We enjoyed the friendly helpful people that made our preflight stay over convenient. We left our car here for our weekend trip. Upon returning late from a flight we decided to stay another night. The shuttle service was great and the free breakfast was varied and delicious. This place is geared to helping travelers along their way.

Have stayed here twice...vice nice, very reasonable...breakfast is very good, lots of choices. Just one comment...workout room is very warm, maybe a pedistal fan would help. Also the workout room's TV didn't work very well, picture was awful! But staff very helpful, location is fairly easy to find. Lots of restuarants along the street.

This is my first time to stay in Country Inn, the room is smelly, and fortunately we stay for one night only. Overall I feel the room was not clean and the building need some remodeling.

country Inn is usually a quality hotel but, Sorry my room had bed bugs

One of the few hotels I would recommend. Very helpful in all of our requests, no matter how unique. Quiet, comfortable, and close to restaurants and stores. Couldn't ask for more for the price!

Nice clean Hotel. Breakfast and Pool good. Friendly Staff. Good when you want to go to the airport. Shuttle Service incl. Restaurants or Grocery Stores not around. (Just one or two Restaurants) A little far from Chicago. You have to pay some "toll" when you drive to Chicago. Our bad experience was that the TV didn't work!!!

Staff couldn't of been nicer or more helpful! Our room was clean and the bed was great. We even got a chance to use the pool since they have late pool hours we really appreciated that after flying over 30 hrs. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at this hotel for an interview I had nearby and I was pleasantly surprised. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. My room was super clean, comfortable and neat. I didn't want to leave lol. There's a swimming pool inside the hotel room but there wasn't a lifeguard. Breakfast is awesome! There's oatmeal, bagels, eggs, ham, etc..best […] breakfast I have had at a hotel. If you want to grab a bite there are plenty of places to eat, so much that it was hard choosing where to eat lol. Good tourist tip, its close to Lou Malnati's which is a famous pizza place (their food is awesome) and its also about an hour away (with traffic) from Downtown Chicago. Exceptional family friendly service at a convenient near airport location. Excellent room, quality breakfast, and warm cookies in the lobby at a super price. Will stay here again!!

Room was large and comfortable. Close to restaurants. Nice pool. Great hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, and hash browns. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel. Reasonably priced. We used their shuttle service to get to our event. That was really helpful; no need to mess with traffic or parking! Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast was very good.

My family and I stayed here the night before we were to fly out of O'Hare. We booked 2 rooms and it was our understanding from our phone reservations with this website that we were paying the extra price to leave our vehicles parked there while we were gone (a total of 5 days). When we arrived, they told us that parking was a separate $35 per vehicle […] charge. We were very sure when we booked that parking was included. We had a very difficult time with the customer service people from this site in getting this verified. Luckily, the front desk people were able to let us leave our vehicles there with no extra charge after about an hour on the phone with customer service. It was a major pain to deal with that at 11:00 when we got there, but the hotel was very nice - had very friendly people and the shuttle was convenient. They had cold breakfast items available since we were leaving at 5 am and the hot breakfast didn't start until 6. Friendly/helpful staff. Clean room. Room service wasn't good and was pricey however it was outsourced and shouldn't reflect poorly on the hotel staff or quality of the room. The pool and hot tub were nice. We will go back.

Excellent. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Was not expecting very much but was surprised by how nice the rooms were. I give it a five for what is was, an overnight business stay.

After reading some other comments, I was hestitant to book here, but it was close to my daughter & grandchildren. My fears were unfounded...this was a lovely place to stay. Clean, nice staff, nice pool/hot tub, breakfast was greater than most places I have stayed at. Lovely entryway & breakfast room. Only downside, was the exercise room had no thermostat […] & small...it got very warm in there after only being on the treadmill for a few minutes. Close to lots of restaurants & grocery store. We had a great stay at the hotel. Our stay included parking and free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle picked us up within 20 minutes of our phone call to them. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful. There is a little neighborhood bar and grill near the hotel that was very reasonable, the food GREAT and the beer COLD (next to a small ethnic grocery store)

Do not expect a fancy hotel. It is just fine for an overnight stay if you are picking or dropping someone from the Ohare airport.

This was a nice enough hotel. Fridge and microwave in the room, coffee maker, and other amenities that you expect at a Country Inn and Suites. Slight negative in that it was a little further out for an O'Hare airport. Also slight negative that there wasn't much to choose from nearby, and that the room I was given (I think 212) was _right_ above the […] kitchen, so I had the privilege of having Christmas music going all night right below me. This is an ok hotel, though on the low side for Country Inn and Suites.

Great quality for money. Very clean hotel. The shuttle from and to O' Hare was on time and courteous. I would not mind spending a few extra dollars to improve the breakfast offerings. We stayed in this hotel twice to drop off or pick up relatives to/from O'Hare and the place was really nice and cozy. It is a small but very nice and clean hotel. They also offer a good breakfast (included). Will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel, well kept and at a very reasonable price. There is a shuttle to O'hare airport, Good full breakfast, and nice big rooms. I recommend this one

Bed linens were not changed I had a remote under covers and dirt on the sheets Not good. Staff was very nice to work with.

I personally appreciate the smaller quiet hotel for travel and this particular hotel chain always seems to provide that ambience that I enjoy. This was our second stay at this hotel. We have a son and his family who live about 20 minutes away in Park Ridge. This hotel is very convient for our needs. Although we did not use the pool, lots of families were enjoying it over the weekend. The breakfast had both hot (waffles, biscuit & gravy, sausage) and continental items. Our room, which was […] the handi-cap room on the 1st floor worked really well for me. I am recovering from knee surgery and the bathroom allowed me to take a shower w/o hassle. The young woman on front desk duty on a busy Saturday took time to help me w/a defective vending machine. She was pleasant & helpful. I would recommend this family friendly hotel to anyone. This hotel is disappointing. It is old and worn, and needs updating badly. It is deserving of 2 stars, and nothing more. The breakfast was the bright stop in my stay. The room and hallways have an overwhelming scent of carpet cleaner (the truth is the carpets need to be replaced, as the cleaner scent isn't doing the trick). The room was very modest, and given the price and location was priced fairly. We reserved a non-smoking room, and wouldn't you know it... As soon as we entered it smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I was extremely disapointed.

I visit Chicago quite frequently. Thusfore, this is the best hotel stay in 2011. Check In time was painless! No hidden fees! The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. Last but not least the breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I revisit Chicago.
