Great place to stay. Placed in quite district but also very close to most important place to visit. Good equipment, clean. Elevator is very helpful if you have heavy luggage. In near neighbourhood car parking.

Za tą cenę naprawdę bardzo dobry hotel, blisko metra, czysto, cicho. Jedyna uwaga - śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone. Polecam

Convenient location, 10minutes walk to downtown. Checkin staff appeared to be new and inexperienced unable to recommend specific restaurants just advised us to go to the city centre where there are many restaurants! He also was not aware of bus or tram routes to Belem.
"Dom Carlos - perfect location"
Very nice hotel, right in the centre of the city near the the large roundabout at the bottom of Edward VII Park, convenient secure parking just round the corner, excellent wifi in our room, lovely breakfast included in the price, most helpful front desk staff. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Hotel Great Location and friendly staff"
The staff was very helpful except one lady. Hotel was clean and very simple. No frills. The shower is my biggest complaint because the glass door doesn't close all the way. It let's water get all over the floor. When we asked daily for more towels we were questioned on why we needed them! The beds are also really hard. Breakfast is pretty good. "Great location, good service"
The location is great, though some 15 min walk from town center, yet the metro just a min walk away, and that can bring you to everywhere. Hotel service is good -- reception staff speak good English and helpful. They even recognize me by addressing my Last name when i walked in the hotel!
"Three One-Night Stays in Two Weeks"
My two adult daughters and I used the hotel as home base as we took two bike trips--one through the Alentejo and one through the Algarve. The first two stays (3 of us in the same room) were just fine. The last stay was in a much inferior "triple" room that was totally inadequate for three adults.

I agree with the other reviewers about their comments about this hotel. The hotel is at an excellent location, just around the corner from a metro station near the center of town. The rooms were clean with medium size. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent with numerous choices. As for taxis in Lisbon, we didn’t have any […] problem with the prices of the Taxis within town or from and back to the airport. "Hotel Dom Carlos Lisboa - Excellent choice"
Everything was as expected, Breakfast was good, the rooms were at a good size (medium) and clean. The service was efficient and courteous, and the hotel is a spit from the metro. La qualité de service , l'amabilité du personnel et les petits déjeuners copieux ont rendu notre séjour trés agréable - la situation de l'hôtel au carrefour stratégique de la place Marques de Plombal facilite les déplacements en transport en commun vers tous les centres d'intérêts de la ville .
Otima localização com uma estação de metro bem perto há uns 100 metros do hotel ... quarto e banheiro sao pequenos mas bem bacanas .... Café da manha excelente ....
"Rigtig godt personale"
Hotellet i sig selv var ca. hvad jeg forventede til prisen. Værelset trak op og morgenmaden ned. Til gengæld var vi meget imponerede over personalet, som altid var søde og hjælpsomme og gjorde det til et rigtig godt ophold. Og så var det dejligt at det lå så tæt på en metrostation; det gjorde det meget nemmere at komme rundt i byen.

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no Dom Carlos Park. Acho excelente a relação custo-benefício, o pessoal da recepção sempre muito simpático e prontos a fornecer informação sobre a cidade. O café-da-manhã com aqueles doces típicos de Portugal sempre me deixa saudade. Otima relação custo X benefício. Café da manhã excelente, funcionários muito solicitos, principalmente o brasileiro Wellington. Só tem uma coisa ruim: a internet Wifi praticamente não funciona no quarto, mas funciona bem no lounge.

O Dom Carlos Park, ao contrário do que o nome possa sugerir, não tem estacionamento. A localização é boa mas a vizinhança não é muito bonita. O café da manhã é bom. Bom para ficar uns poucos dias em Lisboa.

Bon hôtel. La taille de la chambre est moyenne mais elle est confortable. Le petit dej est excellent. L'emplacement : 15min a pieds de la Baixa. Station de metro a 50m.

"Perfekt läge, nära tunnelbana och på promenadavstå"
Promenadavstånd till gamla stan, ca 10 min. 1 min till tunnelbanestation. Bra läge. Fina rum, bra frukostbuffé med färsk frukt, ägg och bacon, yoghurt etc. Bra service. Absolut inget att anmärka på.
