"Great location comfortable hotel but....."
This is the second time we have stayed at the Marriott Summit Watch and have been pleased with the hotel for comfort and convenience. On this last trip we had an unfortunate situation that I felt could have been handled faster and more appropriately by the night manager. The Summit Eatch has a very large sign at the front desk that says it is a no pet […] facility. This couple did not apparently feel that that rule plied to them and had not one but 2 dogs with them. The first night the dogs started barking with every noise in the hallway because the couple had left them in the room. My daughter was trying to sleep and since I new that was against the hotel rules I reported it along with the fact that the dogs had obviously pooped right at the door to our building and the couple did not even bother to clean it up. The front desk assured me that they would handle it and that the only dogs allowed were service dogs and they had notice of a service dog. The dogs barked the next day but I didn't say anything because it was not late. The 3rd night my other daughter was sick and trying to sleep and the dogs began barking solidly for 20 minutes. My husband and son both called the front desk as we had 2 rooms next to those dogs and the front desk said they would send security and told me that the people said they were service dogs WHICH they were NOT. Security did not come before the people arrived back and my husband wound up getting imto a verbal altercation with the man as the woman stood there ad lied to us about how they had paid extra for the dogs to be there. It had taken 3 days for the management to resolve this matter and tell the people the dogs needed to go when they were not supposed to be there from the beginning. We were paying $1000 a night for 2 rooms and I think it should never have gotten to this and do not like that my husband had to be the one to confront these rude guests. "Marriott Summit Watch - Nice hotel"
The hotel is in a great location with nice staff and easy parking in hotel garage. Room was fine. The hotel even contacted me to let me know that construction would take place during my stay. They even offered to move us to another hotel. Nice location. Downtown and accross from ski lift too.

My daughter and I were fairly impressed with the hotel, other than the layout of the hotel with parking was a little bit unusual...and it was difficult to get to the hotel the first day with the Park City Farmer's Market that was going on that day-(which the hotel did not tell us anything about). Our biggest frustration with the hotel was with the plugs. […] The plug wattage in the bathroom was unable to accommodate a blow dryer-even the blow dryer that the hotel provided-so the blow dryer kept going out. This was very annoying for a hotel, and there were no other mirrors in the room-making it difficult to do our hair outside of the bathroom. The other plugs in the room seemed very 'loose', but seemed to work ok. The front desk didn't handle the problem to our satisfaction...the male just basically stood there (looking confused)...and then apologized-he didn't seem to know how to handle customer complaints....I was very disappointed with the way the complaint was handled. We were moved to Marriott Mountainside. Nice switch.l very comfortable suite. quiet and good parking Free bus service makes great/.

Fxcellent hotel located right in the middle of everything on Main St and the hiking trails. Friendly service. Ck out time could be set back an hour from 1000 to 1100.

"Right on Main Street and HUGE!!"
Our one bedroom villa was more than we could have asked for - it was HUGE!!! Everything appeared to be brand new - stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, two big screen TVs. Located right on the end of Main Street in Park City - we walked to restaurants and shopping. We would love to visit this hotel again (and again....)

Got a great deal in the off-season. Stayed here while working in SLC because I did not want to be in a city hotel near a strip mall another night of my life. Quick trip to SLC and killer location in Park City, walk out your door to bars and restaurants.
"Fabulous"
The Marriot at Summit Watch in Park City was wonderful. Great location near many restaurants, and plenty of things to do. Free trolley rides if you don't want to walk, although there are many places nearby. The desk personnel were extemely helpful. They even printed out our boarding passes free of charge.

Fantastic location close to everything in central Park City. If you want to do anything off Main street, however, you MUST rent a car. Cab fare to the airport was $90 and going anywhere else was minimum of $10. Friendly people, beautiful scenery.
"Summit Watch - Main St. charm, no amenities..."
We were on vacation in SL and decided to get away for a night to Park City. We had stayed before at a Marriott in the town and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, however I didn't look through the descriptions as thoroughly as I should have. We missed having a swimming pool! There were not the amenities that we had looked forward to using - and again […] I mistook the information on the main page that each suite included a jetted tub to mean that every suite would....it was only for the upgraded suites which were all sold out for the night we stayed. All in all - the location right on Main St. is very charming. The room was clean (decor was a bit outdated), and the staff was helpful and nice - we just would have rather put our money to stay in place with a pool, a jetted tub in room and some other amenities such as in house restaurant/room service. "Okay, but won't stay again"
The Hotel enterance was difficult to locate. The GPS took us to Main Street....which was blocked by the Park City Arts Festival. The hotel was okay. There was a large stain in the bath tub...I had to wear my flip flops in the shower because it was gross. There were stains on the curtains and vallance. There was food splattered on the wall. The bed was […] a little too hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The carpet was nice and clean as was the tile in the the bathroom. The bathroom was a good size. The kitchenette was very clean. "Best Location in Park City!!"
We reserved this hotel without knowing the Park City area and attractions. The location was perfect- on main street in historic downtown park city. The hotel recommened a bike shop for us to rent bikes. The bike shop gave us 20% off for staying at the Mariott. There are tons of bike trails, Mountain bike trails, shops and dining in the area. ""Nice little stay on main street in Park City""
The lobby was really hard to find we had to drive around and around. We used the jetted tub and the jets must of blow some dirt out that was pretty gross!!! And you had to pay for parking :P but other than that it was awesome loved it! The bed was SOOOO nice!!!

We had a huge villa at the hotel during OFF-Season, but it was well staffed and in the center of everything.

We stayed in the standard one bedroom room for one night. It was great. Very clean and pretty, they even had Bath and Body Works soaps, instead of that cheap crap you usually get. Also right on Main Street so it was so convenient. We will definately stay here again next time we are in Park City.

great location. Room, linens and furniture were standard. The room was cramped with the folded out couch. Room was long and narrow. Real big bathroom.

we were traveling with our daughter and two year old son and this proved to be an ideal location for all of us. Lots of space, two huge bedrooms, jacuzzi and living room and kitchen facilities. Also many kids activities which we were not able to take advantage of and an outdoor pool. would definitely recommend it for traveling families.

I stayed at the Marriott Summit Watch in July 2009. It is a well located hotel just off historic main street in Park City. The hotel is quite modern and well looked after, and all of the restaurants and shops of main street are close by. It's also a 2-3 minute walk from the Town Lift in central Park City. I would imagine this would be a great spot […] in winter during the ski season, when I went in mid summer Park City was quite quiet but the hotel was great. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody considering. The alternative Marriott, the Mountainside right next to the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort looked great for ski-in ski-out if you preferred to be next to the slopes rather than in the PC town centre. "Great value"
For a summer reterat, the value on the hotel was great. Spacious room with separate LR, DR and kitchen. Huge bathroom area. The added plus was a washer and dryer in the unit. Plus a location that could not be beat.
"Great room for the money"
Our rooms were outstanding, clean and everything we had hoped for and more. The only complaint I have is that we were not able to check in at the time they state, because our rooms where not ready.

"Nice place to stay"
Loved the bed...it was very comfortable. Overall...nice hotel...not a five star, but about right for the price. Convenient location for Park City activities on Main Street.

This is a lovely hotel in the downtown area. We enjoy having a kitchen, and this one is prepared to go. The unit has everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
