It was really nice as was the staff. An our room was impeccable.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the room amenities and reasonable rate. It had plenty of coffee for coffee maker and plenty of towels and cloths, a hairdryer (in another hotel that cost more, there was none) a working refrigerator and microwave. Everything was very neat and clean. The room was spacious enough for my husband to get around in his […] wheelchair and they even provided a stool for the bath/shower. The breakfast was satisfactory and the 3 different hotel desk clerks we spoke to were very nice and professional. Shopping and resturants abound in the area. "Ramada in Locust Grove-great value"
This hotel was small, convenient, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. One of the most bizarre but pleasant treats was the heated pool. We expected it to be, well, not cold. It turned out to be as warm as a hot tub, and it felt great!

Getting to the location is tricky. Parking was tight if you drive a larger car or SUV. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. My family spent hours at the indoor pool. Several places nearby for food.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The linens and bathroom were very clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was good. Love the waffle machine. Just a reminder the railroad tracks run through town and you can hear the whistle/train a few times during the night. Nice small town […] and surrounding area. "Not clean enough"
Overall, the hotel was just ok. It was a place to sleep, if that's all you're looking for. But it was not up to my cleanliness standards. Some of our towels had some dark brown spots on them and there was TONS of hair in the bathroom. Some on the counter, some on the floor and lots in the tub. It just looked like someone did one quick sweep and didnt […] bother to make sure all the hair was picked up. The pillows have to be incredibly old, some were so lumpy that they were useless. Very clean, well kept, especially liked having extra pillows on the bed. Hard to locate entrance to hotel, only one very small sign, very bad traffic when we arrived, (next to outlet mall & back to school sales)

I was skeptical about booking this room, but did. After reading other reviews, I'm glad I did. The price was good, and the room was clean. We got the room with the sofa bed, it was good for our group of six. However, the sofa bed could use a new mattress. The staff was nice and the entire hotel and grounds was very clean. "Great deal and Great service!!"
For the price, you cannot beat this hotel. We have stayed here going and coming from vacation for two years in a row now. The staff is very helpful and even allowed us to check in an hour and a half early, even though they had to make some changes to accommodate our request. They recommended a great restaurant and the outlet mall is right across the […] street. The indoor pool is a hit with the kids too. The people were nice and responsive and friendly. The maintenance people did forget to change my sheets after the first night even after I specifically asked them to do so in the morning!

normally I would not look to a ramada for what I found here and am pleasantly surprised. I will be happy to stay here again when I am in town. The rest of the reviews stood true, good place with the best price in town!

The hotel staff was very polite and our room was as specified. The hotel was clean and in a great location. They also have a small breakfast area that is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again =)

Upon arrival we were greeted with kindness throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great!!!! Didn't get a chance to get in the pool because of maintenance problems. Loved it even more cause it was close to Tanger Outlet. I would stay here again.

"You Get What You Pay For!"
The hotel service was great, however the room was not. There was residue left from the previous guest surrounding dressers and nightstands. The towels here old and stained. I decided to stay at this hotel because of the location and the affordable rate. I will just put a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.
