I was not expecting much of this hotel, just looking for a place near the airport, but was surprised to find a spacious room, very clean, helpful staff, all at a reasonable price.

no elevator had a to carry heavy luggage to upstairs room. Breakfast was lacking of choices and out of condiments to go with breakfast foods.

The room was OK but after bring in all of our luggage, we realized the ourdoor sound were quite loud. The window was jammed open and the wind was whistling through a crack on this cold evening. When the manager wasn't to be found, my husband got a tool and with much effort was able to get the window back on its track. I asked for a wake up call since […] I didn't trust the bedside clock that was not set properly when we arrived. Worst hotel/motel we stayed in during our 2 week trip around Texas. No elevator, and refusal to put us on 1st floor, and no convenient access to stairs to our room. Super loud guests and hotel staff would not do anything to address that. Poor neighbourhood, but relatively quick access to airport which is why we chose it. Vending and ice machines all […] had signs saying they were broken. Security cameras everywhere made it feel like it probably gets it share of undesirable guests. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff. We had been up since early morning before beginning a six hour drive to the motel. Through no fault of the hotel, the street signs in San Antonio were awful, but eventually, with the help of a local realtor, we found our Super 8. Tired, stiff from the long drive, the staff was wonderful and helpful, even […] helping us get soft drinks from the machine and getting us to a nearby gas station. Our morning shuttle driver was exceedingly helpful. I called from the airport because I lost my "lucky" necklace. He took the time to look for it and found it in the shuttle. It awaits our return and since it was a gift from my deceased husband, I am so very glad he took the time to look for it and to keep it safe for me. The room did not smell clean...it smelled old and musty. My kids found a THONG behind the dresser when they were looking for a place to plug in their electronics!!! Towels were clean, restroom was clean, beds were clean. We only stayed one night because it was convenient for us.

Very basic hotel. Breakfast area very small and crowded. This hotel is only for overnight stays of course, and should only booked if the price is lower than others.

we checked into our room and the comforter and pillow cases to be stained with what like fecses. we asked for a new room and were given keys for another room went to check out the room and the room wasn't vacant. that worried me if our room was going to be safe when we left for dinner. we were given keys to another that was vacant. i looked in the bathroom […] and saw a jetted tub. great. when i went to fill it the jets were coated in brown slime, yuk. the vet on the ceiling was covered in dust and black mold. the bathroom was a nightmare. we slept on top on the covers because the sheets were covered in cigarette burns. we would have tried finding a new hotel but the city was very busy because fiesta was gong on.the rooms could use a coat of paint the whole place looked very run down. The bathroom walls need to be painted as paint chips were falling. No shampoo, conditioner for guest was provided. The housekeeper was going down the halls knocking on everyones door at 9 am and we were still sleeping. The back of the dresser was full of dust and trash. Lighting was too dim.

Be sure to get ro the breakfast before 9am or you will have to fight with the housekeeping lady with glasses to get some waffles. Overall its a good deal and close to everything.

Hotel was O.K. for the money. Close to Airport with free shuttle. Neighborhood surrounding hotel was a little scarey. I only stayed 1 night, it suited my needs but would not go back.

Very convenient to the airport with shuttle and restaurant delivery to hotel. Very helpful staff. Rooms are not beautiful but good value for the low price.

The motel staff wasnt helpfull. The room I got at first was not clean it had damp towels all over the place the bathroom had trash all over the floor and the toilet was extremly dirty. After reporting these problems to the front desk it was a fight to get a new room. If I had the time I would have found a new place to stay. The neighborhood is kinda […] sketchy however the parking lot is well lit. The planes going over are quite loud at night but it is right next to the airport. It was a very nice place to stay. I though by being next to the airport, there was gonna be loud noises....not at all. The people there were nice. It was located about 10 minutes away from everything we needed. I would stay there again and again.

Our room had a lock that had been damaged and we did not feel our room was secure because the door could be popped open with a credit card or other tool when we were out of the room. Bolt lock and hnge worked well when in the room.
