Wszystko w sumie OK, Dobre położenie jako miejsce wypadowe, dojazd samochodem dośc skomplikowany. Internet w tym hotelu to porażka,słaby sygnał, zrywane połaczenia, prędkośc modemowa. Obsługa OK, sniadania b. dobre jak na USA. Reasumując nie było źle ale są lepsze hotele w tej okolicy o podobnej cenie.

The hotel is an airport hotel. It is in an industrial area, no restaurants or so. The staff is friendly and helpful the shuttle service is very good (new Mercedes vans) and 24/7 every 30 minutes. The iron board in the room was broken, and in the bathroom was nothing to hang the towels. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers, so where to put your towels? The […] in room safe costs $2 a day and inconvenience that you have to go back to the desk and ask for a key and leave a deposit. There is a restaurant in the hotel, however, we did not dine there. Breakfast was very acceptable, nice to leave for the flight with a decent breakfast. The coffee maker in the room was exotic, and difficult to operate. If it hadn't taken me an hour to find this hotel, I would highly recommend it.

The one thing that was terrible was that the fan in the bathroom comes on with the light and it made a horrible clunking, rattle the whole time. We didn't complain about it so I don't know if it would have gotten resolved or not. Renovations made a big improvement.

The parking and location left a little to be desired, but the interior of the hotel and room was impressive.

we booked this hotel only because we had a very early flight to catch and it seemed convenient. We were thus very impressed to see the quality of the rooms: rather spacious, with fridge, tea/coffee, etc... Design was quite sleek as well, definitely better than we expected. Very large and spacious room, great breakfast. Internet access unstable. No restaurants or coffee nearby.

Great for a night before or after a flight.

Found the hotel to be a very comfortable for our weary bodies. Loved, loved, loved, no parkng fee. Parking lot was smaller and hotel is more in an industrial area. Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. Was more than continental. Front desk person was helpful. Not knowing the area, I recommend having a GPS to use. Would stay here again.

Even though the room was very cheap and fairly large we would not stay here again. Mainly because the area where the hotel is located is uber sketchy, the walls are very thin and the whole experience is a little dodgy. I don't know if we got an automatic upgrade, but we sure had a really nice room. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is convenient. Free continental breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel. Very pleased with our choice to stay here.

O.K. Hotel. Terrible shuttle service on arrival. Waited 1-1/2 hours and 4 phone calls to Hotel before shuttle showed up.

It's ok, but i found it a bit over priced. Nothing special, a goodp lace to crash for a night before the flight. Very convinient shuttle.

The hotel is very nice and modern. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfy. My only complaint is that the toilet in our room was having trouble filling up sometimes after it was flushed which would mean the next person would not be able to flush until it filled up. This sometimes took over an hour. I called the front desk and they said they […] would get someone to look at it that very night, but no one ever came. We checked out the next morning and the toilet was still broken. Since we were only there for one night it wasn't that hard to live with. Another thing is that the walls are paper thin. My friends and I were on Christmas vacation and decided that we wanted to go see NYC during our break. Most of the hotels in NYC were expensive and we had no where to park the car, luckily we found this hotel on hotels.com and booked it. If you are looking for a place with a fitness center, don't stay here. The equipment is falling apart. The stair climber machine wouldn't work at all and made loud noises when I tried. The treadmill works for slower paces, but not running (feels like its gonna break). And the bike seat is messed up so you can't sit properly. Didn't try the weights. […] Also, we couldn't find a remote for the TV. For most everything else, its a decent place, so no other big complaints. The decor is modern, updated, so the room looks real nice. Decent breakfast but don't expect a full spread w/in 15 minutes of closing time. The front desk staff gave my BF an annoyed look when he asked for a couple more towels and then she told him to go find the cleaning lady on the floor. To ask for towels? Really? In sum, the hotel looks nice and the room was clean and pretty comfortable. The staff is hit or miss. Some seemed nice, a couple were less than happy with their jobs. They were EXTREMELY slow with pick-up from the airport, we had to call twice. Once at the hotel, we had a pleasant experience. They had a bar, restaurant with a limited menu, but it was good and served timely. They had a good breakfast including hot cooked eggs and sausage, plus cereals, yogurt, etc.

They really need to get trained in that. The drivers are rude and yell at the customers. The girl that's in the front in the morning she gives attitude and rolls her eyes when they are talking to her like she doesn't give a dam! The only nice people that I saw there was the people that attend to your needs when giving having breakfast they always had […] a smile on there face and were nice.There were some guys at night in the front and they were really helpful and nice also. If you are looking for a clean hotel because you have a early flight out of Newark, it works. But the walls were paper thin and you could hear EVERYTHING from the room next to you. Do not plan on leaving the property, the surrounding area is not good. The service and personnel were very good.

Perfect hotel for a quick overnight stay. The rooms were clean and in great condition. The van picked us up from the airport in less than 10 minutes. The price was very reasonable for the services and quality provided.

Pros: - Located close to the Newark airport with free shuttle - Free shuttle to and from Newark Penn Station - Free continental breakfast and there were lot of options. - The room are spacious and very clean - On premise restaurant Cons: - Behind a warehouse / cargo with nothing else around it. - Not many options to eat around the hotel so you pretty […] much have to depend upon the hotel restaurant - The hotel restaurant food was average / before average. - The entrance to the hotel is weird. It like you are going to the back of a building but it's really the front. The curb appeal is not existent. We did a sleep and park option. Arrived after dark. Food on site was Ok - not bad but not great either. Airport delivery and pick up was prompt and efficient. Room was clean and stylish but no view at all. BUT view is not needed for a safe, clean, sleep and park hotel near airport. I will use them again.

This is my second visit to Best Western in a period of a year. I can say without reservation that in terms of comfort, cleanigness and covenience- within that category- the hotel stands out as superior. Therefore I would recommend it wholeheartedly!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Best Western. The hotel decor and room decor was very modern and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary buffet breakfast was also good. I would definetly stay again.

Love everything about this hotel except the location. It is not very easy to find. However, they do provide shuttles, just remember to call them. The price is also right in the zone, will stay here again.

GOOD JOB

This is an awful hotel. I had a great view of a dilapidated factory from my window. I stayed on the 3rd floor and my room stank! There was a constant smell in the room - like opening the lid of a greasy bbq a year after the last burger was flipped. Maybe my room used to be the kitchen becasue that's what the breakfast smelled like the next morning. The […] shuttle service was laughable. I had one night to kill while in Newark and I chose this hotel because I thought it was right beside the airport. It's a 10-15 minute bus ride away from the P4 station in Newark airport and when I originally arrived at the P4 station I was left waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for a shuttle bus that was suppose to arrive every half hour. The following day I left my bag in storage and took a trip into new york - when I got back to P4 I was left waiting again - this time for an hour. This was my first time staying at a Best Western Hotel. The hotel sits adjacent to a junk yard and at the very back of the road. The parking area, while free, was very small and difficult to maneuver. There was not even adequate space for the hotel's shuttle bus to enter and exit the parking area. There was so much construction going on that I was not […] sure where to enter the buiding. The staff was very friendly, but the overall building was a mess. The room had a stinch of mildew and on the cold evening of our stay, no matter how high we turned on the heat, it continued to blow out cold air. The set up of the room did not permit us to lay comfortably in bed to watch a movie. The screen was mounted on a wall facing the door, requiring us to sit in chairs to watch the television.
