"Nice hotel and great location"
Very nice hotel, in a great location and the staff was very friendly! The room was very nice, but the bed was a little hard. They were also very pet friendly. We would stay there again.

I found the Jameson Inn to be the perfect place to stay while in Jackson Tn. I spent 5 days there visiting family. My room was clean and had everything I needed to be comfortable. It was located close to several restaurants and stores. It is in a safe area. I found the clerks to be polite and helpful. I just did not have any problems during my stay. "Very Dirty Hotel"
The room walls had black stains from dirt. There was splatter of some sort in the bathroom (very gross). There was also splattering on the wall next to the refrigerator. It seemed as though the room had not been cleaned in sometime, possibly several weeks.The window had a view of a billboard and the window frame looked as if some work was done on it […] but never finished. The check-in staff was not friendly at all. I didn't bother with the comp breakfast. I figured, if the rooms where that nasty,then the pots and pans used for food preparation were no better. The hotel staff was unfriendly. Almost mad b/c I use a Travel Agency website vs calling them directly. Carpet was sticky...refrig made a ticking noise all the time...the air was on then off then on then off....unclean wash cloth left on top of the shower (it wasn't mine)....paint peeling off the wall all around the shower....chair at the desk was very […] wobbly. "Lucy Loves This Hotel!"
The Jameson Inn in Jackson, Tenn., is perfect for the traveler with a dog. Our dog, Lucy, loves this place because there is a large field behind the inn where she can run and fetch her tennis ball. Very nice as all my Jameson stops have been. One problem - internet access was very spotty and I was in one of the closest rooms to the front desk. Haven't had that problem at any previous Jamesons so don't know if it was a glitch or a problem that location needs to check.

I wasn't happy to see a group of HS Choir members getting off the bus to stay where we were staying but couldn't believe how quiet our room was. I know they were up and about late and early the next morning because I could hear them outside the door when I was close to the door, but otherwise, I couldn't hear anything from outside. "I have stayed in better for much less money."
My room was not available, so I got a free upgrade, so that was good. However, the room was old, furniture tattered, the bed squeaked and groaned with every move. The hallways smelled like smoke, and the room smelled like industrial clenser. I waited at the desk for 20 minutes to check in because there was only one person working and she was on the […] phone with a customer who would not hang up. I will never ever EVER stay there again. The chair in the room was broken the night stand appeared to be broken also but glued together. The walls were dirty and spotted and the bed was hard difficult sleeping on.

"Wow! What A Nice Surprise"
Extreamely helpful staff. rooms was fairly large very clean, everything worked and was on the ground floor. Pool was great and parking was right there. I couldn't be more pleased
