"Good location and decent hotel for the price"
I have seen a lot of negative reviews written on this site about this hotel. First of all, you are paying one of the lowest rates in the state perhaps for the hotel so you cannot expect to get anything high end or great. This hotel is meant for ppl like me who just want to spend a nice and move on.. this is not a honeymoon gateaway! "Not what you're expecting unless it's to PARTY!"
Coming back from Canada, kids & I stopped instead of driving tired. however, all other hotels in that area were booked so we took the Knight Inn!! NEVER, EVER, EVER will i stay again. wallpaper stapled to wall, dresser drawers falling half out, poop smeared on bathroom wall, curtains hanging down somewhat, cigarette burns EVERYWHERE, lampshades broke, […] ceiling falling in, NO breakfast of any kind, etc, etc, etc...how dissapointing :(.......Can't believe the place isn't CONDEMNED!!!!! "STAY AWAY!"
Horrible hotel. dirty dirty dirty. Outside and inside falling apart. Mold in room, floors filthy, paint falling off of walls. Locals live in this hotel and party outside all night. Not safe for someone visiting the Dayton area. I did not feel safe at this hotel, I was afraid my car was going to get broken into. room smelled like kitty litter peeling wallpaper trim uncomfortable bed - VERY hard flat pillows light came in around door on 3 sides - wondered if the locks even worked

the room and outside needs some cleaning and up keep some paint and carpet and bath floor needs attention badly room 227 sorry but it needs better keeping it could be a nice motel with some work thanks i'd stay again but most my friends would not stay there AT ALL. sorry and thanks letting stay at reduced rates
"Dirty Room, Badly maintained overall"
That motel should be an embarrassment to the chain. Prostitutes were taking clients to their rooms while young ones were holding infants in the parking lot. Very dangerous for anyone to stay there, as well as squalid room
"Not a great hotel"
The front desk was rude. the door to our room was not on right. looks as if someone broke into that room at one time. the celiing was cracked and falling. graffiti was on the back of the door in the bathroom. just not satisfied at all with my stay what so ever. looked like pubic hair in the bed sheets as if they were not washed or something.

duo to my job, I have to stay at a hotel two nights a week. this "hotel" should be the top 2 worst hotel, of where I stay in passed 4 years. The whole room smells like mold. You maybe sleep with ants spiders and bugs.
