This hotel was located in the best place in Columbia, SC.. We were surrounded by the mall, resturaunts, shopping centers and grocery stores.. The hotel room was great.. it had the extras we had not anticipated.. iron, ironing board, hair dryer.. small refrigerator and a microwave..It was very clean and the breakfast was more than the usual..

Stayed here as a strategic stopping point on a motorcycle trip to GA. Room was fine for the price I paid. "WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN"
It wasn't an ABSOLUTELY AWFUL experience but I definitely will NEVER stay there again. The friendliness of the staff was lacking...but no big deal, when I walked in the room it was nice upon first glance, but the bed was lumpy like they just threw the covers on there and the pillows were like large bean bags...they were horrible and uncomfortable. I […] noticed a smudge on the sheet but I figured it was my makeup....NOT. After falling asleep I wake up to bites on both my legs!!! SUPER GROSS. Literally I'm still itching. I go to the front desk and simply ask for a sheet so that I can wrap up in that and lay on top of the covers...well that sheet had a stain on it as well and of course the Desk Attendant acted as if I asked for her to go to her house and bring me her personal sheets?!?! DO YOUR JOB LADY! The sign in the pool area said FRESH WATER AT THE FRONT DESK...that meant go to the WATER FOUNTAIN! Not bad if you bring a can of RAID but I was NOT impressed and for the same price I have stayed at some really nice hotels. I'm not a lover of insects so this definitely was NOT the place for me. Location Great. Easy access. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Manager's reception on Tuesday night was very good. Great place to stay.

The staff were all very nice and helpfull, Derek was particularly helpfull when we had problems with getting online with our computer. Was missing a cord and he found one for me to loan. Beds were possibly most comfortable I have found in a hotel. Pool was a little dissapointing, too small and too shallow. Otherwise loved it.

Relatively big room in good condition. Nice to have everything (breakfast, wifi, parking) included in the base rate for the room. Friendly staff. Located close to major highways getting you fast onwards.

The room was comfortable other than an odor that smelled like mildew or mold that was very noticeable each time I entered the room.

The air condtioner wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either. I had forgot my toothpaste and they advertise that if you forget something then they will help you out...they couldn't find the toothpaste so I had to wait for the day manager to arrive the next morning at which time they found the toothpaste and all was just fine. "Confusing price"
The hotel was great, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. The only problem was that they charged us twice, once through hotel.com and then again once we checked in. "Room was just great and breakfast was delicious"
Our room was so convenient, I loved having a frig, microwave and coffeemaker but it wasn't really needed because the breakfast was outstanding. Best breakfast buffet at a hotel I have ever seen. The gentleman who was in charge was the sweetest guy.
