We only stayed one night at the Candlewood Suites, but the room was clean and it had very nice pillows and mattress. Would stay here again.

kinda weird having dishes, dish washing machine, and stove top in your room, but overall nice place to stay. No breakfast, but has a "pantry" room downstairs with snacks, drinks, and even frozen dinners........

The beds were doubles, but would have preferred queens. The controls on the room's thermostat kept changing from air conditioning to heat automatically. We suspected the room temp. was controlled by a central thermostat and not in the rooms.

We prepayed for two double bed suites And we get there and they only have one. And we were no the only ones. I talked to 5 other guests that had their booking all messed up also. The manager and front desk clerk were awesome and tried their best to fix the situation. The only complaint we had was that the AC unit has some kind of energy saver feature that was suppose to know when you were not in the room to turn off. But it also thought when lights are off and we were trying to sleep to shut off unless someone got up.

The hotel was nice and the clerk checking me in was very nice. The only complaint is that I booked a room with a queen size bed and I received a room with two full beds with on change in my total price. Someone (a lady) bolted in our room only after knocking once.

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a football game stay. The location is very good with local restaurants near and shopping very close. This hotel is fairly new and is very, very nice for the price. Quiet neighborhood and very friendly staff, that speak and understand English very well.

Location of the hotel provided on the hotels.com itinerary was not the actual location. The actual location of the hotel was almost 4 miles from where the map said it was. Management at the hotel did not care about this. Pet fee was $75, ridicululous!

Our stay at Candlewood Suites was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Roger/Bentonville area. Looking forward to next year.

This is rated as a two (2) star hotel, but we aren't sure why. They take excellent care of their guests. This is designed as an extended stay facility, and the rooms reflect that. They have kitchenettes and full size appliances in each room. They are resonably priced on the rooms as well as the "extras" .
