoyances and near-miss medical emergency we had a good stay here. Beds were very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was a typical Hamptonn (perhaps a bit shabbier than normal), but servicable. Overall the facilities were in decent shape and we had little else to complain about. The breakfast was actually better than some other Hampton Inns experiences. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay they again if I am called to the area. Gayle at the front desk was very friendly and awesome!

This isn't the worst hotel you will stay at, but it's also not the best either. This hotel is located right next to an electric plant, which is what our view was from our window. Who wants to look at that? When we first got there, they couldn't check us in because the system was down, huh? This isn't the pre-computer world here, there should be ways […] of checking people in if the system does crash. The first day we are there the maids never made our beds or gave us clean towels, and when we called they gave us an attitude about it. Yeah it's great that its close to Cleveland and it's attractions, but there are probably a lot nicer hotels that you could stay at that would make it more enjoyable. Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. It was located close to some of Michael Symon's restaurants (which I also strongly recommend).

Our experience at this hotel was more than perfect. The staff was very friendly and very accomodating; we felt "Welcomed" in this hotel almost a Bed and Breakfast feel. The location was the Best for our visit to the Zoo. Walking to restaurants at dinner time was the icing on the cake.

This hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We didn't want to eat at the restaurants nearby so we asked the front desk for some recommendations and they gave us a list of other restaurants with directions typed up. We would stay here again.

The hotel and it's staff were great. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I will consider staying there again on our next visit. It was affordable and worth evry penny.

Location makes it easy to get to anywhere in Cleveland quickly and conveniently. Good selection of restaurants very close, several within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was great, included varying hot items such as sausage and eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy as well as fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The service staff was exceptionally friendly […] and helpful. Only negative would be if you wanted a view. Our room overlooked a field of power company towers. However, we were there to visit art museums and watch the Tribe play baseball, not sit in the hotel looking out the window. :) Przeczytaj więcej

We stay in Hampton Inns for the convenience. The staff were very nice, and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. There is a sauna, which is nice. Overall, it was good, if a little dingy by HI standards.

The staff at this hotel were great. They were attentive but not intrusive. The ladies working the complimentary breakfast area on Sunday morning were amazing. My only complaint is that I had to stay in a smoking room as it was the last one they had. If you are visiting Cleveland or just passing through I recommend staying here.
