Piękny, świetnie utrzymany hotel, czyściutki i bardzo komfortowy. Znajduje się praktycznie w samym centrum, świetne połączenie komunikacyjne. W okolicy same markowe sklepy. Jeśli nie chce się korzystać z restauracji w hotelu, to trzeba odbyć spacer do nieco odległych sklepów czy restauracyjek. Ogólnie okolica bardzo przyjemna.

Spędziłem w tym hotelu trzy noce i byłem bardzo zadowolony. Oddalony od centrum, ale oferujący kilkakrotnie w ciągu dnia bezpłatny dojazd własnym busem do głównej ulicy miasta. Niedaleko dostęp do komunikacji publicznej. Położenie tuż przy jeziorze z przyjemnym widokiem na wodę. Czysty pokój (gorzej na korytarzach), dobrze wypozażona łazienka, klimatyzacja, uprzejma obsługa w recepcji, dostatecznie wyposażony pokój biznesowy (komputer, drukarka) ogólny bezpłatny dostęp WiFi do Internetu, basen, w pokojach ekspres do kawy i lodówka, co dzień nowa porcja kawy i herbaty do samodzielnego przyrządzania, telewizor (choć nie najlepszej jakości i z małą liczbą programów, ale to nie było dla mnie najważniejsze), na korytarzu maszyna do lodu i automaty z napojami. Jedno co mi nie odpowiadało to posiłki w restauracji hotelowej, zwłaszcza oferowane podczas śniadań (jajecznica, chyba z proszku, dziwne jakieś mazie, dziwne w smaku kiełbaski itp), ale to zapewne typowo amerykańskie potrawy, a wyczucie smaku to oczywiście rzecz indywidualnego gustu. W każdym razie były dość urozmaicone i zawsze uzupełnione o świeże owoce. Raz w tygodniu w rozsądnej cenie ( 20 dol.) kolacja typu - bufet, z zadziwiająco dużym wyborem dań (część nawet mi smakowała, a jestem przyzwyczajony do dobrej kuchni - zwłaszcza ryby, których oferowano kilka rodzajów w różnej postaci) towarzyszyła temu muzyka na żywo i sprawna obsługa kelnerska. W sumie OK.

Very nice hotel, located just in the midlle of downtown close to the trump Tower. Elegant and cosy at the same time. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi internet and breakfests. I strongly recommend after one week stay during business travel.

"Good hotel - Appalling front desk service"
My stay was uneventful but the front desk stafff are downright rude. For a Marriot hotel, that was a shocker. First up, they refused to accapt my request for a higher floor, then she assigns me a room which was already assigned to some other guest. We stayed at the Springhill Suites in Chicago for the motorcycle and auto show and it is only 5 minutes away from the Rosemont Convention Center and about 20 min away from McCormick Place. The only complaint we really have is the door to the bathroom is right next to the toilet so you have to stradle the toilet or step into the tub to get the door closed. I love this hotel. Very accessible from O'Hare, train or interstate. These are suites and so you have everything you need right there. "nice hotel but..."
it was our first time in Chicago. we were there to see baseball at Wrigley Field, so this hotel was to far away. if your there to do alot of things in the city, go with someplace closer. The EL train was only a couple of blocks away, so that was nice, but personnaly we like to be closer to the ballparks we visit.

"So convenient!"
We prefer this hotel because it's so easy to get to from the Kennedy - and free parking! So even if the room is comparably priced with the airport hotels, the free parking can easily save you $20 or much more.

We were very happy with our stay at springhill suites. Donta at the front desk was very accommodating. He called and got us a taxi to drive to Waukegan (we attended a wedding), held our luggage for us, and got our rooms cleaned so we got an early checkin. I have nothing but good things to say about this Springhill Suites.

This hotel is a bore. Nothing wrong with the rooms but a Motel 6 type motel is just as good and at least half the price. Good for one night if nothing else is available.

It was an ok location, getting through traffic was intersting, took 1hr to get to the 15 mins away hotel. The rooms were cofterable but, as far as cleanliness, my floor had a red spot, what appeared as Blood. Rooms should of been Spot Checked before offering it to other customers. This is the second time we stayed here when visiting Chicago. The cost is very reasonable and the rooms are cozy with a sofa and kitchenette with a refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Marroit. The complimentary shuttle took us to both the airport and the closet subway station. it runs every 30 minutes and they even made a special trip just to pick us up. This was a respectable hotel with good amenities. They set up a fairly decent continental breakfast with quite a few choices, although they could have provided a bit more fruit selection. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The room was really nice. Breakfast wasn't really all that amazing but it's free so that's kind of expected. It was a really nice stay and close to the highway and airports so you can get anywhere in about a half hour.
