Had a great time.

The rooms were outdated, nothing like the pics on website. Ice machine was broken....it was almost 90 degrees! Floors were dirty, elevators had condom wrappers on the floor, security door, wasn't secure. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends. Was not worth the money I paid. for a vwry low price you get what you paid for. it was missleading in the photo and the front enterance was for a hotle . the desk cleark was great but that was it. we had a old tv, dresser, hard bed and no pilliow top pillows. no maid service and we had to make our bed, get more towels, coffee and toliet paper from the front desk. thank god it was […] a lock in hotel from inside because it feels more safe. it was surranded by the outlet mall and a beautiful resort where we ate but al in all it was cheap,and missleading. if your in a bind you could stay there but you need to know what to expect! We booked this hotel online because of the location near the airport. My husband did not read the previous reviews and I wish he would have. The room smelled like fish, ants were everywhere, the sheets were dingy. The furniture was filthy. The tv remote did not have batteries. My stay was fine (only stayed 1 night). The room was clean. It did smell musty when we first walked in (probe b/c the air conditioner was not on). Once the air kicked it, the smell went away. The receptionist was nice and accommodating...1 con: I expected a Queen bed but it was a full bed.

We had a pleasant stay, Initially, we had difficulty with our key card, however the staff was very accommodating, very much so. The room was clean and whatever was needed, all we had to do is ask. The hotel is directly across the street from the Las Vegas Premium Outlet and many food places, so that was even better.

Room not as pictured... and no maid service... have to take the towels down for exchange? Inconvenience

I was in town for a business convention at one of the "fancy-schmancy" big hotel/convention centers up on "The Strip". Crestwood Suites Las Vegas Boulevard (they have other locations in town as well) was an easy 5 minutes by car down the street from the convention. I was quite happy to drive that short distance, especially when my room rate was more […] than 50% less than their "special rate" for convention attendees. Plus, my room had a fridge, a stove, a kitchen sink, dishes and utensils, and more. I doubt that the other place would have those features in one of their regular rooms. My room was also just across the street from a very nice outlet mall and nice restaurants. Not a super fancy, flashy, glitzy place to stay, but it is more than worth the room rate for the value you get. The staff was also very helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance man. Interesting, I did notice that around the light switches needed to be cleaned better, and the door of the fridge. I use to work in the hotel bussiness as a maid, so I notice these things. It was close to what we needed and what we were there for. One suggestion...... you may want to mention that there is a dog fee per day, we were not told that when […] we booked the room. the doors were falling off th ecabinets, caulking round plumbing fixtures looked like an eagle craped from 10,000 feet, dust a grease an microwave shelvetoilet would not flush half the time, spent more time trying to get it to work that using it

I"m a non-fussy traveler, and was not particularly bothered by these conditions, but a couple things would improve this hotel greatly. It needs a really deep clean in the bathrooms. And even though it is an extended stay, the coffee and shampoo should have been replaced daily. I can make my own bed, so was not offended by that. I think one could do […] better for the money. Way to loud. You hear kids coming in all night. Took my room afull day to cool down. Will not be staying again.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past, have never had a problem unitl my recent visit. I left my Gucci watch on top of the sink. I called several times and the phone kept giving me a busy signal. I drove to the hotel and spoke with the front desk and of course they had no idea what i was talking about.

Pros:no resort fees ,plenty of parking ,free wifi , has stove ,refrigerator ,front desk person very nice,let me do a free late checkout Cons: old style tvs,no sharp knifes in room,super slow slow internet

My stay in this Hotel feel comfort affordable and convenient location wise and it's great.

Would not recommend this hotel for business use. The only thing it really had going for it was the location from Mandalay Bay. It was not far. However the room was not very clean the sheets were dirty.

Great access to the strip, airport and shopping. Beds were not very comfy but sleepable

Stayed here during the CES week. I wasn't able to find anything else reasonably priced so I ended up here. This is probably one of the lowest quality hotels I have ever stayed at, especially in Las Vegas. The hotel is hidden behind a gas station. Because of center divider on Las Vegas Blvd, you can only enter the hotel through the back parking lot […] if you travel from the airport, or the Strip. Not convenient! The room is decently sized, but that's about the only positive comment I can make about the room! The shower pressure is weak, the toilet does not flush, the carpet doesn't feel clean, furnishing is from the 70's and nothing has been updated. Wifi is simply non-existence. we will not stay there again. Very old and not clean

The room was definitely nothing to write home to mom about, but the location was great and the bed was comfortable. Walls are thin and there's a gas station right out side the room with some shady activity (bring your purse inside) but like I said you get what you pay for and it's a good place to sleep at night.

it's not 1/2 miles from the strip, it's more 4 1/2 miles from the strip. TV was not working, no fresh towels or sheets next day, no coffee. not worth the price.

Crestwood Suites was clean. the price was reasonable and we would stay there again.

Pros: Very accessible. Right down the street from Mandalay Bay. It was a $8 cab ride and we caught the cab at the hotel next door (Tahiti hotel) because they had a cab line. Each room comes with a kitchen (stove, fridge, dishes) which was cool; we stored drinks in there. It was very cheap even for New Years Eve with free parking and a gas station next […] door. Cons: Obviously not the Four Seasons. The towels were thin and there were no 'extra' amenities i.e lotion, shower cap, etc. The TV gets basic channels and the shower is whatever. Clean sheets, dishes, kitchen area. You can tell people make their home here since it is an extended stay hotel. AGAIN - not amazing but I would stay here again. We reserved two rooms here, primarily because of the location (South of the Strip) and because they accept pets...We requested non-smoking rooms. The 1st one was OK;however, we were told that the rooms for pets were on the third floor, and that the only room available for pets that night (and for the rest of the week) was a smoking room....It was awful...the […] stench was everywhere, even in the bed linens...I spent more money on air fresheners, candles, aromatherapy oil, than I would have getting a room at a more up-scale place! My allergies very bad all weekend, and my nose was bleeding by the time we checked out on Sunday, Nov. 27. We brought our small dog because she is ill and needs constant medical attention. I was disappointed in my stay because I had booked a 2 bed suite and upon my arrival they did not have it available and we had 2 rooms instead. The whole idea was that we wished to be able to share out time together as sisters for my sister's 75th birthday. They did not tell us that there was no service except once a week. That is fine for extended […] stay but not for those who were there for one or two nights. So no coffee, no clean towels or shampoo etc. We could go down to lobby to get them. Not such great service. Love the price and room. will be staying here again and only place i will stay right off the strip..can't beat the price!!

This is an extended stay hotel not a regular hotel! so no clean towels daily and services daily. Definitly wouldn't recomend it to anyone!

First stay was ok, the 2nd stay we found 1 cockroach, I don't think we are going back.

If your looking to stay somewhere cheap. This is a clean hotel to stay and it's near plenty of shopping.

if you on a budget! buy some groceries and stay at Crestwood!

I stayed at Crestwood Suites for one night on October 28, 2011. Us three middle-aged women traveling from Mesa, Arizona, to Medford, Oregon, had a reservation for the Crestwood Suites for one night. We were also traveling with 3 caged cats, which were allowed with extra charges. We had a full kitchen with supplies, which was wonderful! It was comfortable, […] with a huge bathroom. However, though we had advanced reservations for 3 people, there was only 2 sets of towels in the room. We called the front desk to ask for another set, but the gal said she was all alone and we would have to come down to get our own towels. Also, we had called the hotel for specific directions when we ran into road construction that blocked our GPS directions from working, the front desk gal didn't have a clue as to how to get us to the location. We actually were about 4 blocks away but she didn't seem to be aware of the construction near-by. When we finally (after 1 hour of trial and error!!) arrived, the desk gal was talking on the phone with a friend and had a male friend standing by the desk waiting to talk with her, too!! It took about 10 minutes before she gave us attention, and we had been driving for 9 hours with a large moving truck and another car!! The rates were excellent through Hotels.com. Przeczytaj więcej

The hotel was close to the airport and I-15 and I-215 which was nice. It was rather surprising to find out that they are stingy with supplying towels. There were two of us and they made sure to only give two sets of towels. This may not be a big deal to other people but when you have to take them down to the front desk to get clean ones, it would be […] nice to have enough to not have to do that every day. The toilet had to be flushed a minimum of two times every time it was used. Maintenance came by but didn't fix it. The halls were kinda dirty. Everytin else was pretty clean. Service was great. My room was realy cozy n clean. The showers were realy clean n bathroom to. I enjoyed my two showers :) the bed was so cozy i slept great! Dislikes::: halls were a bit dirty. Halls smell a lil bad. Not bad tho. My neighbors were a lil loud at 7am but then again.. I got this reservation for my nephew and he was approach in the parking area for drugs and later he saw someone breaking into a car so, he left the hotel.

a room is a room. but when you try to save money be prepared to have some falls... I had 3 prank calls done while I was staying there. Didnt appreciate it. It was a hassle to get back to the strip. I will not stay there again.
