Miła i sprawna obsługa. Czustosc O.K. Nie było problemu z dowozem i odbiorem z lotniska. Blisko bary i restauracje oraz sklepy.

Apartament świetny! Mamy porównanie, bo często jesteśmy w hotelach. W tej cenie spodziewalismy się marnego standardu, a tu proszę ...niespodzianka i to miła!! To jest dosłownie mieszkanie, fajnie urzadzone , wygodne i czysciutkie. Pościel i ręczniki codziennie wymieniane i do tego sprzatane, nawet myja naczynia i wyrzucaja śmieci. Jedno z lepszych miejsc w jakich byliśmy. Jeden mały minus, to brak podjazdu dla niepełnosprawnych i to tyle. Polecamy, super!

"Beautiful but pricey"
A great hotel but doesn't warrant the price. Stayed at The National down the street a few days earlier definetly not as nice but the same view, beach and great pool for MUCH less.

Over priced and not very contemporary, rooms were ordinary and not up to usual Ritz Carlton standard. Better priced and funkier Art Deco hotels available elsewhere.
Loved the location. Loved the service by the pool and beach.The rooms could have been cleaner and parts of the bathrooms could use a face lift.

"Excellent hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was wonderful. The bathroom was superb, room immaculate. The staff was super friendly. The beach service is great. We left a cell phone in a cab that dropped us off at the hotel and the staff bent over backwards to help us out, reviewing the security camera to find out which cab dropped us off and then calling […] the cab company on our behalf. One of the staff, named Juan, was incredibly helpful. My only complaint is the VERY slow wireless internet service in the room. "Great location; Ritz all the way"
Stayed just after Christmas 2011 - great hotel, food, very nice pool area. Very helpful staff - lots of kids this trip but that didn't take away from anything at all. 5 minutes to great shopping and many nice restaurants.

Great location, lovely hotel, wonderful beach, attentive staff. Great stay.
"Overpriced"
We felt that the hotel was overpriced for it's facilities. It is an old building which has been nicely refurbished but it is not 5 star quality and does not warrant the price charged. There are many nicer hotels on the same strip providing the same for less.
"Bachelorette's 2010!!"
Hotel is in great location. We came for a bachelorette party. Everything is close by (Walgreens, Liquor stote, CVS). Clubs are a short cab ride away. We walked most places during the day. Beach & pool area great. We got upgraded to a bed the first day after waiting for chairs by the pool for 30 mins. They served complimentary chocolate pretzels while […] we were in the pool. Breakfast was great it was included in our room charge. We also got the $100/night resort crdit which came in handy to use for lunch & misc. expenses (we didnt use it all, so lost it at check out). "One night to remember"
From when we arrived and 7 employees opened the doors, took care of the luggage. Champaign offered at check in, my name used and the staff extreemly professional and polite. The pool area magnificant, the room I had, excellent, the beach fantastic. At night, just walk out of the hotel to the most popular areas, dining locations and clubs. This is a […] magnificant hotel in the best of locations with an excellent staff pampering each guest as if they were royalty. This is a hotel to visit and enjoy. The embiance is excellent. "The Ritz Carlton-South Beach-perfect location"
My family and I enjoyed our 1 wk stay at the Ritz South Beach. It is conveniently located on the beach with access to near by restaurants, shops and pharmacys. Everything is within walking distance.

I arrived on a Friday for a weekend break. As my friend was not joining me until early the next morning, I had a meal at the poolside bistro with a good book. I ordered the summer three course special which was delicious and reasonably proced. The accompanying martini was fairly expensive- but it was good and it is South Beach after all. Service was […] impeccable. The deal I got on Hotels.com included breakfast and a room credit (although the room did not have a view). The buffet breakfast was fantastic (and even included champagne). We used the credits for facials in the spa. Overall the trip was very reasonably priced and I would advise you to hunt for a deal. The hotel had a very classic feel to it whilst also being quite contemporary. We will stay here again. It is also very conveniently located, Casa Tua (which is just around the corner) made for a fantastic Italian meal on the Saturday night, followed by Sky Bar and the Delano, which are all short cab rides away. "RItz Carlton, South Beach FL"
Overall experience was very good. Concierge was great. Pool and beach were wonderful. Only problem was a leaking shower which we brought to the attention of housekeeping staff. During our stay, leak was not addressed. We have stayed at several Ritz Carlton's over the years and were a bit dissappointed.

I wanted a really nice room so opted for the Lanai pool with breakfast buffet for two included (which was great! Breakfast there is not cheap) but some of this rooms are ground level and your "terrace" is full of strangers and people passing by and chatting by the pool. Ask to be put on a higher floor like I did. The hotel is great - very well located, at the heart of Miami beach, near shops, good restaurants, and on the beach! The room was great, everything was great. The breakfast is very good, very well located; people are very helpful and very competent - I would recommend this hotel! No negative thing to say about it

"On the Beach"
My daughter stayed there with her best friend and they had a great time. Beware of the valet parking fees (outrageous!) and the deposit required when you check in is high too - especially since they were only there for one night. Overall - a great hotel.

"Hotel Lapses"
Some hotel staff were very helpful, some seemed disconnected. Little things like the wrong newspaper in the morning, slow or no service from some waiters, room keys needing to be reset everyday start adding up. Not what you would expect at a Ritz.

Loved the R-C, recently went on honeymoon to Miami and was upgraded free to a Poolside room FOC. Everything about the hotel oozes class of the highest standard. Never had better service anywhere. "Very disapointed"
I made two reservations to take my family for a yearly vacation. I researched through the hotel and found the "OCEAN FRONT" rooms and then booked the same rooms with Hotel.com based on my secretary's recommendation. We arrived to the hotel around 11:00 PM and they gave one room with "OCEAN VIEW" and other facing broken buildings next door. We waited […] for three hours (Unpacked until 2:30 AM) before they gave us another "OCEAN VIEW" room and indicated that we might hove on move again to another room on Thursday because that room was booked from Thursday forward. The Hotel was fine I had no issues with it. They had an ATM machine that was malfunctioning but still charging people for its use. Not much money but I called to inform the hotel. Acho que o menu do cafe da manha deveria ser mais bem explicado ou no idioma do pátrio do hospede. Pagamos quase 80 Dolares para duas pessoas no cafe da manha por não termos entendido bem como fazer o pedido.

O quarto e banheiro do hotel são muito bons: espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos. O atendimento ao hóspede, porém, deixa muito a desejar. Não nos foi permitido um late check-out, nem por mais poucas horas, tendo em vista que o nosso vôo seria apenas às 22h. Eles alegaram que não haviam quartos disponíveis, porém se pagássemos a tarifa cheia de mais uma […] diária, não é que os quartos apareciam??? O hotel é muito impessoal, a recepção muito grande, sempre cheia de gente e barulhenta. Houve, inclusive, um casamento enquanto estávamos hospedados o que movimentou muito as áreas comuns e tirou a tranquilidade dos hóspedes. Das Ritz-Carlton Hotel ist ideal gelegen, da in wenigen Gehminuten das Art Deco-Viertel, die Einkaufsmeile Lincoln Road erreichbar sind. Hotelservice, Sauberkeit, Pool und Bedienung sind Tip-Top. Einzig die Preise für Frühstück und Liegen am Strand sind viel zu teuer.
