Trochę długo staliśmy w recepcji przy zameldowaniu. Siłownia dobrze wyposażona wraz z ładnym basenem. Pokój nowoczesny , czysty i w miarę duży.Blisko do centrum ,ale także bulwaru spacerowego.Bezpośrednio blisko do restauracji położonych wzdłuż kanału , bardzo drogich ale wartych swych pieniędzy. Dość daleko do dzielnicy Tango gdzie koniecznie trzeba się udać na wspaniały show z kolacją , polecamy Carlos Gardel przy Barrio del Abasto, nie koniecznie w weekand ( konieczna rezerwacja ) , taksówki tanie.Porównując z innymi pięcio gwiazdkowymi w Buenos np. marriottem wypada pozytywnie.

Had my first stay with Sofitel and the BA property downtown was an excellent choise for my wife and I after coming off a twelve day cruise . Beautiful well appointed hotel, with excellent staff and good food Took care of all our needs including tours of city , transportation to airport etc . Excellent concierge service and close to 9th Ave by foot . […] Very quit neighborhood at night and 24hr security in place. As a bonus the room service pizza was best vegitarian I have ever eaten. "Sofitel Buenos Aires"
We had a great time in this elegant and comfortable hotel. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Hotel is located on a nice and quiet street, walking distance from many BA attractions.

"The Sofitel, Buenos Aires - food"
Despite being a large chain hotel, we found the available and quality of the food in the Bar and restaurants some of the best we have had - we are vegetarian. The breakfast selection,quality and selection was fantastic. The service was good also.

The hotel and especially its staff was wonderful. Although relatively large, everything was organized to make one feel that you were in a luxury boutique hotel. The location is great and I look forward to being able to return.

Lovely hotel, booked a Junior Suite, large and very comfortable and very quite. Views from the room unfortunately are nothing to write home about, looks like Beirut . Still its in a nice neighborhood, looks and feels very much like Paris from the street. The staff are very polite and are very eager to help. A nice French restaurant is located in the […] hotel, a bit bland and over priced though for Argentina. A nice cozy bar with a fire place that was never lit for some reason, even though it was freezing outside. There's a tiny grocery store about three doors down, and cheap friendly cafes close by. We most recently traveled to Buenos Aires in Sept 2010 and could have not had a better experience with the Sofitel. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely clean and smelled wonderful. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms a good size and the location was nice because it was off the main street. Quando escolhi o Sofitel, esperava mais do hotel. Apesar da gentileza dos funcionários e de o hotel ainda ser um hotel bonito, principalmente na recepção, o quarto tem o carpete sujo, os travesseiros com as fronhas são muito ruins, com carinha de velhos e não conservados. "Demora para chamar taxi"
Todas as vezes que pedimos taxi na recepção ou porteiros, a demora mínima foi de 15 minutos e os taxis já chegavam com a banderada bem adiantada.. Na esquina do Hotel não chegava a 2 minutos a espera. Questionados sobre o acontecido o Hotel nos informou que era uma questão de segurança.
