Tani hotel na krotki pobyt w Strasbourgu lub wizyty w Europa Park w Rust. W miare czysto, przeszkadzala nam jedynie klaustrofobiczna lazienka z miniaturowym prysznicem. Niestety angielski recepcjonisty jest wiecej niz ubogi. Stosunek jakosc/cena - OK.
Za dodatkową osobę może być wymagana dopłata, której wysokość zależy od obiektu.
Przy zameldowaniu wymaga się przedstawienia ważnego, oficjalnego dowodu tożsamości z fotografią oraz wpłacenia kaucji kartą kredytową lub w gotówce na wypadek nieprzewidzianych kosztów.

"Terribly noisy, and over-priced"
There was so much noise (both from other guests and from the railway that is located VERY close to the hotel) that out of the three nights I stayed there, I only managed to get a proper sleep on the last night. Considering the low standard of the place, it ought to be a lot cheaper.

I have booked this hotel as I needed a hotel close to the city centre and suited to my budget. You get what you pay for. The hotel is quite dated, the carpets in the corridors as well as in the rooms are full of spots therefore it felt that the hotel in general was dirty but if you look closer the rooms are actually clean, although everything could […] do with a full refurbishment/update: furniture, carpet, bathrooms, walls etc. The breakfast service was surprisingly nice also the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the train station and max 10 minutes walk to the city centre. "low level of information"
The hotel is in different buildings, and even though I had booked a room in one building - I was given a room in another. In general the level of information and service to the guests is quite low

unbeliveble! i never so such a thing. I tried to get a decent shower and there was no hot water!! i called the reception and they told me that they cant do nothing. and that hot water will be only one hour later! i will never reccomend this hotel to nobody. terrible staff!

Overall, the hotel was OK for three nights. There are three separate buildings in the same street and I had to walk to the main building for breakfast. The room was clean but the bedside lights didn't work, which was annoying. Also, there was no hairdryer, which meant going out on a freezing morning with wet hair. "Budget is budget"
The price is nice and the staff try their best but the rooms are not very appealing. I had trouble with the internet service but found great pleasure in the new service of bike rental.

The Appart'Hotel Victoria Garden was "adequate". The room was clean and a reasonable size. The location was very convenient to the center of town and to the train station and just a 15 minute walk to the old part of the city. If, though, you aren't rather tolerant of minor annoyances, put this low on your preferred list. The first room they sent me […] to wasn't made up and the room I ended up in had a non-functioning telephone (which they had already been aware of and which wasn't fixed during my five nights there). I paid 5 euros a day for a wireless connection, but most of the time I couldn't get a connection in my room and I had to go to the lobby for an adequate signal. The minuscule piece of soap in the room wasn't replaced by the maid during my stay and I had to go down to the desk to request a new "bar". (No "apology" from the desk.). In one experience at the front desk, two people who arrived there after me were taken care of first and I was "reprimanded" by the desk staff, when, after 10 minutes, I politely pointed out that I had been there before those two clients. The mattresses were, at best, "dorm room" quality. Light sleepers should be aware that you may be awaken rather early by the sound of trains on the nearby tracks. My room had a "kitchenette", but it was very poorly equipped. The only utensil available in which I could boil water was a skillet.. Speaking of hot water, one afternoon there was none. la première chambre proposée (421) avait une odeur désagréable et le wc avait des trâces grisâtres, nous en avons parlé à la réceptionniste qui très gentillement nous a proposée la chambre (413), qui était agréable mais avec des trâces en quantité inférieure dans le wc(les nettoyants du genre "canard wc " suppriment ces trâces)

l'accès internet était trop aléatoire, seul bémol pour cet hôtel modeste et un peu vétuste mais relativement bon marché pour des chambres équipées de kitchenettes, ce qui est très appréciable pour 3 jours consécutifs

De meeste beoordelingen over dit hotel zijn niet erg positief. aangezien het wat aftands over komt. Het is inderdaad niet meer sterren waard dan gegeven. Daar moet je rekening mee houden. Maar gelet op de prijs en de mogelijkheden (zelf wat koken of rommelen) en echt vlak bij het oude centrum is het een aanrader. Ook de bijbehorende parking is prima […] voor 8 euro per 24 uur. "tres rapport qualité prix"
c'est très agréable de ne pas être contraint d'aller diner ou petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur. La formule studio aménagé est une vraie alternative à l'hôtel classique.

Dessus par la prestation. Problème de douche, lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas, vaisselle en grande partie absente. Au final, nous n'y retournerons pas au vue du prix et du service rendu

Très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité prix. Mais il faut choisir sa chambre car il y a beaucoup de travaux à faire (lumière qui ne fonctionnent pas kichenette réduite à son stricte minimum...et pas de cafetière ni de bouilloire!). Le personel de l'hôtel est cependant très agréable et nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Surprise(pas très agréablement) par le fait que mon compte ait été débité aussitôt après la réservation, qui a eu lieu environ 2 mois AVANT le séjour. A mon arrivée, le monsieur de l'accueil a mis beaucoup de temps pour me dire que tout était OK, alors que je lui avais apporté la réservation Internet imprimée. Nous étions à Strasbourg pour les marchés de Noel. Cet appart hotel est bien situé, quelques minutes de la gare à pied ainsi que 10 minutes de l'homme de fer. Nous avions deux chambres studio: l'une au premier étage était avec une moquette (peu propre mais correct) et sans supplément de couverture alors que l'autre au second était avec un parquet très […] agréable et des couvertures en plus (chambre rénovée je pense). L'équipement de cuisine est assez restreint: un couteau, une fourchette, une cuillère, une assiette chacun et encore ... mais bon nous n'avons jamais mangé dans nos chambres.
