Through in-house spas, many lodging properties take full advantage of Desert Hot Springs’ best asset: mineral waters warmed by the earth. Homesteader Cabot Yerxa discovered the geothermal waters in 1913 while searching for potable water. Yerxa’s other legacy is the 35-room adobe mansion he built by hand. The home, now known as Cabot’s Pueblo Museum, is open for tours.

Just got back from a couple of days at this place, it was heaven! Tuscan Springs is like staying at your friend's incredible house in the desert. The rooms are lovely and well appointed, SUPER clean with a nice flat screen TV ,there is an expanded continental breakfast that's a perfect way to start your day, the service is excellent and believe me you […] will not want to leave once you get here! There is a Spa on the premises that has 5 beautiful and very clean massage rooms. I enjoyed a massage each day-heaven, just book and they take care of everything for you, the Spa was very accommodating with times for treatments, I booked a massage both nights and I slept like a baby each night. Everyone walks around in the spa robes provided to you in your room so its very relaxed. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. Also, some rooms have private jacuzzi spas so even when all 16 rooms are booked people stay in their suites and you have all the pools to yourself! Everything in all other Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews are true, this place is a real gem:) it's a perfect little B&B and Spa in the desert. A couple of tips: -bring food and drinks (wine allowed, there is no bar so bring your own...), there is a mini kitchenette in your room with a fridge, microwave, and ice maker. Trust me, you will not want to leave once you check in! I left once to go pick up Thai food, 5 minutes away, and also very good! -the hotel is like being in someone's house, there are lots of little fix it projects around every house that need to get done, so keep that in mind, this is not the Four Seasons, no crews to keep it all perfect, a family runs it so ignore the little things that need fixing and enjoy the peace and quiet, the gardens and mineral pools! No kids allowed so leave them at home, this place is for adults only:) -Desert Hot Springs is not fancy and its small, but there are decent places to eat, markets, and drug stores so you are not that isolated:) -the hotel is located in a de Przeczytaj więcej

"TOP NOTCH"
cannot believe how awesome this place is!!! called to ask if they allowed dogs and was immediately told yes. didnt think they would allow a bear of a dog like mine (lab mastif mix) to stay, but they welcomed him with open arms! rooms were clean! i would say BY FAR the most relaxing hotel i've ever had the pleasure to stay at! this is the only place […] i will be checking into whenever i visit palm springs!!! "The Tuscan Spring great for mineral water bathing!"
There are mineral water pools differing in size and temperature! Very nice place to relax and very friendly owners. The breakfast (included in the price) could benefit from baked items that are a bit fresher.

This is by far the best "little hotel" (only 16 rooms) that I/we have stayed at in a very long time. The little touches are everywhere and it is no coincidence that after 18 years in business this European couple has gotten it right. We recomend this place to every couple traveling in the Palm springs area. It is close enough to Palm Desert or the private […] Country Clubs that this region is so well know for but without the huge expenses that comes with it. This amazingly themed decor and spa atmosphere makes for the ideal leisure accommodations. My wife and I had the whole place to ourselves by booking on Mother's Day weekend. This feeling of private seclusion to the grounds added to the tranquil setting. Very tastefully decorated and landscaped with photo worthy details.

We had a great weekend stay at Tuscan Springs. The place is very warm and quaint - like a family run restaraunt-type feeling. Staff running the hotel were great, and the pool and jacuzzis were awesome. Nice view of Palm Springs. It's on the south end of DHS, but don't let dter you - this hotel is a nice little gem!
