Terrible service & quality. When asked for extra towel from the janitor-she refused & said -go to the front office. Water had been leaking thru the Laundry room door- flooding in front of elevator since the day we checked in till we checked out- 4 days- they didn't fix.They also charged $1 per copy for photocopying. Carpet was dirty, rooms open to the outside and the sidewalks were not swept and covered with leaves and dirt, property needs painting and general maintenance.

I stay at this hotel 4 to 5 days each month. The only downside to staying at the hotel is the internet connection in the rooms are POOR. You have to go to the breakfast are to get the BEST connection.

Beds very uncomfortable, but I like a soft mattress. It was inexpensive and that's what I was looking for, but would pay the extra next time for a more comfortable nights sleep.

The place was not clean random hair in the bathroom. This was the second room we were in because the first one we went into had no a/c. They were both substandard. the second room had no working phone. I left my phone charger there and of course no one could find it as soon as I checked out. It was a waste of money.

"Quality Inn - Plano, TX"
My wife and I stayed four nights. Room was clean, everything worked, the people were courteous. The location was safe and close to restaurants and locations that we needed to visit. I recommend this hotel... good value for money.

"Quality Inn Behind the Laquinta"
When I got to the hotel I was charged an extra fee because I wanted to check in early and the front desk personnel could not explain to me why this was the case. The room was small and outdated for the price I paid and there were no amenities. Compared to the surrounding hotels this hotel should not have been in the same vicinity.

The free internet and television cable in the section of the hotel we were in did not work. The hotel is convenient to the hospital in that area and the businesses and shops on Preston Road.
"Cheap but OK"
Stayed here because it was cheap, but the cleaning crew did not replace fresh towels when they cleaned the room. Took the dirty ones but never put new ones in. Also took a while for them to bring new ones when calling the front office. The breakfast was subpar, but can't complain too much since it was cheap compared to others in the area.

"Maintenance Issues at Quality Inn."
Several days at this location the hot water was off completely all day. This was an inconvenience because we had to drive miles to go shower some place else. This should never happen when you are paying to lodge. If I am paying for quality, that is what I expect, quality service.

the hotel was very clean and the room was nice although a bit hot for my comfort. Since it was winter when I visited the ac wasn't working. The breakfast was OK. Cereal, oatmeal a few danishes but they did have a waffle maker so if you have kids they will be thrilled. There was some fresh fruit but lots of coffee, milk and juice. My bags were lost on […] my trip and the front desk staff was very helpful in making sure I had them delivered and held onto them until I arrived. The only problem I had was the location. It is behind another hotel and is very difficult to see from the road. Although the pizza delivery guy found it just fine my friends that came to pick me had a hard time. "Nice room, nice stay, needed a little more attenti"
The facility was in good condition and the price was excellent. We scheduled for 3 people in a suite, but did not have enough pillows or blankets to turn the sleeper sofa into a bed. One tiny shampoo for 3 people. Called for more blankets and shampoo, and they said, "You're welcome to come here and get them."

An advertising guy friend of my family used to handle the McDonalds account locally. He told us, "you can always count on McDonalds when you're travelling, to have an 'average' hamburger." He was right. It's never gonna be 'great.' Or even 'good.' But it's predictable. Safe. Boring. Average. The same is true for Quality Inns. My definition of "quality" […] differs a bit from the hotel's - I'm not looking for luxury, but I'd like a room a little less cramped, and a lot less boring. Certainly, I think they could afford to keep up things like a shower curtain rod mounted too low, and sagging from the wall. But aside from a few minor nits like that, the room was in a safe part of town, and was reasonably priced, clean, and offered no surprises. One plus - no extra charge for WiFi. Far too many hotels (both run-of-the-mill and luxury) seem to think that offering free WiFi in the lobby is acceptable, whereas they can gouge you with an extra fee for WiFi in the room. I would rather they take out the phone system in each room and increase their WiFi speed. This hotel offered WiFi in the room at no extra cost. Mind you, it wasn't FAST WiFi, but it was free. Not worth the money.
"Served our purpose"
This would not have been my choice if I had been familiar with the area. We were close to the people we were visiting, but not a place I would recommend to others. Absolutely no extras. Hardly any basics. It was a place to change clothes and sleep. Didn't want to spend any time there.

We live in DFW and stayed here for a weekend getaway. Everything was in order, the suite was great. Bed was comfy, sofa not really but that was a non issue. My main issue was the slowness of the WIFI connection. We watch alot of movies and shows from Netflix and Hulu online. great location! close to all of the things we had planned to do. hotel was nice, breakfast was great. had some bugs on the floor under the chair in our room. No other problems. would easily stay here again!

"good pace for the price"
was a great price and everthing exceded what i hoped to expect. would stay here again.
Great value, nice people and safe surroundings. The kitchenette did not have any supplies but I was able to get plastic flatware, cups, and extra towels just for the asking. Would stay again.

I would stay at the Quality Inn again. I stayed 7 nights. My room was clean. The fabric furniture had no spots. The wood furniture had no dings and the sheets had no holes (recently learned not to take the latter for granted!). Only problem we had was we were on our honey moon and the electricity was out both the night of the 4TH for several hours and the day of the 5TH for several hours. "Good Bang for Buck"
Functionally, the room was solid. It was clean and provided decent comfort for the low amount of money spent. The customer service was top notch, much better than some places I've stayed that cost 3-4x as much. The bed was okay comfort wise, not the best but not the worst. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated with granite counter tops, but […] the rest of the decor looked like it was straight from the 80's. The hotel was located in a business complex with several other hotels surrounding it, and just a few blocks away was a good food selection. Also very close access to Hwy 75, which was important to us. The biggest complaint, and really the hotel can do nothing about it, not to mention it's our own fault for not looking at the pictures better, is the doors to the room are on the OUTSIDE, making it possible for anyone to venture up and break into your room. We didn't have any problems, but it made my wife uneasy. She swears someone messed with the Do Not Disturb sign, although I think the wind blew it off the handle. The last thing I might mention is because it's a lower budget hotel, some of people staying at the hotel did look of questionable character. One specifically was a guy in the lobby upon our arrival that was arguing that their asking price per night was too much when he was just going to use the room for a few hours. Next time I would look for a hotel with doors on the inside to help ease my wife's concerns. But in a pinch, I would stay here again if push came to shove.
