The hotel was comfortable, the room was clean! However, the staff was rude (on the phone personal call when we came to check in) and not very helpful with most things. The room had a LOUD buzzing noise and seemed to be vibrating, the entire time we were there. If we hadn't been dead tired, I don't know if we would have even been able to sleep. The TV […] only worked on one channel, there was no phone book in the room, and no remote for the television. The address that is given will not get you to the hotel directly. I went at night and finally had to call and get a different address for my gps. The people are nice but I wouldn't recommend this place. Just too much of a hassle to find.

This location is very good if you have a plan to visit Philly. But, when you go Philly, you have to use the toll. This way is to save your time. Arround 20minute, you can arrive the penn-station in Philly. And, the room cleanliness is not bad. Maybe so-so. Bottom line, I'll recommend this hotel to you~

We booked two nights in november 2011. The place was in the middle of nowhere. Twenty minutes driving from Philadelphia, and you have to paid a toll to go to the city. So if you think it has a good price, forget it, because you have to add the gas and the turnpike. Plus the place was awful. When we arrived a lot of people opened his room doors to see […] what was happening. The room has a horrible smell (mix the smoke and the wet smell) and it was a non smoking room. They dont clean the rooms. We found dead insects in the kitchen cabinets, and their poops were in the dishes. The bathroom and the kitchen floors were dirty. Hotel sign is not big at all and sits low. Missed it from the hwy. Room was very small but clean and neat. Bed was very hard. Did not sleep well. Not a lot of cable channels, mostly sports networks. Staff was freindly.

I was skeptical about using a third party website to book my hotel, but I couldn't pass up the rate for the area and close proximity to the airport. My flight was late at night anyway and then delayed even later, so I was very ready for my 4 yr old and I to be quickly settled. The hotel was ridiculously hard to find, even my GPS couldn't navigate me […] with ease which made us even later getting to the hotel. The clerk was nice enough when I checked in and I asked to make sure that we were in a non-smoking room as I had reserved online. Once in the room I realized it was NOT a non-smoking room but my daughter practically passed out once on the bed. I called the front desk three times but no answer. The bathroom was filthy and had hair all over the shower, the bed was hard and the sheets smelled like smoke and there was a 1/4" gap at the bottom of the door so we had a breeze all night with the temperature outside at 38 degrees. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't pay anymore than I did because this place was awful! This hotel was a dump. The room was filthy. The space heater, was not only unplugged, but did not work. The bathroom was filthy as hair and dirt was all over the place. Nothing was done when these issues were brought to the attention of hotel management. Furthermore, the location of this hotel is deceiving. Although listed as being on Route 73 Westbound, […] one actually has to exit Route 73 and take the very first U-turn off of Route 38, then backtrack to the Route 38/73 split. Young lady on day shift bright, kind and very intelligent with a positive attitue about life.

Room was disgusting. Smushed fly on ceiling. Rug had stains on floor that look like it was not clean in days. You here other guest yelling and screaming outside. Refrigerator was not cleaned out. It has dried red and brown who knows what on the bottom of the refridgerator. Sheets were dingy. Ugh

was very disappointed room was very small refridg didnt work and it took me a hour to find the place said its on 73 really not its behind building cant see it . wouldnt go back again !!

i found all of the following in my room..... dried urine pubic hair human hair blood bugs filth all around the bed frame burnt bedspread broken locks on the door odor strange people litter the most disgusting of all the disgusting hotels i have ever stayed in and that includes south east asia.

It is not easily accessible. The address is misleading. I used my GPS and still had to circle around three times (on the highway) to get to the place. When I finally got in the parking lot, it looked like an apartment complex. People were hanging out on the balconies, walking their dogs, fixing cars in the parking lot, AND the local police showed up […] (3 cars). They were actively searching for someone pretty much door to door. After all that I deceived to stay anyway (it was just for one night). When I tried to check in, the first room I was assigned still had residents in the room. Then I was assigned a room half the size of my reservation. After a short exchange between me and the desk person, they called to an affiliate hotel (which was 5 minutes away) who gladly honored my reservation. Bottom line, it was an eventful experience that I would not recommend to anyone just passing through Maple Shade, NJ. Convieniant location not far from Philly. Good price on room. Great for long term stay. Very clean and well kept.

This is a long stay hotel which means you are the intruder to the long stay guests. My room was located next to the laundry room and kids were skateboarding all hours night. (Keep in mind, my stay was from Tuesday into Wednesday - not a school night?!?) Called to complain and front desk was sympathetic, but did not do anything about it. Hotel is imposible to get to. Room was filthy and when i walked in piece of weed and blunt paper sitting on dresser. That didnt bother me really except for the fact that it proved the uncleanliness of the room. Also found hairs in shower.

The front desk staff was very rude, no breakfast, no free internet, the room had a very small bed, no disposable glasses. Nothing was what we expected. Very bad hotel stay, Never go there.

the fire alarm went off about 8 times on a saturday night. and then a crazy woman from the floor below said i was stomping on the floor above her. i can't stomp on the floor from the bed. what a joint it turned out to be !!!!

I stayed here because the price was cheap and the location was where I needed to be for the evening. HUGE mistake. This place was just awful. The location is difficult to find and there is another place nearby with a similar name. I ordered a non-smoking room but the room had a heavy smoke odor. The bed sheets & covers were not clean. The screen on […] the front window was falling out so when I tried to open the window to air the room out, there was no screen. There were loud kids roaming around the outside of the rooms all night. It was like staying in an ashtray. Trying to get help from the staff at the front desk did not work because they were constantly on the phone. my stay at this hotel was very pleasant. i definatly plan to stay here again in the future !

When I had checked in, the room that i was suppose to stay in was not even clean. The next room was at standard. Walked into the bathroom there was no shower curtain. Asked the front desk the next morning for a showere curtain and was told that they do not supply them at all. Then I had asked about maid service. Was told that you have to stay for seven […] days or longer in order to receive it. My orerall experience was not what i thought it would be. Originally planned to use as a stop gap measure for one night and decide latter if wanted to extend stay. Eventhough the room was somewhat small it was clean and the shower had awesome pressure, the sheets and the check in staff very accomadating. The front desk people were excellent. The hotel is setback a bit and hard to find, especially at night. I called and the woman at the front was super helpful and gave me great specific directions. Even after several callbacks she was pleasant. Mind you, this was at 4 AM. Very friendly. Room was clean and had an oven, fridge, and little kitchen section […] too! If you are anything like me, you won't listen to anyone if they just say don't stay here especially if the price is right so let me explain my experience and then you judge. Ok when we arrived the lady at the front counter was in the phone and on the computer playing some kind of game. She took about 30 seconds to even turn around. With the phone to […] her ear still she stared at me for about 10 seconds until i said something. Once I told her I was checking in she hung up the phone and had a slight attitude. She gave us the key and said your room is... When we asked her where was it located she told us with an attitude like we were suppose to know. Once we got to the room we realized it was a king bed and not two doubles.... We drove back up to the front since it was too far to walk. She gave us another key to a room three doors down. When we walked in we saw a few small roaches on the wall and the AC didn't work. We tried to call but the phone had no dial tone. We drove back up there and she had to cut on a switch for the AC. We asked her about the phone and it is a $10 deposit. We asked her what if we needed to call the front desk and she said just press 0. The next morning we realized that there were only two rags and we needed a iron we tried to call 0 but still no dial tone and no ring. We drove up there and the iron is a $10 deposit with no ironing board. She didn't have rags or towels and said to look for one of the ladies on the cart and ask her for some. As we were driving back to the room we saw one and she did not speak english clearly... She kept asking what room and what you need and we kept repeating. My wife didn't know about the $10 deposit and I had her go return the iron. They didn't give it back to her... I had to drive up there and get it. So you decide if its worth the price. I say no. The hotel was great location hard to find , Hotel.com was very bad , they had me booked in california at a hampton inn and when I booked my room there was only one hotel that fit my search on the screen , which was crossland -Philly Maple Shade , The hotel is hidden and hard to find and it took me 3 hours to get a rep at Hotel.com to help me ! neighborhood was fine, check in office closed at 11pm, but there was a phone to call office, and they opened door up...very difficult to find coming from philly, but like everyone else has said, sits way off the road, turn in through the ford dealership and you'll be ok. i saw it quickly thanks to everyone else mentioning the ford dealership

I'm not too picky about hotel rooms when I'm going on the cheap... but this is not the place. I ordered a non-smoking room and it wreaked of smoke. It made all my clothes smell like smoke the next day. Also... there was no shower curtain. I was so tired when I got to my room that when I arrived, all I wanted to do was sleep but I found a dead bug in my bed, no shampoo in the shower and a dirty kitchen sink.

Directions to hotel are not clear and because the hotel is not visible from the road, it is difficult to locate. When I called the hotel to get better directions, the clerk could not help me because it was her first day on the job and she didn't know the area! So we wandered around as best we could and finally found it. There was a coffee maker in the […] room, but there was no carafe so i couldn't make coffee (which i really could have used). The lighting in the room was insufficient and there was no full length mirror to see yourself -- - the only mirror was the one over the bathroom sink. Just fine for the price...

I have stayed there 4 times/days. The steps are not cleaned but elevator is clean. TVs in some of the rooms are faulty ( e.g I could not turn down the volume and had to turn it off). The fridge was not working in one and coffee pot was not working in the other. A non smoking room does not mean having not to smell smoke in your room. Smoke ? gets in […] via the vents.
