Stayed at Christmas with our large family in one suite. Perfect for us to be a family. They helped us be a family at Christmas. Rodney at the front desk was great help and bent over backwards for us.

I thought that this place was pleasant. The staff there were great,all of them were very nice. Our suite was clean and our bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at a homework Suites again if they are all of the same quality. But if in Indy i will always return to this homewood Suites.

This hotel is ideally situated and the rooms are spacious. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the area where the complimentary breakfast is served is well-appointed. We had a lovely stay and I wish we were there for more than one night!

The building is an old shoe factory, and they kept the beams and brick walls in the rooms...coolest hotel I've ever stayed in aesthetically. The elevator was broken, minor inconvenience, but the amazing staff was the best thing about this hotel! The concierge and front desk staff catered to our every desire. Can't wait to go back in January!

Our suite was priced less than any of the surrounding hotels offering just single rooms. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dishes and cookware were waiting for us in the cabinets. The rooms are very spacious with 18-20 foot ceilings. The room itself was spotless and very up to date as was the rest of the hotel. The staff was very helpful […] and professional. This Homewood Suites is a loft-style hotel in the heart of Downtown Indianapolis. Our room was clean & quite large, with a kitchen and living area separate from the bedroom. The staff was friendly as well. The high ceilings made heating the room a little difficult, so it was a tad on the chilly side, but otherwise we had nothing to complain about.

I was amazed at how nice this hotel was! It must be relatively new, the rooms were large, especially the living area! There was a regular size refrigerator and a microwave, with supplies for coffee and tea. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in Indianapolis!

Great hotel!

Can't tell you how much we enjoyed this room and the excellent service at the hotel. Valet parking was pretty much necessary, but otherwise it's conveniently located to Lucas Oil Stadium and several local pubs/bars. One limitation was that there was just a single elevator for the whole hotel. Breakfast was nice with plenty of food and variety.

The suites are very pleasant , the staff obviously takes pride in thier work , all of them were very helpfull ,

Overall, I really like this hotel, I have stayed there before with no problems and I would stay there again. The breakfast is decent, but the AC in our room was a problem. They sent someone up to fix it, but the fix didn't work and it was late so we just went to bed. My advice- if you have any problem with a room, just notify the front desk right away […] and make sure they make it right. From check-in until bed time, the hotel is very pleasant. We had a street facing room which, it became very apparent, had absolutely no sound proofing whatsoever. We could hear traffic as if it was driving through the suite, and people's conversations on the street below. The easily audible distractions kept us awake untill almost dawn. Unfortunately, […] the hotel is situated opposite a couple of late bars & clubs but I understand that is outside of their control. I feel the most disappointing event of the stay was when I went to speak to the manager who, apart from offering an apology, didn't come up with any solution or compensation for our problem. I have traveled for business for many years, and the quality of service, friendliness, and overall experience was one of the best I've ever had. The staff was very helpful, the rooms huge and beautifully decorated (with high ceilings). The only downside is the lack of a restaurant or bar, but many options are nearby. The hotel was great. I was in town for 7 days on a conference and the kitchen and living area made my stay much more comforatable than your standard hotel room. The location is great as well. Everything is in walking distance!

This hotel is within walking distance of most downtown attractions. The suite was surprisingly very spacious.

Fantastic hotel; great front desk and door staff; beautiful re-use of old building; clean, spacious rooms, nice decor, fully functional kitchen; very lively part of downtown, convenient to train station, quiet room. Terrific.

I stay at Homewoods often and I'm usually quite satisfied. This stay was just okay. The room was a nice size and clean. However, there is not a DVD player or anything of the like. I got one older one from the front desk and they did not know where the wires were to connect it. It was frustrating when traveling with children. Also, valet parking is nice […] if that is what you prefer. I like to have access to my vehicle and not have it parked on a $3.00 a day lot while paying the hotel $24.00 for the inconvenience of not having my car. There is no choice, you HAVE to use the valet service. In addition, I was told my rate would go up nearly $80.00 on a Tuesday and was given no explanation. I am used to rates going up on the weekend, but during the week without a reason? So, I booked through a site online instead for $60.00 a night cheaper and the rate did not change. The staff was nice although the housekeepers I attempted to ask questions did not speak English. So, down to the front desk I went with my son in tow. The breakfast and comp dinner is also a nice touch. Not a horrible stay by any means. Nice hotel, it just did not meet my needs and I won't stay again. Could be great for someone else. The hotel itself is very nice with large rooms that have been recently redecorated, nice kitchenette/living room area, large bathroom and high ceilings. Pleasant staff. Valet parking only ($24/night). I would not stay there again though because it was SO loud. I am a light sleeper and the noise from drunk revelers (it was a Tuesday night) and roaring […] motorcycles kept me up until past 3 am. Also can easily hear noise from adjoining rooms. Homewood Suites was a great choice! The location was fabulous. The accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was tasty. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Great location - walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana Convention Center, beautiful shopping mall, movie theaters and all kinds of restaurants. Used took advantage of the valet parking option for the convenience, but only took the car out once for a meeting and then to go back to the airport. Great Location. Good food. Nice Amenities. Only issue is that sound goes through the bottom of doors in the suites b/c of hard wood and 1.5" Gap at the bottom.

All round could not be happier. Friends stayed at the Conrad hotel at twice the price and i can honestly say the rooms were far better at the homewood suites. close to shops bars restaurants and clubs. very pleased with our stay.

Nice suite; great mattress & bedding. Only negative was the construction noise from the street quite early in the morning. Maybe they could give you a room away from West Street.

Stayed with my boys for a quick visit to Indy and had a great experience. Great room, very cool with the exposed beams in ceiling and the room was huge. Kids loved the pool and the popcorn. Only negative was not being able to get the Internet connection on my iPhone after numerous attempts, other than that a great place.

When you see pictures on the internet, then get to the location usually are some what disappointed this was definitely not the case here.... We walked in to the lobby and were nicely greeted, got our keys, went up to the room and was in total awe.... Beautiful LARGE rooms with a great view. The pool area was just like the picture on the internet. The […] "free" breakfast was out of this world, lots to do with in walking distance.. Would I say here again? IN A HEART BEAT! We recently stayed here for a girls cheerleading competition and it was awesome! It was convenient to the convention center and several eating establishments. The rooms were very roomy and the staff was very willing to help with whatever we needed. I would definitely stay her again when I'm in the city!

Wow, what a surprise when I walked into my room. It was the best hotel stay I've had in a very long time. The rooms are huge, perfect location, I will definitely use this chain of hotels again.

We were very pleased with our experience at Homewood Suites, the hotel and room was very clean and modern. Parking is a little difficult and valet is expensive but we came on a Sunday and found meter parking (free on Sunday). Free breakfast was great. My young sons and I stayed here to go to an NBA game at Conseco Fieldhouse. I chose this hotel due to it's great location within walking distance of the arena, several restaurants and only 1/2 block from the downtown mall. I was aware of the free breakfast (which was wonderful!) but amazed a free dinner was offered as well which included wine and beer!! […] I probably would have chosen to eat outside of the hotel if I was with other adults, but with the kids it was great! The only thing I could possibly say negative was there was no hot tub (which I can live without but would have been nice) and a completely overwhelming cleaner they use in the elevator which took my breath away! I could imagine someone with asthma having an asthma attack with the odor. Well those things are petty to me...overall it is a great place I will definitely stay in again any time I am in Indy!! Enjoyed our stay in large, clean, chic rooms. Hotel has lots of character. Breakfast (abundant and yummy) and dinner and welcome drink a plus. Loved the microwave popcorn in the room. Just a great place in every category. Only con was the room was a bit dusty and the windows were smudgy ...but not a deal breaker. Parking was $24 per night. We are already […] planning to come back and will likely change our preferred hotel chain from Hampton to Homewood based on this stay ... we'll try others around the country without hesitation. Beautiful hotel. I would recommend requesting a room away from the back of the building. There was construction in the alley. Otherwise, the room was huge. We were only there 2 nights, but lots of room for long stays and kids. Excellent location. 2 blocks to Convention center. Valet parking was the easiest!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! Everything was perfect including valet parking, check-in, breakfast, the pool, and check-out. We had dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory which was directly across the street, so that was very convenient. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and very nice. It is so close to everything downtown...walking distance to many shops, bars, Conseco, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Our only complaint was that our room was right outside the elevator. It was very loud when groups of people coming back for the night were waiting for the elevator.

Great service. Excellent sized room and comfortable bed. Room is similar to a warehouse/loft condo - really liked. Will stay again during our next Indy overnight.
