Great location, 2 minute walk from the main square where everything happens at night and where the best places to eat out are... Great hotel, great rooms, very comfortable and very good personel. I think its one of the best hotels in Poland.

"Best Stay in Wroclaw!"
We had the best stay at the Wroclaw Sofitel! Matesch (excuse the spelling), one of the concierge's, was the absolute best!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and hooked us up with everything we wanted to do. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week!

"SOFITEL WROCLAW"
I particularly liked the "relaxed" atitude of the hotel staff. Very helpful, no insistance on leaving a huge deposit on my credit card, etc. Location is perfect: the hotel is right on the beautiful main square. Throrugly recommended, although I cannot comment on the breakfast/dining facilites because I did not use them.

Overall an excellent hotel. Room rate very good. I have just one criticism: Breakfast was too expensive. There are several good local restaurants serving excellent breakfasts at less than half the price in some cases. Because of this we did not have any meals in the hotel.
"Exactly what you want from a city hotel."
We booked this hotel very cheaply and we could never have expected how good it would be. We arrived in a group of 10 and some of us couples got upgraded rooms for free. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Can't fault the place at all.

"Central Hotel"
Hotel is well situated, very central and only 20 minutes from the airport 2 mins from main Square with a number of restaurants around . Overall perfect for a short stay. main lobby lacks atmosphere but serves its purpose
"Superb!"
We wondered whether 5 star in Poland would be equivalent to about 3 star in the UK. Not so, this is a superb quality hotel! As you walk in you are met by a huge entrance hall, gleaming chrome and glass everywhere. From the moment we arrived the service from staff was extremely polite and friendly, including the somewhat old fashioned 'bell-boy' (actually […] an older chap, but dressed in typical uniform complete with white gloves!) The room was very smart indeed with a beautiful bathroom, and the bed was fabulously comfortable. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main square, surely one of the most beautiful squares in the world. We had a lovely meal in one of the restaurants. We took advice on here and other sites that the breakfast at this hotel is very expensive, we ended up with the last 2 croissants in Starbucks as other cafes seemed to be closed. This hotel is in a great location for the Old Town of Wroclaw. We were only in town one night but found the hotel very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our only downside was that the parking was so expensive. The staff from beginning to end was helpful, handy and always made sure we were looked after. Checking in and out was fast on both ends. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with lots of space to move around in. The bed was MASSIVE and really easy to sleep in. The hotel is located less than 1 minute from the main square, and is in a safe and entertaining […] area. Lots of bars, shops, clubs and everything else you need to have a good time in this beautiful city. The only bad point we experienced, was the inconsistent water temperature, which would fluctuate from hot to cold without warning, creating a very vocal showering experience. We didn't complain since we were only there a couple of days. Great place to stay though, everything you want in a good hotel, however, I would rate it closer to a 4 star than a 5. "Sofitel Wroclaw, great location."
This hotel is literally a minute walk from Rynek the main square which makes it an ideal location for both sightseeing and going out at night. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The only problem i have with this hotel is the bar is quite expensive when compared to nearby bars but this can be easily avoid as there are bars right outside the hotel […] door. Great hotel---great price. Location could not be better. There is very little worth seeing outside of the Stare Miasto and this hotel is right there.

This was our second time staying at the sofitel and we enjoyed it just as much as our first stay. It provided us with the perfect base for exploring Wroclaw, especially the Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return.

Superb hotel for location and room facilities. Tea and coffee included and the added bonus of a "Nespresso"coffee maker was an unexpected surprise. L'Occitane toiletries and an extremely comfortable bed added to the pleasure of the stay. I would suggest trying to get a rate including breakfast, although as good as any hotel I have stayed in, can be […] pricey if purchased on a "room only" basis. There is a large folder providing information about Wroclaw. It is a pity that near the bottom of the page, the town is described as attracting new "infestations" and "pretending" to be a cultural center. Something has clearly got lost in translation! Nice hotel, but not brilliant. The layout is unusual with the lobby and breakfast bar being part of a small open precinct with shops and banks. Spar area is fine as long as there are only a couple of people there at any one time as it not very large. We had an outside executive room which was spotlessly clean but not any different to a room anywhere […] else, no issue with noise. The location is however excellent if you are on holiday as all the sites are within an easy work with the main square being only 100 yards away. Staff at the front desk where very helpful and polite. This is a busness hotel situated in the center of the old town 5 minutes walk from the main plaza in wroclaw. The parking is a problem because it's very expensive. The day I left, it took me longer than 14 minutes to leave the parking lot, therefore i had to pay more. I wasn't informed about this by the satf

The hotel is brilliant, close to the main square and near some fantastic restaurants! The beds are amazing!
This was deffinatly not a 5 star hotel. There was no ice machines in any of the lobbys or soda machine. Never got refills on coffee etc in the room. The tv had only 2 english channels which was cnn and other news station and if u wanted to watch a movie the cost was 18 euro... wow expensive. If u wanted to use the sauna etc you would have to wait until […] 2pm when the spa opened. Really wasnt impressed with hotel at all and would not stay here again. I have stayed in alot of different hotels in Wroclaw and this is far the best hotel. I didnt eat in the hotel but the rooms are exelent and the hotel staff are very helpfull. It is not the best hotel for parking as this costs 100 Zloty per day (£24) which is expensive but it is very safe.

We arrived at 11am and check in wasn't till 2pm so we were told we could do so at an additional charge but opted not to but were still able to leave our luggage while we did a litle exploring. Went back to check in later and was very happy. Best hotel bed, pillows and duvet I've ever had! We were supposed to have had a king size bed but got 2 singles […] but this wasn't a big issue. The room was an adequate size with everything in it you could need for a weekend away. Our friend went to the sauna etc and said it was very good. We never had breakfast at the hotel as it was a bit on the pricey side and did have a problem finding somewhere else that did! Polish people don't seem to do breakfast!! Our room overlooked the centre/inside of the hotel and this was weird as we didn't know what the weather was like! There was a glass roof at the top but you didn't really get any idea what was happening outside.To summarise, brilliant location, comfy beds, good size room, taxis at the door 24/7. Przeczytaj więcej

Oppholdet var kjempe fint. Det var rengjort og fint bådet på rommet og på bade.Hotellet lå nær torvet og ellers alt det en gjerne vil se på når en er på tur.

Dette er et meget fint hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til gamlebyen/Rynek! Vi bodde i luxary room med gratis minibar og trådløst internett, nespresso kaffemaskin og Bose stereoanlegg. Perfekt for "par på kosetur! Billig og god roomservice døgnet rundt. Hadde dessverre ikke nok tid til å prøve alle hotellets fasiliteter som spa, treningsrom […] etc. Det eneste negative er at det er utrolig dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen, samt at høytaleren på badet ikke fungerte. Liker nemlig å ha musikk i hele rommet, men her var det altså noe som ikke fungerte. Men dette er bare bagateller. Vi kommer garantert til å bo på samme hotell neste gang vi skal til Wroclaw -for vi SKAL tilbake!! :) Przeczytaj więcej

Veldig bra opphold og våre venner som hadde naborommet var også veldig fornøyde. Spesiell god service fra de ansatte i resepsjonen som ga oss svært gode råd mht. restauranter og severdigheter. Sjelden å få so gode råd når det gjelder restauranter fra hotellansatte der vi ikke har så god erfaring fra andre hoteller. Fantastisk hotell. Gir en deilig følelse av luksus, til svært lav pris. Flotte rom, utrolig gode og store senger. Deilig med både vannkoker og dolce gusto maskin på rommet. Og ikke minst myke morgenkåper og tøfler på rommet. Godt utvalg av spabehandlinger til en ok pris. Fin liten spaavdeling med 2 badstuer og boblebad. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste. "Sofitel Wroclaw - lige midt i centrum"
Beliggenheden er perfekt. 2 min. gang fra den hovedpladsen i den gamle bydel, hvor der er masser af restauranter, barer og natklubber. Boede på de billigste af værelserne, og det var pænt, og havde alt hvad man havde behov for. God service af hotellets personale. Så alt i alt et meget godt hotel.
