I liked the hotel overall. However, they advertise a complimentary shuttle. When I asked if someone could take me to a restaurant they said it was close and I could walk. The hotel and rooms were up to Hilton standards, very nice and clean. Customer service was excellent. The free breakfast was very good, and Joe the attendant very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little small, smaller than they appeared on line. Our king bed suite with a sleeper coach was perfect for my wife and I and our 4 small boys. My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday, it was the best time ever! The room was so comfy it felt like my own home the kitchen was supplied with pans and forks even glass plates! I felt pampered I loved it! the pool was temperature controlled it was amazing! The service was amazing ! Totally recommend it!! =)

The hotel was close to everything, very clean and the staff was very friendly. Food was excellent. We had a great time and we will stay there again. Our room was beautiful and very big with tons of room for our four children.

"Wasn't quite what was expected"
We rented a 1 Bedroom King Non-Smoking Suite. The room was very small. The bedroom was so small that with the king-size bed there was barely room to walk around to get into the bed. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The LCD television did not have HD channels. When we arrived the bath tub had not been cleaned from the last guest and still had the old […] used bar of soap in the dish. The drain of the tub was clogged so when taking a shower we stood in standing water. When the cleaning staff cleaned our room they left the cleaning materials on the bathroom counter. This hotel was clean and up-to-date. There was plenty of room, a nice business center, basketball court, family area with benches and BBQ grill. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which had a small kitchen area with full sized fridge. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes, pans, cooking materials, etc. The staff was extremely nice & very helpful. Nice […] pool and surrounding area but the hot tub was weak (the jets barely worked). This hotel offers a free dinner & cocktail service in the evening (M-TH) and a free hot breakfast in the am (all week). The biggest problem was the breakfast buffet on the weekends. The dining area only has 10 tables - there was no place to sit. In addition the food ran out quickly and it was a very long time to wait for more food to be brought out. Overall it was a nice place to stay. There is a large mall and several stores/places to eat in an extremely short distance. South Padre Island was a short and pleasant 20-25 minute drive. Hotel was clean, nice pool. I stayed there instead of south padre and the drive was really easy and there are many restaurants in the area.

El hotel está muy bien, sólo que las luces en mi recámara no funcionaban. Rentamos dos suites de dos recámaras y ese fué el único detalle, creo que por el precio que cobran dichas suites deberían de poner más cuidado a ese tipo de detalles.
