County Inn is close to 101 freeway, but if you don't have car, the closest bus stop is 0.5 mile away. My room was spacious and comfy, had all the necessary equipment and parking space right behind the door. Since it's close to the freeway you can actually hear traffic while you're inside but it's not like if you're on airport runway ;-) Between Inn buildings there's a swimming pool and garden with blooming trees, so window view is rather pleasant. If I'm in Mountain View again it's likely that I'll choose County Inn again.

Miły motel - wszystkie pokoje mają wejście od zewnątrz, piętrowy, trzeba bagaże dźwigać po schodach. Pokoje duże, czyste, klimatyzacja i możliwość otwarcia okna. Jedyny hotel w którym prysznic nie był przytwierdzony do ściany. Spokojna okolica, hotel bezpośrednio przy ulicy,ale cichy. OK na jedną dwie noce.
Za dodatkową osobę może być wymagana dopłata, której wysokość zależy od obiektu.

"Sleepless night"
I was disappointed during my stay. I had a sleepless night. The water pipes were loud, there was banging in the hallway walls in the middle of the night. And early morning i got women up to workers painting and banging right near my window. I didn't enjoy my night at all.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again! Urine stains on toilet (not only in my room, but in 2 other rooms I was shown)! Dirty sheets with stains and crumbs! Dirt, old boxes, and trash under the beds! I had to clean my room just to have a place to rest, but rest didn't last long as AIR CONDITIONER started pouring out HEAT waking me in time to get […] out of there! "Just say no!"
We've stayed at the Extended Stay hotels before and it was pretty nice. Love having like a mini studio apt when we are on the go. This place on the other hand SUCKS. We are actually still here going to check out shortly... We did get here pretty late and when we came in had to wait for prob over 10 min for someone to help us at the front desk. Then […] was welcomed by some ahhh.. interesting gentleman at the counter. It was like a door slamming marathon on our floor day and night. I requested a room with a walk in shower (accessible i believe it's called) -reg tub no large towels - just the slightly larger hand towels, and wash clothes The silverware was sticky the biggest fail for us is *gulp* no coffee!!! Now that is nothing short of shameful. the bed is ok, tv is actually cool, a bit more modern if you have gadgets to hook to it but that's where it ends. keeeeeep looking this place isn't worth the price. "Extended Stay, not what we expected."
This hotel is under construction, and the room you book may not be the room you get, we booked a King Size room, and paid for it. When we checked in, they only had queen rooms available. "No continental breakfast, dirty carpets"
This hotel is alright for business, but there was no continental breakfast, and the carpets in the lobby and halls were dirty.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is located in a great area close to shopping, the freeway etc. When I entered my room, I turned to the left immediately noticed the nasty firm of dirt/dust on top of the fridge. On closer inspection I noted the dirty countertop and sink area. I opened the fridge and saw that the fridge was quite unstable, with […] a two inch "totter" that I am sure could have been easily fixed. Being a coffee drinker I noticed the coffee maker, yet with dismay saw there was only one packet of sugar and one of creamer, and 10 packs of sweet & low. The spread had small holes in it. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty. The bed was hard. The sheets were white but the pillow cases were yellow and very old. I was afraid to lay under the blankets. Hotel is dated with old fixtures, 18 inch TV with limited channel selections.
"You Get What Uou Pay For"
If it looks like too good a deal, it probably is. The room was awful. The television remote and volume did not work. The windows were wide open, hoping to hide the smell of the room. The reclining chair was filthy, with hairs from previous guests and a cigarette burn in the cushion. The mattress felt like a box, and the bottom sheet did not even fit […] the mattress. No glasses provided, so take a cup if you take medication. If you need help, forget it. Tried the desk at 6 AM, 7:30 AM, and 9 AM: no one there at any of those times. Cuts down on complaints. Wasn't the best experience and needs way etter maintence. Waited 10 minutes for an attendant to show up and check me in, who didn't apologize for the delay or explain how to use the key. (Another guest walked by and showed me.) Had to just put one item in the freezer .. which was locked and wasnt informed me of this. That went stale and had to be thrown […] away. Overall, the customer service needs a lot of work into explaining the simple things as hotels would do as a routine.. if there's a delay (or don't know how long the guest has been waiting); apologize and have decent customer service. The Hotel was hard to find. The clerk at the front desk at check in was knowledgeable about the area & was able to direct me to where to go to eat & shop. There were no wash rags in the room, had to go down stairs & get them. The refrigerator was not plugged in so could not use.
"A great value in a nice area!"
Only complaint was that there were no hangers in the open closet and you had to request a hair dryer from the front desk.

"Needs improvement"
Checked into room, no room hangers in closet. Then the toilet would not work after a BM. The bed was very hard and only one pillow on bed, and not a good pillow. Rug was dirty, and lounge chair was dirty too. We left after one night.
