Excellent location, few steps from the slopes… fantastic amenities, great restaurant and amazing hot tub area. Unfortunately, some hotel staff (lobby-restaurant) REALLY needs to work towards attention improvement, more client-oriented. Had a great time.

Free airport shuttle very convenient. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming as is everyone in this small village. There are several frequent free shuttle buses that take you around the village which is especially good when you are carrying heavy ski gear and it's snowing outside. I've stayed at the Stonebridge a couple previous times. It's always neat, clean and offers good food. Great value in a wonderful area!

The building is really cheaply constructed, mountain-condo style. The rooms are basic. However, the staff is well-trained and attentive, not "fake" friendly. We stayed a few nights at this hotel and it was beautiful, the pool and hot tub area are amazing however we did eat at the pricey restaurant and were not impressed. For the money our family of 3 could have had 2 meals for the price of 1. Other then that it was a great experience!

Our stay at the Stonebridge Inn was most enjoyable. We stayed in a "Ridgeview " room. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had a refrigerator. There were no ice machines, so the frig was a benefit! The staff was most helpful and able to answer any questions we had. Great hotel - stayed in Fall so not much going on in Snowmass, which means getting in the car to go to Aspen - not a big deal, 20 min drive. Hotel staff were terrific - very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is really good! Kids loved the pool. Had a great time and will stay there again (if we can't find anything in Aspen). The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. The room, although outdated ,was clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the Artisan Restaurant and the food was great but the service was poor.

The setting of this hotel is very beautiful. It was very easy to drive to and from Aspen. The hotel itself is clean but the rooms are past due in their need of a renovation (New carpet, paint, and furnishings.) If you are like me and just want a value priced, safe, and clean place to sleep at night, then this is your hotel!

I stayed during the summer months and there is no air conditioning so you have to leave your ceiling fan running and the windows open 24/7. They put us in a room on the 5th floor right above the entrance, so needless to say sleeping was a bit difficult with all the traffic coming and going until wee hours of the morning. This hotel is an excellent choice if you are in Snowmass Village. It is right next to a cute little shopping center with great restaurants and boutiques. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a lovely view of the mountains.

We stayed for 5 days in the summer. The rooms were very nice- I commend them that the furniture is made right there in Colorado. The only complaint was that the breakfast buffet was very pricey but very bad- the only quality item was the fruit- not worth the$16.00 that we could have spent in a quaint place in Aspen. I would stay again.

It's easy to catch a shuttle to Aspen - the Village is within walking distance, the hotel has exercise facility, pool, hot tub, dining. I only wish we knew about the great "Happy Hour" when we checked in. If we were told upon registering -- we definitely would have attended. Great Value!

Lovely hotel and an incredible bargin for the Aspen area. Room was very well appointed and beds were first class. Highly recommended!

Had a great overnight stay. Convenient parking lot across the Inn. Posted speed limit is not followed by cars coming down the hill, so it was a little dicey crossing the road to the parking lot. The hotel was a great hotel rate for this area! The room was very small but the staff and the amentities were good. I would recommend this to other people going to this area. Very close to Aspen Colorado as well

Okay, first the good because there is very little that was good about this hotel. The bellhop and the front desk lady were very nice and polite when we arrived, although I think the front desk person was either new or very confused as she double billed the people standing in line in front of us and then could not figure out how to refund them their […] extra charges. They were nice though, so I give them that. The bad... where do I begin. This hotel is not even close to a 3 star hotel and although it was mostly clean, the room was a joke and so was the fact that they want to charge you for EVERYTHING! I had prepaid for this room and still had to give them my credit card, where they promptly charged me $30 for NOTHING. I was told this was for room charges in case I incurred any and that if I did not it would later be refunded to my account, which takes 7-10 days. Are you kidding me? They want to charge for the bottled water, the shampoo and stuff in the room and even a stuffed teddy bear they put on the bed... READ THE LABEL CAREFULLY! The front side says "Take me home to remember your stay!" Sounds free right? Then the back of the tag states "For $25.00 you can take this bear home." I requested a suite, which I was informed had a separate, private bedroom with a king size bed and then there was a separate sitting room with a tv and large sofa that had a queen size pull out bed that could be used for the other 2 people in my family. The room was basically 1 medium sized room with a pull through partition wall (like the kind you see at banquet halls and conference rooms) that then if used created a "separate/private master bedroom." It was a total joke and did not even fully pull all the way over to the other side of the room, so we essentially all had to share the same bedroom. The bathroom was also a total joke as it was 1 long bathroom, with half being on the king bed side (a bathtub and toilet) and the other being on the sofa side (sink and dorm fridge). The amenities and staff are all just as nice as they say. No surprises there. HOWEVER, the "free continental breakfast" is NOT FREE. It was $15/person. If I'd known that, I might have chosen someplace else to stay. False advertising.

Visited during summer month... No AC was an issue... Fan was running at very low speed... Made our stay very uncomfortable. There is a charge for every small thing like water etc. Get your own water bottles.

There is nothing bad to say about the service at this facility. It was super. I don't think I have ever stayed at a place that provide the level of customer service that I received. I thought my five day stay at Stonebridge Hotel was great. The room was clean and not too dated. The beds were incredibly comfortable! I called the front desk to find out the brand of the beds ... I'm interested in buying one! The only negative would have to be that the front desk was not too knowledgeable. They had no idea about the beds brand. Also […] because it drizzled, I asked to borrow the hotel's umbrella and was told they don't have any as it hardly rains in Snowmass (doubtful!). A minor inconvenience. We hate staying in hotels for the reason that they are not cleaned properly. This was the cleanest I have ever seen. Immaculate!!!! Recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Out stay in Snowmass started out a little messy when we did not get a room with a King sized bed. The desk clerk was able to resolve our problem quickly and we ended up with what we wanted. We ate in the restaurant before going to the Lyle Lovett concert in Aspen. The food was ok and delivered quickly. Stayed at the SB Inn for the Aspen F&W Classic this past weekend. It was perfect to shuttle to and from the event (about a 30 minute bus ride). The bed was absolutely heaven. My only complaint was that I could hear the upstairs guests and their.. nightly activities, a little too clearly. Maybe stay on the top floor.

We have stayed in this hotel for only one night and everything was so perfect.It was a last minute reservation and we found a extremely great deal on this one and i m so glad that we stayed here. The person who checked us in was amazingly friendly and soft spoken. I will highly recommend this to any & everybody..Cheers!!

Great location for skiing at Snowmass, I would highly recommended staying here for a ski vacation. Having the breakfast included was topnotch, made to order omelets and fresh made waffles were awesome. Happy hour with $2.50 draft beers can't be beat.

Service at the hotel was extremely pleasant, and the hotel staff were more than glad to provide for any of our needs. We wanted to use our laptop to watch a movie on the TV screen but didn't have the necessary cable. We asked front desk for it and they went to a considerable length to accommodate our request. The Inn was wonderfully comfortable, beautifully appointed, clean and luxurious, with VERY comfortable beds and bedding. Wonderul views, quiet, great service. A little hard to find, as it is up a canyon, in a ski area, with winding roads. Well worth it, however.

Without a GPS in the Car it is hard to find but that is what is nice about it. Off the busy roads, quiet, beautiful, clean, well maintained and friendly staff. --- Plus you can go to Maroon Bells and be there before 8am when they start charging for U.S. Forest Service Access. I thought I paid my fees on April 15th but that is no longer the case.

Great location, however, the hotel interiors could use a major updating. They have Comcast cable, but they still have tube TV's, would like to see flat screens. The bed was very soft (I prefer a firm mattress). The hotel was very close to the Mall, the only place to shop and eat besides the hotel. The hotel food was very good.
