Rodeway Inn Logan International Airport - Revere

If only it wasn't too far away from Boston but then that's why the price wasn't too steep. Overall a well-maintenance hotel and suitable if you plan on visiting a short amount of time in Boston for low price.

I had stayed at this hotel twice before, and I thought it would be easy to stay here again because it is so inexpensive. I was very pleased during my previous stays which were two years ago, but the cleanliness of the room this time around got to me, in a negative way. While we were out of the room, there was trash left around that was not cleaned up. […] I work at a hotel as a housekeeper, and I try to make sure obvious trash on the floors or empty bottles are taken care of. There was also trash in the ice container, which is unfortunately common because it isn't the first place trash would be checked for. My comforter had a stain on it, and it was obvious to me, so it probably should have been replaced. The Rodeway Inn was suprisingly clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The shuttle drivers were all nice people. The only problem with this place is that the walls are paper thin. The highway traffic noise wasn't as bad as other reviews had said. There is a liquor store conveniently located across the street. The place is a twenty minute walk […] from Revere Beach which has several restaurants nearby. This place is not in the middle of nowhere as others have stated. It is only a small distance from Salem and downtown Boston. The place has no food of any sort, not even a snack vending machine which is a pain. They do have a guest use computer which helped out. We arrived late (before 11pm) and simply called the hotel and they came and picked us up with their free shuttle. There wasn't much to do or see in the nearvby neighbourhood, but the free shuttle service train station made it really easy to get around.

I enjoyed my three night stay at this hotel. The main reason I choose this hotel was to be close to Boston and Harvard for a reasonable price. The room is clean and very comfortable. Fifteen minutes after check in, Donna (from the check in desk) called to the room to see if eveything was okay. I thought that was very thoughtful. I used this service every day and never had a problem with it. Unfortunatly there isn't a (complimentary) breakfast, but in the reception you can always find coffee and tea. My only 'complaint' would be the floors. They make so much noise! Every morning the upstairs neighboor had to wake up pretty early (which is totally understandable at an airport hotel), but because of all the walking around above me I would wake up as well. I had to take cab and go to airport even though it was said that hotel has complimentary service. My flight was at 11:00 am and when I called reception they said that service will be available from 12:00pm. I was not at all satisfied by the reason given. This hotel was close to the airport but apart from that not much around it, although you can get on the complimentary shuttle which is very good especially in getting to and from the airport. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The location was not the best but the room was nice, clean and comfortable bed. The hotel is located on a busy street but knowing that beforehand, I had my ear plugs and slept very well. The front desk people very helpful. Complementary coffee and daily newspaper. Printing my boarding pass was easy. There is a computer for guest use across the hallway […] from the front desk. Free WIFI so bring your laptop or tablet. The shuttle was available to drop me to the subway and pick up on my way back from Boston. The shuttle goes to Logan every hour beginning at 4 am which worked great for me as I had a very early flight. There is an Italian restaurant about 4 blocks from the hotel. Good food and not to pricey. I did not see others within walking distance but I was not paying attention either. If you decide to stay here, goggle places to eat. The hotel is right beside a busy highway and the noise is unbelievable! Flying in from Europe, falling asleep is usually not much of a problem but here it was. Eventually I set the AC fan to high to drown out most of the noise - and managed to get some sleep. If you need to stay here, insist on a room facing away from the highway.

The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was down, so they had to send a cab. The hotel covered all charges. I had a 6am flight the following morning and could hear my upstairs neighbors running around past midnight. This Rodeway Inn is right off the highway, lots of reconstrcution of the roads and no good nearby restaurants The staff was very nice and I was shuttled to the airport to connect iwht busess to downtown, but the location for me was not good

It's a little bit of a misnomer to call this hotel and airport hotel (It's over 10 miles outside the airport), but given that it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and printed out Google Maps for me in the morning.

Comfortable rooms and reasonable priced. The only drawback is the noise, because this airport hotel is quite busy. People come and go 24hrs a day, and the noise is easily heard, especially in the downstair rooms. The wooden ceiling does not help and steps and voices might disturb you during the night. This was a return trip to this hotel because of closeness to the airport and the shuttle. Our first stay was in a very noisy first floor room. This stay we requested a second floor room on the back side of the hotel. This location is much better for sound. The hotel staff were nice enough to print our boarding passes. I had flown to Boston to see a production at a theatre in Cambridge and chose the Rodeway Inn because it had the best price and had a complimentary airport shuttle. Once I was outside the terminal I called the hotel to ask if the shuttle shows up automatically or if I need to request it. The shuttle driver was extremely informative about the area and the best way to take the metro service to my theater in Cambridge. The hotel is about a 20 minute walt to the metro station, but they offer the complimentary shuttle service to and from the metro station which is only about 2 minutes drive away. The hotel room had a great bed and linens, a microwave and fridge... a flat screen tv with complimentary cable and movie channels... they offer free local and 800 phone service. Inside the room was great. Entry and halls were clean but very worn. The staff was very helpful as was the internet to get boarding passes. We got free rides to and from train for our venture into the city. That was good because the neighborhood was not the best. The staff were pleasant and professional. The room was attractive and comfortable and appeared to be clean, but there was a slight sour smell. There was a shower stall but no tub. This hotel was all that I needed. I arrived in Boston at 1 AM for a quick meeting the following day, and a flight out later that evening. The hotel staff are friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, the hotel is located directly on a major road, literally about 10 feet away from it. If you are not a heavy sleeper, you need to make sure you're not in one of these rooms. The room was very nice but it was like sleeping on a freeway.

I choose this hotel because i wanted a comfortable place to spend the night (and that is all i got). first disappointment - no airport shuttle after 12 midnight. second disappointment - TV picture grainy. the room and bathroom was clean.

This was our 2nd stay here. We love he convienient shuttle service. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff very friendly and courteous. Highly recomend.

Neiborhood is far from the best in Boston, got there because it says it is close to the airport but actually is not that close. From the lobbry entrance smelly place, it is in front of the street and you can hear the traffic all night long inside the room. Bathroon has a window that is not secured facing the street which makes you feel unsafe. Parking […] area very limited and dark. The hotel was very nice. Clean and nicely furnished and although other reviews warned of noise from the airport, we had none of that. I had a very bad exerience at this hotel. I will never recommend to anyone. I was assigned a room on the first floor. Throughout the whole night there were pounding noises of footsteps. I could not sleep. The first floor is in the basement . Moreover, the shuttle runs every hour. This was not mentioned anywhere before I booked. The rooms were clean and service was great. The shuttle will pick you up and drop you off where you like. The only downside was that the walls were somewhat thin so I could hear the person upstairs wandering around until he went to sleep.

I called the hotel from Boston and asked about how to get there by the T. The woman answered get off at Wonderland - full stop. So, at 9.30pm the station was dark and I had no directions to the hotel, nor was I made aware of the shuttle service from the station.My mobile phone was out of battery, so a woman called a cab for me. We wanted quick access to the airport in Boston - we had a 6 AM flight.... it was somewhat difficult to find - it is very small and somewhat tucked away. room was nice but did not block out the hotel noise. one note - the driver for the shuttle bus lost his tip due to a smart mouth---- he had a brace on his wrist - so my hubby put our luggage in the […] back for hhim... he commented with a smart alec voice- are you going to drive too? not nice..... the front desk personnell could not have been nicer when we arrived... I found the room to be in excellent condition and very comfortable. Space was tight, but we wanted a king-sized bed. Coming into the hotel I noticed ripped carpeting on the stairs, and that made me concerned about the condition of the rest of the place. My one complaint primarily had to do with the lack of availability of nearby restaurants, and the […] one that was nearest was terrible in terms of quality. I would suggest more brochures in each room from places that are willing to deliver. We chose to stay there b/c of the proximity to the airport and the availability of shuttle service to get there. The staff was very accommodating with our time schedule, and the driver was also very polite, even when I had him go back since I had forgotten my phone in the room. the hotel is very close to the airport which is nice as you dont need to be driveing for to long after just gettin off a flight and the free shuttle bus is what really swung us to book this hotel. not only was it to and from the airport it also dropped you at the local trainstation and was on call all day and most of the night.. Nothing super fancy, but it's 100% clean and comfy, nice staff, nice area.

If you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the place for you. We could hear every footsteps above our room and in the hallways, most conversations - had to turn the tv on to drown out the noise.

The Hotel was nice, staff nice. the Shuttle experience was not handled well, lack of communication. They said it would leave on the hour, but the night before, I reserved a time, and they said that would be good. The front desk didn't receive, or acknowledge that communication, and then told me it would leave on the hour ( no place for breakfast with […] in walking distance) and then it was 25 minutes late, we hit traffic and then it was too late for me to get breakfast at the airport. we wanted some place close to Logan but also something that didn't cost $200 a night. This fit the bill fine. I wouldn't want to stay here for an actual vacation, but it was easy to find and the staff were very accommodating. This hotel is completely away from anything except the airport, but the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms is excellent! Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfect for one night stop over. I would not stay any longer. The location and the complimentary shuttle is a real plus and makes this one of the most affordable airport hotels in the Boston area. The down side is that there are no breakfast options on the premises and the walls are paper thin!
