The staff was not friendly at all. I will not stay there or refer any one there as well. I spent three days and two nights there. The breakfast was awfull.

"It was horrible- very uncomfortable."
I've stayed here once on the 2nd floor and it seemed decent enough. This last time I walked into the first room and immediately my foot was stabbed by the carpet tack. The carpet was all torn up and the tack strip was completely exposed. I asked to switch rooms. The carpet was messed up again as well as the walls. The bathrub was cracked and gross looking. "decent place"
Went there with the family, stayed because of the indoor pool which was small but good enough for the kids. Breakfast was adequate.. They need more than one waffle iron in there though, the line for it was pretty long. Decent for the money though..
"Good and bad"
The room size was great and the location was great. Indoor swimming pool was using very strong chemicals and could be smelled in the lobby. When in the pool room our eyes burned and we weren't even in the water, Our air conditioner would not blow out cold air at night. Told desk Sat. morning thought they had fixed it, but middle of Sat night room got […] hot again no cool air. "Great Time With The Family"
I booked a room here to accomodate myself and my grandchildren. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic! The indoor pool was a treat for the kids in March, the breakfast was everything the little ones would eat and the room was plenty big enough for all of us to sleep comfortably. "Quality Inn Suites - Tulsa"
This was our second time staying in this hotel. They have really nice employees, but I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Carpets were very dirty and our bed was broken. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
"dirty walls and crammed breakfast"
The walls in our room were scuffed up quite a bit in different areas. We thought that needed some attention. And when we had breakfast the next morning, the breakfast area is the size of a small janitor's closet and we couldn't sit down. The young lady who checked us in made in appropriate comments and took nearly 15 minutes as she was training someone. "Nice room-dreadful public areas"
The most important part of a hotel is a clean, comfortable room, which this hotel provides. The problem I had was the cramped, filthy public areas. The whole place reeks of cigarettes, the floors were sticky, the breakfast area was tiny and nearly impossible to navigate. BUT, our room was pleasant.

Room was overall pretty decent. Ceiling in bathroom needed some attention. Our room had 2 beds and sofa sleeper and sofa sleeper had no blankets. Front desk told us they had none to give us.

My ratings are based on what I paid and expexted for my money. I thought for the money there was good value. The breakfast exceded my expectations and the staff was nice and personable. It appeared to be an older hotel but I felt it was clean. I would stay there again.
"Pretty Good Place to Stay"
The hotel is completely fine. The breakfast was good, lots of hot options like eggs, bacon, waffles. Room was comfortable. There's good places walking distance away like cracker barrel and ruby tuesday.
The hotel was very adequate in all areas, but parking. This was a bit of a problem for me because I'm a limousine driver. I specifically asked on the phone before making the reservation about the parking and the agent said that was no problem. He was mistaken.
"Needs some maintance"
This is a nice looking hotel but its showing it age and wear. the back hall has several holes in it.... The carpeting is fraying in the halls and in the rooms..... you can tell the multiple additions and it was not done professional as it should have been.

This hotel needs some updating! The room was quite large and offered plenty of space for our family of five. However, the door hinge was flimsy and the deadbolt couldn't lock without lifting up on the door handle. Well worth the price
Nice hotel for the money! Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate - not great but far better then the typical continental fare of most hotels of this price range!

The front desk clerks were friendly and seemed willing to go the extra-mile for us to feel welcome. The same goes for the lady who cleaned the little breakfast area. The hotel is conveniently located, close to chain restaurants, stores and major highways. We had two TV sets in our suite, which I did not know why, since they were only about seven feet […] away from each other and there was not a door to separate the areas, besides, one of them was on the desk and it did not leave much space for us to put our laptop. The room had lamps everywhere, but that did not mean that it had great illumination. Overall, the room was clean and was comfortable. I would go back there whenever I have to stay in Tulsa again. "Tulsa Quality Suites not at all quality"
Bad check in, no bedding for fold out couch, room too small, lights above pool 95% burned out, pool room way too hot, breakfast ends way too early, no room to eat breakfast, not enough parking. Not a good place for families. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

"No Quality here."
Lobby and hallways were extremely hot. Night manager was on the cell phone the whole time we were checking in and then went down to get linnens for sofa bed which she couldn't find. Had to use blankets we brough with us. Breakfast was horrible. We had a reservation at the same place for the return home and cancelled. Won't stay there again.

"Decent hotel"
I think the hotel was a good deal for the price. The pool was extremely small and had a film on it, so we didn't swim. We had to request a new room because the jets in our whirlpool tub didn't work, but the ones in the second room were fine. The breakfast was nice. The only problem was that we were given a receipt at the time we chacked out that did not reflect what was charged to our card by Hotels.com. On contacting customer service, I was told the receipt should not have been given - that the receipt reflected the price Hotels.com paid for the room - not what we were charged. "Manager Tried Hard"
This was a two-night stay. Room was not properly cleaned on my arrival; however, I was talking on the phone and didn't discover dirty bathroom fixtures and floors (both carpets and tile) until after I had unpacked. I always travel with a spray can of Lysol, so I cleaned the fixtures myself rather than moving. Notified night manager as well General Manager […] the next morning that housekeeper should pay special attention to my room. Came in at end of 2nd day to discover bathroom fixtures properly cleaned but floors still with the same dirt (and dead cricket) as before. Notified General Manager again. He immediately vacuumed the floors himself. His efforts salvaged the stay to some degree, but I would definitely advise future guests to inspect the room's cleanliness more thoroughly than I did before unpacking. Przeczytaj więcej

This hotel was a good choice for the price. It has a convenient location, reasonable price and clean rooms. While the breakfast area is small and some uneven floors (hallway and stairs), overall the experience was acceptable.
