Extended Stay America Fayetteville - Springdale - Springdale

Place was trashed before we even got into our room. Dirty refrigerator. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Stains in the carpet floors. Looked terrible. Beds were more uncomfortable than an air mattress. I will stay away from this place in the future.

Comfortable and relaxing plaxce to stay.

The carpet everywhere (lobby, hallways, and esp rooms) was as soiled and stained as any flooring I have ever seen. It was ever-present and disgusting. The first non-smoking room we checked into was anything but. We switched rooms immediately. The sheets were thread-bare and seemed dirty as they were so obviously not white. Rooms were horrible... stained carpets. Just nasty. The staff said "These carpets are 11 years old... they're bad." We couldn't stay a second night... just didn't have it in us!

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. There was garbage everywhere on the grounds, and the garbage in the stairwells was spilling out of the cans with garbage bags piled all around the main can. The man at the front desk informed me that the cleaning staff refused to come in for the day, "but your room is clean, I checked it!" My version […] of clean and his version of clean are 2 totally different things. I reserved a non smoking room, the room was at the "least smoking area" of the smoking floor. Talking They didnt have enought towels there or other stuff eather and the pople stay next door to me play loud music half night and there where talking loud in the room and kids running up and the hull

The person at the desk was AWESOME. However, once you leave the front desk area the hotel is very dirty. Hallways carpet is all stained and the carpet in my room was all ripped up. If I wasn't so tired from my trip I would have asked to go to a different hotel.

Just gross. And Smelly.

I have stayed here on 2-3 day business trips on three different occasions. During each stay, the service, courtesy, and friendliness of the front desk was absolutely awesome!

WE HAD ONE HAND TOWEL IN OUR ROOM!WHEN WE WENT TO GET MORE TOWELS WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE RUINED BY THE BIKERS CLEANING THEIR MOTORCYCLES THE WEEKEND BEFORE AND THE NEW ONES HADN'T COME IN YET!

Our stay in Springdale was much easier and cheaper because we could cook our own food instead of going out to eat all the time. It's not my home kitchen but it will do. We will stay there again when we go for a couple of days.

the room i got it was next to the inertsate. for the motorcycles going down it and up it all night long it was so loud and for as the cars and trucks was loud to. the 18 whelers was loud too and if they put me on the other side it wasnt be loud at all. if i stay there next year i want yell put me on the other side. if yell cant i wont stay there again […] and i try yell agian next year and if yell put me on the other side. i never stay there again Przeczytaj więcej

When we opened the door to our hotel room it was already occupied. The person at the front desk said that wasn't possible and had no record of anybody in the room. Finally gave us another room that the trash had not been taken out for a long time... bathroom was filthy and tub drain was clogged. The staff was very nice and my room was clean and fresh.

I highly recommend this hotel the staff was great and the room was everything you expect from a good hotel. I really like the the fact that there was a recliner in the room. I will stay there again , I can't imagine a better room any where for the price.

Extra charge for Internet usage.

The hotel is in a convenient location, and it offers a simple, but cute enough room, with a kitchenette. The staff was friendly but they only clean the rooms once a week, so on our 4 night stay, we only had contact with them when the key to our door quit working. They immediately came up and changed out the lock. The problem is that the room filled […] with smoke every time the person in the room next door lit up a cigarette. The smoke seemed to enter through the electric plugs and the bathroom vents. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillow was very flat, maybe a few inches thick before you put your head on it. I went and bought my own but it was still difficult to rest on the hard mattress. The blanket and furniture was stained and to be honest it was a little gross. It was quite inexpensive but then again, you get what you pay for. It is possible that some of the rooms would be better but the hallway and stairwell always smelled like soy sauce (that could be because everyone has to take their trash to a large can at the end of the hall). I've spent a lot more money on less quality in a motel room. This place was great! We plan to seek these motels out in the future when travelling.

Hotel was VERY clean and roomy! Staff was friendly and helpful. Located in a great neighborhood, close to the highway, food and shopping. Price was extremely reasonable too. Would stay again!

I agree I got this room at a bargain price. I guess after reading some of the other reviews I was expecting more. There are no ice machines on these premises at all! Also, do not forget your shampoo or other such things! No irons or blow dryers, etc. The carpets in the rooms and hallway all need to be replaced or at least cleaned! I have to say I wasn't expecting much but I was very surprised at everything about this property, for the rate I paid, oh my god what a deal...I visited 7 states and this was one of the most if not the most impressive places in terms of quality and value for the money. High high quality for the value. was just looking for a place to stay for 5 nights, didin't need swinning pool or conference rooms or fancy restaurants, this place was entirely adaquate.. did have some signs of previous repair that was not finished but that did not effect function, plenty of hot water and kitched/fridge was execellent. nice place for the price, all I needed was a place […] to sleep!
